According to TMZ reports : A man claiming to be James Holmes created a profile on a popular sex website just days before “The Dark Knight Rises” massacre … in which he described his Johnson as “short/average” … and law enforcement sources tell TMZ investigators are now looking at the site to determine its authenticity. “Holmes” created the profile on AdultFriendFinder.com July 5 — and included a picture of himself with reddish, orange hair … just as officials in Aurora, CO said he looked when he was apprehended Friday morning. “Holmes” — who used the screen name classicjimbo — included a cryptic message on the top of the profile which reads, “Will you visit me in prison?” In his profile, “Holmes” says he’s 6’0″ and single … with an athletic body. Note — the FBI says Holmes is 6’3″. “Holmes” describes himself as a “light/social drinker” … but in the section where he’s asked if he smokes or does drugs, he answered, “I’d prefer not to say.” Oh, but that’s just the beginning… “Holmes” also noted that he’s circumcised. “Holmes” described himself as a straight man … and said he was seeking a sexual relationship with “Women, Couples (man and woman), Groups or Couples (2 women).” “Holmes” also notes that he’s interested in “Freaky Chat or Email, Discreet Relationship, 1-on-1 sex or Group sex (3 or more!)” In the section marked, “Introduction” … “Holmes” said, “Looking for a fling or casual sex gal. Am a nice guy. Well, as nice enough of a guy who does these sort of shenanigans.” Yeah azzhole, we are all very aware of your “shenanigans”. There are a few guys in the prison you’re headed to that may be able to help you with “finding an adult friend”. Maybe this guy was really off them bath salts, just a thought. She does kinda have a point… Tameka Foster’s Friend Defends Her Against Accusations According to RadarOnline Following a tragic lake accident on Friday that left Tameka Raymond’s 11-year-old son brain dead, a close friend of Usher’s ex-wife has opened up exclusively to RadarOnline.com about how she is coping with the devastating situation. “I’ve seen celebs and media outlets alike continue to send their condolences to Usher. Kile was Tameka and Ryan Glover’s child and the sympathy should be given to them first and foremost,” Tameka’s associate told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. “Although Usher has been so kind in chartering a plane so she could be by Kile’s side, he didn’t necessarily play a huge role in Tameka’s other children’s lives after the divorce therefore it seems a little disrespectful that Ryan is being ignored as a father, in place of another just because he’s topping the Billboard charts. “Ryan was equally devoted and involved in Kile’s life — they shared joint custody and Kile was with his other family at the lake, so for those who are claiming Tameka’s at fault for not being there is just absurd — because of the joint custody, her two boys aren’t always directly in her eyesight, but she is a phenomenal mother.” Tameka’s irritated friend goes on to say: “Tameka is heartbroken. Kile was one of the loves of her life — she adored him. The last time I spoke to her she was going on and on about his fifth grade graduation. She used to call him her most helpful child and would gush about how smart he was,” the friend said. “This incident was just so random — there should never have been a jet ski that close to an inner tube with two young kids, it just doesn’t make sense.” Fashion stylist Tameka, 44, had two children with Altanta-based clothier Glover before she married Usher in August 2007, and went on to have two children, Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, with him. Their divorce was finalized in November 2009 and they are currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle. Struggling to let go of her beloved Kile, “My only hope is that Tameka’s spirituality and devotion to God will help her pull through this ineffable moment in her life, and bring some comfort,” her friend told RadarOnline.com. “This is a woman who lost the man of her dreams, her reputation and now her son within the course of four years. My heart goes out to her. WTF !? Why can’t it be a blowfish? When biologists say the pacu fish eats nuts, they may be correct in more ways than one. The pacu, a toothy fish that can weigh up to 55 pounds, has been spotted in Lake Lou Yaeger in Illinois, KSDK reports. Responding to a report that a fisherman had reeled in a piranha on June 7, lake superintendent Jim Caldwell brought the fish to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, where it was identified as a pacu. Some reports say another pacu was seen a couple of weeks later. Caldwell said he is still swimming in the lake nearly every day. Pacus primarily eat nuts, aquatic vegetation and snails, he told KDSK, and pose no real threat to humans. Residents of Papua New Guinea may beg to differ. There, according to British fisherman Jeremy Wade, the pacu is known as the “ball cutter.” “The locals told me that this thing was like a human in the water, biting at the testicles of fishermen,” Wade said. The Ball Cutter boasts an impressive set of man-like molars, which tear off the testicles of unwitting hunters, leaving them to bleed to death. Yikes! 42,000 Adults And Children Kept As Slaves Rescued, Millions Still In Bondage Modern-day slavery is a huge issue globally: More than 42,000 adults and children kept as slaves, forced into prostitution or otherwise trafficked were discovered by authorities around the world in 2011, according to a new report by the U.S. State Department. However this figure was a tiny fraction of the estimated number of people held in bondage with the International Labor Organization estimating earlier this month that there are about 20.9 million victims of modern slavery, the State Department Trafficking in Persons Report noted. Under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2003, foreign governments must supply information about trafficking investigations and prosecutions to the State Department in order to be considered by the U.S. as working to eliminate slavery. The report details the problem of trafficking in countries around the world, including victims’ accounts. “I walk around and carry the physical scars of the torture you put me through. The cigarette burns, the knife carvings, the piercings … how a human being can see humor in the torture, manipulation, and brainwashing of another human being is beyond comprehension. You have given me a life sentence,” it quotes a victim of sex trafficking in the U.S. as telling her trafficker at his sentencing. Another trafficking survivor in the U.S. named “Tonya” said she “always felt like a criminal.” “I never felt like a victim at all. Victims don’t do time in jail, they work on the healing process. I was a criminal because I spent time in jail,” she said. Source

The door-knocking in California might be on hiatus for a little while… Judge Rules That Jehovah’s Witness Group Pay $20 Million To Sexually Abused Woman In what both sides described as a momentous ruling, a jury in Oakland, Calif., has found that Jehovah’s Witnesses was partly responsible for the alleged sexual abuse of a girl by one of its members and must pay her more than $20 million. The Alameda County Superior Court jury on Thursday awarded $21 million in punitive damages to the plaintiff, who is now 26 years old. That was on top of the $7 million in compensatory damages it awarded her on Wednesday. The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ legal entity, is responsible for the entire punitive damages amount and 40 percent of the compensatory damages, said Rick Simons, attorney for the plaintiff. Sixty percent of the compensatory damages was assessed against Jonathan Kendrick, the man accused of abusing her. Candace Conti sued Watchtower, the Fremont, Calif., congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and Kendrick in 2011. It’s msnbc.com’s policy not to identify victims of sexual abuse, but Conti agreed to be identified so that any other victims would feel they could come forward too. “The ultimate goal of the lawsuit was to have a change in policy, to be able to ID these people, child molesters, to the congregation to protect children,” Conti told msnbc.com. “Secondarily, to have silent ones come forward and tell their stories and to bring to light that overall issue of violence and the hush-hush policy.” Both her parents were Watchtower congregation members at the time of the abuse, she said. “I was trying to be the best Jehovah’s Witness I could be at that time,” she told msnbc.com. WTF?!? Is NOTHING sacred anymore?? Jim McCabe, attorney for the Fremont congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, said that he was “stunned” by the verdict and would appeal. “This is the first case I know of where a church has been hit with liability involving a rank-and-file member,” he told msnbc.com. “Mr. Simons has his twist on the facts and we will see how a court of appeals views the trial court rulings and the evidence,” McCabe said. The jury found that the elders who managed the Fremont congregation in the 1990s and who were under the supervision of Watchtower knew that Kendrick, a member, had recently been convicted of the sexual abuse of another child, but they kept his past record secret from the congregation, said Simons. Kendrick went on to molest the plaintiff, who was a Jehovah’s Witness member in Fremont, over a two-year period beginning when she was 9 years old, the lawsuit contended. Kendrick was eventually convicted in 2004 of the sexual abuse of another girl, and is now a registered sex offender in California, Simons said. He has not been criminally charged with abusing the plaintiff, but Simons said the case is under investigation by law enforcement. We’re glad that this young woman got SOME restitution for the suffering she has endured for so many years. Sweet baby Jesus help us! California Pastor Dies From Flesh-Eating Bacteria A long-serving and well-loved pastor has been killed by a flesh-eating bacteria infection that has already left five others seriously ill. Linda Snyder, from Sacramento, who is a preacher at city’s United Methodist Church, died this morning following a six-month battle with the deadly germ called necrotizing-fasciitis. She was the sixth person to have developed a flesh-eating infection over the course of the last two months. At the beginning of June South Carolina grandmother Louise Thompson underwent emergency surgery to remove infected flesh from her leg and was in a coma for five days. And last month student Aimee Copeland from Georgia College had to have her leg, her foot and both hands amputated and is still in intensive care after bacteria got into a cut she developed following a fall. Mrs Snyder contracted the deadly disease on January 6 after bacteria got into a wound, possibly an abscess, she had developed in December. Doctors tried to contain the spread of the bacteria, but her daughter Karen told Fox 40 that her mother had developed lots of complications and medical staff were unable to contain it. Wow… He lived through that??? Ronald Poppo, the man who was viciously attacked in Miami Memorial weekend is doing much better according to his doctors. Miami Zombie Attack Victim Up Walking And Talking In Hospital But it turns out that in addition to having to survive 50% of his face being chewed away, he also had to recover from a gunshot wound: As if things couldn’t have been worse for the vagrant whose face was chewed off by the horrifying “Miami Zombie,” doctors revealed Tuesday that cops accidentally shot him as they tried to save him. Ronald Poppo, 65, had two holes in his left chest when he was brought bleeding to Jackson Memorial Hospital, doctors said. They were apparently entry and exit wounds. Maniac Rudy Eugene, who was not armed, was on top of Poppo when police opened fire to stop the gruesome attack. A stray bullet hit the victim, too. Poppo is recovering surprisingly well, eating, walking and even cheering on his basketball team, doctors said, calling him “charming.” They released two graphic photos of Poppo, showing him in a hospital gown walking down a hallway with help. His nose and right eye is gone, his left eye is covered in a bandage and his forehead and cheeks are a mass of bloody wounds. The bottom half of his face, from his salt and pepper mustache on down, appears okay. “He’s coping remarkably well,” trauma surgeon Nicholas Namias told reporters. “We have mental health professionals to help him.” Doctors said he remembers the horrifying attack but has displayed a surprisingly upbeat attitude. Asked if he had a message before the news conference, doctors said Poppo replied: “Go Heat!” The Miami Heat play Oklahoma City Tuesday night in the NBA finals. Poppo, who was blinded in the attack, has undergone three surgeries so far – including skin grafts – and will need more. “First he needs to recover from the three surgeries he’s already had,” said plastic surgeon Wrood Kassira. He will remain hospitalized for “weeks at least,” Kassira added. The hospital has started a fund to collect donations for the destitute vagrant’s care. So far they’ve raised $15,000. Doctors said they won’t know whether Poppo can be a candidate for a face transplant – an experimental new procedure being funded by the Defense Department – until his wounds heal. The bizarre attack on Poppo, a harmless homeless alcoholic who started life at Manhattan’s prestigious Stuyvesant High School, captured the sympathy of the world. He was reclining under a shady overpass on Memorial Day weekend when a deranged naked wastrel named Rudy Eugene fell upon him unprovoked, beat him and chewed off more than 50% of his face. Eugene, 31, had shed all his clothes and ripped out pages from the Bible he always carried he walked along the McArthur Causeway joining the city to Miami Beach, CBS reported. Eugene was shot and killed by police when he refused to stop attacking Poppo. An autopsy found no parts of Poppo’s face in Eugene’s stomach – contradicting accounts by appalled witnesses that the attacker was swallowing the pieces of flesh he ripped away with his teeth. The autopsy did not find an explanation for Eugene’s unusual behavior, though more tests are still pending. Poppo’s family in the New York area had long believed him dead. So far, Poppo has not had any visitors, doctors said. That’s really sad that his family hasn’t come to visit him. We think the Miami Heat should head over to the hospital as soon as they have a chance, especially if they win this championship. What The Hell??? Los Angeles Police Are Investigating A Suspected Pair Of Lungs Found On A City Sidewalk

Is this the work of another bath salt zombie?? L.A. Cops Investigate Lungs Found On Sidewalk Authorities are investigating what appear to be a pair of lungs found on a sidewalk in South Los Angeles. A woman called to report finding what she believed to be the organs at 8:30 p.m. (11:30 p.m. ET) Sunday in the 13100 block of Avalon Boulevard. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene, and the coroner’s office was also called. Additional testing will determine if the remains are in fact lungs and whether they are human, police said. Sgt. Robert Dean of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, told the Los Angeles Times: “We don’t know what they are. It’s really weird.” Ed Winter, spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, told the newspaper the possible organs were not attached to a body, and he found the situation “a little strange.” He said it was unclear when the examination would be performed. *sigh* WTF?! 2 Killed 2 Wounded Outside Of Atlanta Funeral Gunfire erupted in a church parking lot as a funeral wrapped up Thursday in an Atlanta suburb, leaving two people dead and another two wounded. Police have not made any arrests in the shooting at Victory for the World Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, said DeKalb County police spokeswoman Mekka Parish. Kenneth Samuel, the senior pastor at the church, said the 1 p.m. funeral was for 19-year-old Ryan Guider. Guider was killed May 26, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Samuel said the shooting happened just after the hour-long service. “Shots rang out and the police locked down the church,” Samuel said. “I was shocked to hear what happened. I had just finished my eulogy and tried to do the best I could to speak to the many teens about valuing life.” Parish said the identities of the two killed and two injured have not been released. Samuel said a few hundred were attendance for the funeral. He said more than half the people who attended the service had started to empty into the parking lot before the shooting occurred. “Very tragic,” Samuel said. “Ryan was a good kid and his family did not have time to grieve him in a proper manner. A “Lil Positivity” Local Kids Raise Money For Family Of 76-Year-Old Gas Station Clerk Set On Fire By Ruthless Robber

This story is crazy, but we’re glad to see the kids coming together to support this woman’s family. Local high school students raised $10,000 for the family of a convenience store clerk known as “Grandma” to many in the Garland community. 76 year old Nancy Harris died Friday night, nearly a week after she was robbed and set on fire at the Fina gas station where she worked in Garland. On Saturday, students from South Garland High School returned to the place of the attack to hold a car wash and raise money for her family. “I was just devastated,” said Dylan Stooksberry, president of the school’s student council. “It’s kind of outlandish that someone would go out of there way to do this. To have that happen to someone who you know, to a face that you know, to a friend it’s devastating.” “It hurts deep down and honestly if someone is going to go out of there way to do something bad like that, I am going to go out of my way to do something nice,” said Stooksberry. The Fina gas station is located just a block from their school. Many students like DJ Valderrama personally knew Harris. “I came in the gas station and she showed me so much kindness by giving me a free drink,” Valderrama said. “Whenever somebody shows you that kind of kindness if affects your life really.” Despite the tragedy that happened at the Fina gas station, many students told NBC 5 that the incident has brought the community closer together. Many hoped this fundraiser will help honor Harris who meant so much to many. “I know Ms. Harris is looking down on us right now, I know she is happy,” said Valderrama. Matthew Johnson is charged with Attempted Capital Murder in connection with this case. Those charges could be upgraded because Ms. Harris has now died. This is so sad.
