Counting On Recap: Jinger Duggar Gets Married!! Joy-Anna Duggar is Courting!

On  Counting On Season 3 Episode 11 , Jinger Duggar’s wedding finally arrived, but where there any uninvited guests, or other surprises? What did we learn from this special, behind-the-scenes TV event? Watch Jill & Jessa Counting On Season 3 Episode 11 Online If you  watch Jill & Jessa Counting On online , you will see that as Jeremy and his friends got ready for the ceremony, something was amiss. Or missing, to be more accurate. Some were lacking items from their suits, making you wonder if they don’t get dressed for a wedding every day or something. Geez! In any event, by the time the group photos were taken, everyone was dressed, and handsome, and love was in the air on this afternoon. The former soccer star called it “a dream come true” that his father, who called it “one of the greatest joys,” was officiating the wedding. As Jeremy and Jinger got ready, they passed notes back and forth via the younger kids. No texting. Old fashioned hand-written notes. Of course, Jim Bob is probably on the duo’s group texts anyway, so in a way going retro and cutting him out is also very futuristic. Ironic. Anyway, Michelle predicted that Jim Bob, for all his flaws and often-deserved criticism, was a softie who would cry at Jinger’s wedding . She was correct. Within seconds of seeing Jinger, Jim Bob teared up. “You’re so beautiful,” he said to his daughter, who proceeded to walk down the aisle. In a quiet moment, they prayed, and Jinger gave her dad – the central figure in her life until now – a handkerchief with a message on it. “You are the first man that I ever loved. Know that when you give me away today, I will always be your little girl,” it read, very sweetly. Jeremy was already crying himself. During the ceremony, they lit the unity candle, then ended things with passionate kiss. Per Duggar courtship rules, it was their first ever. “I was just blown away by how beautiful and gorgeous and majestic she was … is!” Jeremy said, while his new wife gushed over him: “I was just so overwhelmed with joy and gratefulness, and I just could not wait to be his wife. The 19-year-old revealed that she is indeed in a relationship with Austin Forsyth. “I’m Joy Duggar, and this is my friend Austin,” she reported from a scenic mountain vista, introducing her new boyfriend to the masses. “And I just asked Joy to enter a courtship with me,” Austin added. “And I said yes!” Joy responded, and it seems like a good fit. The two have already “known each other for about 15 years,” and he chose this location specifically to begin a courtship with her there. Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Share Honeymoon Update: PRAY FOR US!

Having tied the knot last week, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are officially husband and wife and as such, are enjoying their honeymoon … … and also asking for prayers for some reason. Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Honeymoon Video As you know whether you watch Counting On online or not, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo got married last weekend in her native Arkansas. It was an event for the ages in the Natural State. The duo immediately went off on their honeymoon, but took a hiatus from their getaway on Thursday evening to share a video update. “We just want to say hello!” a smiley Jinger, 22, tells the camera with Jeremy, 29 by her side and clearly smitten with her as always. “We are enjoying our honeymoon here.”  The video, posted to their website, is the first fans have seen of them since they wed (see sneak preview of their wedding special below). Counting On: Jinger and Jeremy’s Wedding Sneak Peek While Jinger was all smiles in the honeymoon update, titled “First Message From The Married Couple,” Jeremy had a more serious message. “Thank you for all of your support and all of your prayers,” the pastor told their fans said. “We appreciate them. They’re much needed.” They are? For what exactly? Just in general? Vuolo didn’t elaborate, but thanked the Duggar family’s supporters for being by their side as they “begin this new journey in life together.”  As for their first, literal journey as a couple? While her siblings kept their honeymoon destinations secret, Jinger shared that she and Jeremy were headed to Australia and New Zealand.  JinJer marred in front of 1,000 family and friends at the Cathedral of the Ozarks at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Vuolo and Duggar revealed they were going to spend some time alone before heading off on their whirlwind honeymoon adventure.  Enjoying being rid of courtship rules , in other words. When Jeremy and Jinger previous took to their blog it was to gush about their big day, she confirmed it, writing, “YES! We are married!” “We are so thankful to God, our parents and our wonderful families and friends for celebrating this day with us.” Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Wedding Video Jinger went on to credit her siblings, her parents, and her entire faith community “for helping us arrive at this moment in time.” “We love that we now are beginning our lives together as one, before God,” she said, and soon we will get to share in that, as well. Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo: MARRIED!!

After a whirlwind courtship even by her family’s standards, Counting On star Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo got married on Saturday. Jinger’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, confirmed the wedding news with a short video on the family’s official website November 5. See their announcement below! Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Wedding Announcement “We are so excited for Jinger and Jeremy …  they just got married and they are such a sweet couple,” proud father Jim Bob said afterward. “Jinger is one of the most dynamic, beautiful, Godly girls that I know, and Jeremy is such a passionate, loving, kind spiritual leader.” “Match made in heaven.” Smiling by her husband’s side as always, Michelle Duggar added in the brief video, “Congratulations, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo!” “We love you guys!”  Jinger’s older sister Jessa Duggar also shared a congratulatory message, posting the Instagram picture above of the smiling newlyweds. “Ahhhhhh! So happy for my sister and brother-in-law! The wedding was beautiful!” Jessa wrote, teasing a photo of the happy spouses. And plugging JingerAndJeremy (dot) com, it would appear. True love is great, but the Duggars are an enterprising bunch, aren’t they? In any event, the couple tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family members at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Ark. The Counting On tandem got engaged in July of this year, just one month after they announced they were officially a courting couple. Jinger and Jeremy’s courtship  raised more than a few eyebrows from the very beginning, given the breakneck pace they were seemingly on. So intense was the talk of the couple going ham and breaking courtship rules that there was even a Jinger Duggar pregnant rumors. That, of course, was bogus. But given that they’re now husband and wife, we would not be shocked if they got around to that promptly. In announcing their engagement this summer, the pair said in a statement, “So excited to share this news that we are now engaged.” “From both of us, thank you all for the countless well-wishes we’ve received during the courtship.” “It has been an incredible journey so far and we are excited about serving Christ together in the coming days,” Jinger added. “We are so excited to take this next step in spending our lives together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together.” At 22, Jinger Duggar Vuolo is the sixth oldest of Jim Bob and Michelle’s 19 kids, behind Josh, Jana, John David, Jill and Jessa Duggar. Interestingly, twins Jana and John David, 26, are the only two of the six who have not been in a serious relationship (that we know of). Jill and Jessa got married in 2014 and 2015, respectively, and frequently commented on how Jinger’s courtship was fast, and different. Jessa Duggar Talks Jeremy Vuolo-Jinger Duggar Engagement So what’s next for JinJer? The TLC mainstay plans to move from her hometown of Tontitown, Arkansas, to Laredo, Texas, after the wedding to work with Vuolo. An ordained pastor, the former soccer pro has devoted his life to his ministry, something that Jinger’s family undoubtedly approves of. Despite Jim Bob’s ridiculous demands and attempts to control the two, he can’t really complain; Vuolo seems like a stand-up dude. Duggar Family: Ready to Film Jinger’s Wedding?!

For obvious reasons, the Duggar family’s second TLC reality series has been surrounded by controversy. The Duggars’ first show, 19 Kids and Counting , was canceled in response to the Josh Duggar sex scandals, and many former fans were justifiably outraged that the network was so quick to give the disgraced family a second shot. Declining ratings and bailing advertisers have led to talk of Counting On getting canceled , but for now at least, it looks like the network that made the family famous is still all-in on the Duggars. Insiders say the Duggars are currently filming Counting On Season 3, and as predicted, it will reportedly feature an entire episode devoted to the Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo wedding . In fact, it will likely feature several episodes that revolve around the upcoming nuptials. As fans of the show know, producers basically got an entire season out of Jinger and Jeremy’s courtship and engagement. The proposal itself was teased for several weeks, and viewers got to see Jeremy pop the question only after a bizarre bait-and-switch clip show. So you can bet the folks behind Counting On are planning to get a lot of mileage out of Jinger and Jeremy’s wedding, as well. A leaked production schedule led to rumors that Jinger and Jeremy would get married over the weekend . That didn’t happen, but the family was spotted filming scenes at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade. The show generally takes place chronologically, so we suppose it’s not surprising that the Jinger and Jeremy wedding isn’t taking place right away. It stands to reason that producers would want to film a few episodes about the build-up to the wedding, because as so many irritated fans pointed out over the course of Season 2, they really don’t have much else to go on in terms of storylines. Sure there’s Jessa Duggars second pregnancy, but Duggar births are like Trump scandals: It feels like there’s one every week. The importance of Jinger’s relationship has led to some interesting accusations, as some fans believe Jinger and Jeremy are getting married for the ratings . Jinger Duggar-Jeremy Vuolo Engagement Photos!

Well, it happened. After two months of waiting, Counting On fans finally got to see Jeremy Vuolo pop the question to Jinger Duggar . We've known that Jeremy and Jinger are engaged for quite some time now, but it wasn't until last night that viewers got to witness the moment when Jeremy got down on one knee. It's safe to say that for Jinger, it was all worth the wait, as she eagerly accepted Jeremy's rooftop proposal in NYC. Ben Seewald: Continuing to Support Black Lives Matter in Defiance of the Duggars

If you watched this week’s episode of Counting On , you bore witness to a rather awkward encounter between Jinger Duggar and her brothers-in-law, Ben Seewald and Derick Dillard. In the scene, Ben and Derick advised Jinger on proper courtship protocol. Because apparently in Duggar Land, there’s nothing weird about two dudes telling their wives’ adult sister how far she should go with her boyfriend: Jinger Duggar Gets Courtship Rules Refresher Anyway, the conversation served as a reminder of just how deeply the Duggar kids (and their spouses) subscribe to the belief system handed down to them by patriarch Jim Bob. Interestingly, however, in the weeks between the when that episode was filmed and when it aired, Ben Seewald hinted that he may not be buying everything that his father-in-law is selling. On his social media pages, Seewald expressed his support for Colin Kaepernick , the San Francisco 49ers QB who sparked a national dialogue about race and police violence when he chose to take a knee instead of standing during performances of the national anthem prior to his team’s games. Despite harsh criticism from commenters on his Instagram page, Ben has been unwavering in his support of Kaepernick and the Black Lives Matter movement. Following the police shooting of Terrence Crutcher last month, Seewald drew further flak for retweeting a minister who begged for unity and compassion for Crutcher’s family: But while he’s been more vocal than ever in recent weeks, Ben has been sensitive to the ongoing problem of police violence in America going at least as far back as the Ferguson protests of 2014. It was around that time that Seewald interviewed the socially conscious rapper Flame for a video on his YouTube channel: Ben Seewald on Racial Unrest For once, fans of Counting On and critics of the Duggars have something in common, as both have expressed their surprise (pleasant or otherwise) over the realization that Ben is so politically aware. Interviewing a rapper of any political stripe is a controversial move for a member of the extended Duggar clan, as the family famously rejects all forms of modern music, even rock with Christian-themed lyrics. Given the amount of power Jim Bob wields in his family many thought he would have a talk with Ben about expressing views that run counter to those of the Duggars and their fan base. But either that never happened, or Ben is more strong-willed than we thought, as earlier this week, the 21-year-old father of one posted a link to this article which every recent incident in which police killed a black man, and urges Christians to act. Farrah Abraham Not Invited To Maci Bookout’s Wedding, Does Not Care

Farrah Abraham is not on the guest list for Maci Bookout’s upcoming wedding to Taylor McKinney.  Farrah is probably the most controversial Teen Mom star in the history of the franchise.  She seems to think everything is about her, so it’s probably for the best that she didn’t make the cut to be invited. “No I didn’t receive an invite,” Abraham, 25, revealed. “I don’t care of the reason, I’m busy.” Farrah is always busy trashing her co-stars, so that probably explains part of the reason why she won’t be in attendance.  It would not be surprising if Farrah tried to organize a huge party to try and take the attention away from Maci’s wedding.  Farrah craves attention and she knows she only has to open her mouth to get it.  When she’s not bragging about how amazing her daughter is, she’s arguing with her bit on the side, Simon Saran.  Their relationship has been the subject of much scrutiny, but it’s pretty clear they’re made for each other.  Their relationship status changes pretty much hourly.  Simon recently trashed the stars of Teen Mom OG in a crazy rant. The crazy thing is that he probably barely knows Farrah’s co-stars, so trashing them is just a desperate attempt for attention.  He’s probably scared that he won’t get to milk the Teen Mom gravy train for much longer if Farrah cuts him out of her life.  As expected he threw jabs at Maci and Taylor about their wedding.  “I don’t want to see two siblings getting married,” he slammed. That’s a bit of a childish response, but it is what it is.  It seems Maci made the right decision by not inviting either of them.  It’s meant to be a day of celebrating, not a day of wondering when Farrah and Simon will turn the attention to themselves.  Simon really has no business getting involved. Him getting involved just proves that he’s holding on to whatever he can to stay relevant.  Not that he ever was relevant to begin with.  Maybe at one point to Farrah, but not to the masses.  The feud between Maci and Farrah became a thing when Maci made it clear that she did not approve of Farrah’s porn star past.  Rightfully so. Counting On Season 3 Episode 6 Recap: Welcome … to the Main Event!

Tuesday on  Counting On Season 3 Episode 6 , Ben Seewald joined forces with NFL stars to give back to the Northwest Arkansas community. Also, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo planned a trip to New York City. Come along as THG recaps all of these key events and more. Watch Jill & Jessa Counting On Season 3 Episode 6 Online “Sports can be a great avenue to invest in kid’s lives,” Ben told producers in the not-so-articulate fashion fans have come to know and love. Ben is usually a source of boundless optimism for wife Jessa and the other people in his life, but last night’s episode featured a rare moment of self-doubt for the 21-year-old. “If the camp doesn’t go well, I’m going to feel pretty bad,” Ben said at one point. Fortunately, with the help of former Steelers and Colts linebacker Steve Conley, the camp went off without a hitch. Crisis of self-confidence averted! Elsewhere in the episode, Jinger Duggar prepared for a trip to the East Coast with fiance Jeremy Vuolo. Of course, this was before Jinger and Jeremy got engaged .  So yes, Jinger traveled with a whole crew of chaperones (Michelle, Jessa, Ben, and even Baby Spurgeon). The Duggar devoted may have already known this as the trip that prompted Jinger’s hair crisis . Jinger Duggar: Curling Iron Crisis! More importantly, however, it’s also the trip on which Jeremy popped the question. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see that moment in last night’s installment. But that doesn’t mean the episode ended on a cliffhanger. If you watch Jill & Jessa Counting On online , you are keenly aware that Jeremy has already made his intentions very clear to Jim Bob Duggar and the rest of Jinger’s family. Just to drive the point home, he made certain to point out that he was packing the ring that he and JB had picked out for the occasion. “I’ve got a small surprise for Jinger you could say,” Jeremy told the cameras with a smirk. Ben told the cameras, “Jinger has no idea what’s coming for her!” We think she might have an inkling Ben. Y’all haven’t exactly been subtle in keeping in plotting this little surprise. In other contrived plot lines, Jana Duggar set out to redecorate the guesthouse in preparation for Jill and Derick returning from abroad. Hey, other people have to do something while the Jinger and Jeremy show marches on, right? It’s reaching the point that Jinger’s siblings might be more eager for her to just go ahead and get married than she is. On second thought, no one is more eager for Jinger’s wedding than Jinger is. Jinger Duggar Flips Out Over Hair Crisis Moments Before Meeting Jeremy Vuolo!

If you watch Counting On online , you know that though they still live in separate states, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are pretty much on each other’s minds 24/7. There’s been talk of Jinger and Jeremy moving too fast , but these two clearly have no intention of slowing down. Jinger and Jeremy got engaged after just a few weeks of dating, and as this preview from tonight’s episode of Counting On reminds us, the couple is very eager to live together as man and wife:  Jinger Duggar: Curling Iron Crisis! The scene shows Jinger preparing to fly to Laredo to visit Jeremy in Texas – with her Michelle, Jessa, Ben Seewald and baby Spurgeon all along to chaperone, of course, because that’s how the Duggars roll. “Today I’m going to see Jeremy,” Jinger excitedly tells the camera. “It’s a super early morning and I’m flying from [Arkansas] and Jeremy’s coming from Laredo to meet me in Dallas at the airport and we’re all going to fly to Philly.” Though it’s an early morning flight, Jinger appears to be out of bed hours ahead of time, giddily telling Ben that she slept for “a very short time.” Speaking to the camera, Jinger admits: “It’s kind of hard to sleep when you know that within so many hours you’re going to be together again, so every time I go to see Jeremy it seems like I get very little sleep the night before.”  Jinger decides to make productive use of her sleepless hours by making her hair do that horrendous, teased ’80s thing that the Duggar women seem to love. Unfortunately, she forgot about Murphy’s Law of Hair: Anytime you’re about to see someone whom you hope to see naked, your hair will act like total dumbass and messing with it will only make things worse. “I don’t like this hair,” Jinger complains. “I grabbed the wrong curling iron, guys. What do I do? These curls look like, super tiny.” It’s not hard to see why she’s upset. Anyone familiar with the Bible will remember the passage in which Satan appears before a group of ringlet-haired harlots and informs them that tiny curls are totes his thing. Fortunately, Jinger retains her sense of humor throughout the ordeal. When Michelle Duggar asks if there’s anything she can do to help, Jinger jokes: “Uh, cry with me. No, I’m kidding. I’m not going to be so bad. I know he won’t even pay attention to my hair. It’s a girl thing.”  Sure she briefly considers missing her flight so that she can continue to fuss with her hair, but eventually cooler heads prevail. No wonder she’s not listening to anyone’s concerns about her relationship .
