Could you imagine being killed by family? Woman Tortured And Beaten To Death By Family There is no honor in killing your fresh and blood. According to Mail Online A young Indian woman was beaten to death by members of her own family and her boyfriend beheaded in an horrific honour killing after they were lured back to their village thinking they were going to be allowed to marry. Nidhi Barak, 20, a fine arts student, and Dharmender Barak, 23, who was studying at technical college, were killed last night as locals in Gharnavati village in the Indian state of Haryana watched on. The pair had eloped to nearby Delhi on Tuesday because their families did not approve of their relationship. But they had been lured back with promises that they would not be harmed and would finally be allowed to marry. Miss Barak’s parents and uncle have been arrested and police are now trying to trace her brother and other family members who disappeared missing since the crime. According to police the couple were tortured for several hours at Miss Barak’s home before she was beaten to death in full public view. Dharmender Barak was beaten and his arms and legs broken, before he was beheaded. His body was allegedly dumped near his family’s home at a public square in the village. Police, who had been alerted by a villager, reportedly caught Miss Barak’s family cremating her body on a pyre. Her half-burnt body and that of Dharmender Barak have been sent for a post-mortem. Local police chief Anil Kumar said: ‘While murdering the boy they also beheaded him. ‘We have arrested her father, mother and uncle and we are looking for her brother, a friend and driver of the car in which the couple were brought back to her home in Gharnavati village. ‘Both belonged to the same village and the same caste. It is an honour killing but the murder was not approved by society.’ They tricked them into believing they would be accepted…smh. What do these older women see in these young boys ? Mother Accused Of Sex With Underage Boy It’s disturbing when a mother sexually abuses a child, but where were the child’s parents? According to The NY Daily News A 36-year-old mother stands accused of having a sexual relationship with her daughter’s ex-boyfriend. Aglaia Cloud pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to four counts third-degree child forced sex and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes, the News Tribune reported. The victim, who had ended a relationship with Cloud’s daughter, was confronted by his own mother about why he kept returning to the girl’s home in Lacey, Wash., court records stated. The 15-year-old then confessed that he sleeping with Cloud, 36, and claimed he was doing so because she promised to introduce him to a talent agent who could help him with his apirations to become a dancer. An aspiring singer and actress in her own right, Cloud is believed to have had sex with the boy on multiple occasions since September of 2012. The boy’s mother contacted police, who launched an investigation that netted a sex video the couple made at a Holiday Inn Express, as well as taped phone conversations that prosecutors say implicate Cloud. “There were conversations about their relationship confirming her knowledge of his age and the fact they had a sexual relationship,” Lt. Phil Comstock said. In one such taped conversation, the victim asks Cloud, “did we, or did we not have sex before I turned 16?” “Yes,” Cloud replies. After entering her plea, Cloud, who now lives outside of Washington, was released on bail, but must return for her criminal trial in December. The age of consent in Washington is 16. Two SoCal High School Footballers Charged With Sex Assault Of 6 Underaged Girls!

These kids nowadays…SMH California High School Football Players Charged With Sex Assault Of Underaged Girls Via NYDailyNews Two southern California high school football stars — including one nicknamed “Sweet Feet” by Snoop Dogg — have been charged in a disturbing sex assault investigation involving six underage girls. The suspects, both 17-year-old students at Vista Murrieta High School, about 60 miles southeast of Los Angeles, were arrested Thursday and made first appearances in Riverside County juvenile court Tuesday. Running back Kishawn Holmes was charged with sex assaulting two different girls through the use of force or fear and performing lewd acts on a third victim under the age of 14, prosecutors said. Holmes also was charged with trying to dissuade one of his alleged rape victims from speaking to authorities and three counts of false imprisonment involving three other girls, prosecutors said. As for Holmes co-defendant… Second teen suspect Byron Holt Jr. was also charged with sex-related crimes in connection with the investigation, but the details of his case remain sealed, Hall said. Holt’s mom and lawyer attended his hearing and later told the media he faces felony charges of lewd acts on a minor under 14. The lawyer characterized the sexual interaction as consensual, according to KCAL 9. Holt is expected to be released to his parents’ custody pending his next court appearance. “I just want his name cleared,” his mother, Tasha Penniman, told KCAL. “Byron is a good kid, a great kid. …He’s very humble.” It’s always sad when a kid does something terrible and the parents just can’t seem to fathom how their “baby boy” could have committed a heinous crime. According to Gawker Ruben Chance James Fox and his wife, Amber Nicole Fox, both 23, were arrested Monday morning in Raeford, North Carolina and charged with multiple counts of crimes against nature involving animal sex, disseminating obscene materials, and conspiracy. Amber Fox was additionally charged with soliciting a crime against nature. Ruben Fox is a soldier with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. According to law enforcement officers, the cybercrimes unit of the Fairfax County Police Department in Virginia contacted authorities in Raeford two weeks ago after videos appeared online “showing sex acts with dogs.” The couple allegedly made the videos at home and then shared them “through a website.” Police seized recording devices and computer hard drives from the couple’s home on Friday. So sad… Teenage Couple Dies Together In Colorado Flood Colorado residents are still sorting through the aftermath of the massive flood that swept through several areas in the state , and reports are now confirming that 2 of the 5 fatalities as a result of the storm were that of a teenage boy and his girlfriend. via NY Daily News The deadly floods in Colorado killed teenage sweethearts, the 72-year-old owner of a mountain cafe and untold others. State officials have confirmed five deaths and suspect the numbers will rise as they figure out who is safe but stranded and who is gone forever. Wesley Quinlan and Wiyanna Nelson, both 19, were swept away from friends after abandoning their car in the raging waters in Boulder County, CBS reported. “Wesley just grabbed each of us and looked in our faces and just said, ‘We have to get out of this car. There’s no way we’re not getting out of this car right now,’” friend Nathan Jennings said. Another friend, Emily Briggs, watched in horror as Nelson fell into the the current. “Wesley screamed her name and he dove into the water after her,” Briggs said. The brave teen briefly pulled his girlfriend above water, but the stream was too strong. What a terribly sad story. Carolina Girl Born With Out Nose To Get New Prosthetic Nose Next Week Via ABCNews Cassidy Hooper was born with no eyes and no nose, but on Sept. 18 — a big day for the North Carolina 17-year-old — she undergoes the final surgery that will give her a nose. “It’s been a long process, but the day has finally come,” said her father, J. Aaron Cassidy, a 48-year-old engineer. “Cassidy is certainly excited for this day to be here.” Cassidy, a senior at Governor Morehead School, told ABCNews.com earlier this year that she is excited that for the first time, she will be able to smell and breathe through her nose. “I’ll have a real nose like everyone else’s,” she said. Since 2007, when she was 11, Cassidy has gone through a series of skin graft and facial reconstruction surgeries at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte. In three final surgeries done over two to three weeks, doctors will stretch skin flaps over a bone or cartilage graft from another part of her body. Nothing has ever stood in the way of Cassidy’s optimism and ambition. “Things always may be hard,” she said. “But here’s what I think: I don’t need easy, I just need possible.” Hell yeah Cassidy! What made him snap? Man Shoots Wife Then Himself This sad situation went from bad to as worse as it gets in less than 24 hours. According to Mail Online An estranged husband fatally shot his wife in the back parking lot of a Texas school, then returned home to kill himself. Gregory Robinson, 54, attacked Valerie Robinson, 46, outside Tompkins High School in Katy, at 6:11 am on Friday morning. Mr. Robinson then drove away in a truck before barricading himself in his Brookshire house, leading to a tense standoff with authorities. Ms Robinson had just arrived for her shift in a car when she was approached by her ex-partner. According to the Houston Chronicle, police deputies arrived on the scene of the first shooting to find two coaches performing CPR on the injured woman. The couple’s son, Gregory Robinson Jr, and other family members looked on from the street. Officers stormed the house just after 10.30 am and found Mr Robinson dead inside. ‘A lot of times that I seen him (Gregory Robinson) he was pretty much to himself. From time to time, you know, you’d see things that wasn’t too pleasant,’ Upshaw added. KHOU reported the couple had been married for 26 years. Authorities say 31-year-old Florence Pollard called police to report her son had run away. But when the child was found a few blocks away, he told police he had been chained to a radiator in his mother’s bedroom by his ankle for two weeks as punishment. Officers say they found a chain and lock attached to a radiator. Pollard and Craig are each being held on $50,000 bail. It’s not known if either has retained an attorney. The boy and his five siblings are in the custody of state child-welfare officials. Handyman Joseph Gentz has pleaded guilty to strangling her, saying Robert Bashara commissioned him. Mr Bashara was later convicted of trying to hire someone to kill Gentz in jail. He has denied involvement in his wife’s death. During the first day of Bashara’s preliminary examination Monday, witnesses testified about the couple’s marital problems and Bashara’s BDSM lifestyle, which his wife had wanted no part in, The Detroit Free Press reported. The defendant’s former business associate Robert Godard Jr told the court that the married father of two had operated a sex dungeon under a bar he owned called the Hard Luck Lounge, where he would bring different women for kinky sex parties. Crazy. But according to Godard, of all Bashara’s sexual partners, one woman had stood out. The witness testified that Bashara started a relationship with Rachel Gillett, and the two were planning to buy a $245,000 house and start a life together. According to earlier reports, Rachel Gillett believed that Bashara was divorced or separated from his wife of 26 years during their three-year relationship. In April 2012, then-51-year-old Gillett filed a restraining order against Bashara saying that she was terrified that she would suffer the same fate as his wife. Bashara is currently serving a minimum prison sentence of 6 1/2 years for trying to have Gentz killed in the county jail last year. He faces life in prison without parole if convicted of the new charges against him. Last December, Gentz pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and agreed to cooperate with authorities. ‘Bob Bashara offered me money to kill his wife,’ he told a judge. ‘He threatened he would kill me if I didn’t kill his wife.’ Somebody will make him their wife in prison. Jeffrey Babbitt slipped into a coma and had been declared brain dead at Bellevue Hospital after he was allegedly beat by 31-year-old Lashawn Marten last week. Babbitt, a retired train conductor, was reportedly walking in Union Square around 3 p.m. Wednesday when Marten allegedly shouted a racial comment and began attacking people. “He said ‘the next white person who walks by I’m going to [expletive],’” one female witness told CBS New York. “His fist went in and the man’s head bobbed and he hit the ground and you could hear his skull hitting the ground.” Witnesses said Marten then hit two more people before demanding to see police officers. He remained at the scene until police arrived. Marten, who is apparently homeless, was watching people play chess in the park and reportedly complained that nobody wanted to play chess with him prior to the attack, according to 1010 WINS’ Carol D’Auria. Police are investigating the attack as a possible hate crime, according to NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly. Marten already faces felony assault charges. Babbitt shared a Sheepshead Bay apartment with his 92-year-old mother. He was her primary caregiver. R.I.P. Jeffrey Babbitt, go to hell Lashawn Marten.
