Jinger Duggar Stuns Fans With Baby Felicity’s Brilliant Blue Eyes

Duggar fans and baby enthusiasts alike cannot get enough sweet pics of baby Felicity Vuolo . Fortunately, neither Jinger nor Jeremy seem to be getting tired of taking or sharing snaps of this little cutie. In their latest photo, as you’ll see below, Felicity’s eyes are so blue that you’d swear the pic had been photoshopped. “Baby’s got blue eyes,” Jeremy Vuolo captioned  this close-up of his adorable daugther. Felicity Vuolo is just about a week away from turning six months old. Her face is already alert and her eyes fixate on what she recognizes — like her parents, and cameras. This is great, because Felicity’s eyes are a deep and intense blue. We don’t know whether to call them blue like sapphires or blue like blueberries . Both? Both. Takea  look for yourself and be totally captivated by her sweet stare: Felicity is precious, and fans were quick to comment. “She is so flipping cute,” exclaimed one follower. Another fan announced: “What beautiful eyes she has!!” “Little Miss Vuolo is quite simply gorgeous and with that stunning color blue eyes,” commented anohter. “I think that’s how they will stay.” Many children are born with blue or gray eyes that change color to something else during infancy. This person believes that Felicity’s eyes will remain this deep, intense blue. That same commenter continued: “Just love your family and the photos you share.” The compliments kept pouring in. “I found another person who would love to buy a doll that looks like Felicity,” wrote a fan. “She is adorable with her big blue eyes and smile.” Okay, that is both flattering and a little creepy. “She is beautiful!” exclaimed another follower. “You 2 make pretty babies! Enjoy this because time will fly.” It really will. “Very cool,” affirmed another commenter. “Hope they stay blue…btw, love that song!” The song to which that person refers is an Elton John song, titled: “Baby’s Got Blue Eyes.” A few fans were a little stunned to see Jeremy refer to his daughter with a song by one of the most famous gay people on the planet. “I … was so confused how he could be an Elton John fan,” confessed a follower. Jeremy has been outspoken with his anti-gay views. He has condemned his own in-laws, the Duggars, for (mostly) keeping quiet about their anti-gay stance. In 2017, Jeremy came under fire for preaching against fellow Christians who are accepting of the LGBTQ community. “All you have to do is look at the sexual revolution pressuring them,” Jeremy said at the time. “And they cave in to a worldview that rejects God’s truth and embraces popular opinion,” Jeremy claimed. “Look at the revolution of popular thought,” he insisted at the time. “Look at the postmodernism of today’s culture,” Jeremy continued. “Look at the sexual revolution.” “Look at the false idea of tolerance,” he instructed. “Look at the false definition of love.” The message was that he sees fellow Christians accepting fellow human beings for existing as they are, and he sees that as a failing on their part. He also condemned fellow pastors for even considering officiating same-sex marriages. It seems that he believes that God’s love is reserved for straight people. We somehow doubt that Jeremy’s line about baby Felicity’s eyes was supposed to be an endorsement of Elton John. Instead, he was just referring to a song, not accepting a massive community of fellow human beings. Before you accuse Jeremy of hypocrisy, consider how few of us agree with the Duggar family about … anything. Jeremy may listen to Elton John while rejecting Elton’s humanity. But how many people watch Counting On without supporting the Duggars and their fertility cult? At any rate, let’s put our differences aside and just admire how cute Felicity is. Jinger Duggar Shows Off Adorable Mother-Daughter Twinning Photo

Jinger Duggar has been treating Counting On fans to photos of her adorable little family . Now, she and husband Jeremy Vuolo are sharing a new photo. In it, she’s twinning with her 3-month old baby, Felicity. “Like mother, like daughter,” Jinger captioned the photo that you’re about to see. In it, the 24-year-old Duggar daughter is wearing a floral headband. Baby Felicity is wearing a matching headband — it’s just a smaller version for her tiny baby head. While they’re not otherwise in matching outfits, we think that it still counts as twinning. (Seriously, finding a baby outfit that matches adult clothing can be tricky) Besides, the picture is just too cute. This mother-daughter photo is so cute! This is the time of year for dressing up in a lot more than headbands, but the Duggar family does not celebrate Halloween. Michelle Duggar expressed her strong views in a blog post in 2011. “While we do go to pumpkin patches and corn mazes,” Michelle wrote. “We don’t do the Halloween thing.” You miss out on a lot of fun and a lot of culture when you grow up in the Duggar household. “From the beginning of our marriage we just kind of felt like we didn’t want to celebrate that holiday,” she shared. “But,” Michelle admitted. “We enjoy the harvest celebration.” “Our church fellowship has had different celebrations through the years that we’ve been a part of,” Michelle continued. Michelle wrote that these celebrations were “ones where the children can play games and receive candy and toys and do all kinds of fun things, like a cake walk.” Really, of course, the family’s reluctance to participate in Halloween stems from a desire to isolate the children from any cultural experiences that they consider unbiblical. In  Growing Up Duggar  by Jill, Jinger, Jessa, and Jana mention how seriously Jim Bob and Michelle take the supernatural. “One specific thing that our parents have always been careful about is magic,” the book says. “Which often shows up in children’s movies.” “As harmless as it may seem, it’s not a joke in God’s eyes,” the girls say. “Magic, sorcery, witches, spell-casting and the like are all part of the demonic realm that God wants us to stay away from,” the book continues. “No matter how ‘good’ a film containing magic may seem,” the girls warn. “God speaks seriously throughout the Bible.” The girls write that “it is not something to be glorified or portrayed by any means as something fun or attractive.” So we don’t think that Felicity will be going trick-or-treating when she gets older. Halloween, first of all, tends to glorify a lot of those things — you know, people dress as witches and ghosts. Also, the holiday itself is based upon an ancient religious festival of the Celtics, that involved honoring the dead while celebrating the year’s final harvest. While most see Halloween as fairly distinct from Samhain, which some still practice today, to the Duggars, it’s a spiritual threat. That said, Jeremy Vuolo has shown that he’s less strict than Jim Bob and Michelle. Just as Austin Forsyth viewed and reviewed the Marvel film, Thor , Jeremy has demonstrated that he doesn’t share their views. He believes that women can wear pants. Might he one day allow his daughter to dress up as Batgirl or as a princess? Maybe we’ll find out. For now, she’s a literal baby and is perfectly happy wearing a headband that matches her mother’s. These days, Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, are loving their lives as new parents and sharing every moment of that joy on social media. Jinger Duggar: Getting My Pre-Baby Body Back Was Easy!

It’s been three months since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child , and from the looks of her latest Instagram pics, the 24-year-old wasted no time in getting back to her fitness regimen. Fans have marveled at Jinger’s post-baby body , and many have asked the Counting On star for tips and tricks. Fortunately, Jinger is happy to fill fans in on her weight loss methods. Un fortunately, her followers might not be thrilled with Jinger’s “secrets.” It turns out, Jinger has stuck to the basics in the months since she welcomed little Felicity into the world. Insiders say she eats right and exercises a lot — a fact Jinger confirmed with her latest Instagram posts. Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, currently reside in Laredo, Texas, and while they escaped the brunt of Hurricane Michael, their proximity to the Gulf Coast means the couple has faced some pretty wild weather lately. But Jinger didn’t let the rain and wind stand in the way of her daily jogs. Jinger recently documented the stormy weather on her Instagram page and informed fans that it would not stop her from getting in a vigorous workout: “Perfect day for a run,” she captioned the above photo. As rich and famous as they are, the Duggars tend to eschew luxuries such as personal trainers and Hollywood trends like fad diets. So it stands to reason that Jinger would favor the old-fashioned approach when trying to lose that last little bit of baby weight. Needless to say, the old ways seem to be working for her. And one of Jinger’s famous peers recently took notice. “Uhm so that mama is looking fantastic. Congrats on your new baby girl!!!” Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff recently commented on one of Jinger’s pics. “She gets prettier every day.” Jeremy was quick to second that opinion, responding, “She gets prettier every day.” Obviously, baby Felicity is Jinger’s number one priority these days, but it seems she’s also taking time to look after herself while Jeremy watches the baby. Further evidence that, slowly but surely, the Duggars are joining the 21st century. Better late than never! View Slideshow: Jinger Duggar Asserts Her Independence: I’m a Vuolo Now!

Jinger Duggar Continues to Outrage Fans With Pics of Her Daughter

In general, photos of infants are up there with videos of cats doing funny things on the short list of internet posts that won’t piss anybody off. But if you’re a member of the Duggar family everything you do is subject to intense scrutiny and harsh criticism — and Jinger Duggar’s latest baby photo is no exception. That’s little Felicity Duggar enjoying what we assume is her first plane ride. Jinger captioned the pic, “Little travel buddy.” Seems inoffensive enough, right? After all who could have a problem with an infant on an airplane (aside from, ya know, every other passenger on that plane). Well, believe it or not, Jinger has been accused of trolling her critics with this pic. If that sounds absurd, that’s because it absolutely is. But you’re currently on the internet, so you’re well aware that we’re living in absurd times. Anyway, the outrage has to do with Felicity’s headgear. Yes, believe it or not Jinger has been accused of cultural appropriation for tying a scarf to her child’s head. We suppose it’s possible that Jinger came across an old photo of Tupac and decided that would be a good look for her daughter. But the much more likely explanation is that the scarf is simply an easy way to keep the baby’s head warm. Not surprisingly, the constant negative attention has begun to take a toll on Jinger. “She feels like she’s constantly getting mom shamed since she had Felicity. She had no idea it was going to be this bad,” an insider close to Jinger tells Hollywood Life. “Jinger is doing her best to ignore the negativity and focus on the positive, but it’s hard.” Scarf-gate began with the above photo of Jinger and Jeremy attending a Chicago Cubs game last month, and remarkably, it shows no signs of letting up. Fortunately, Jinger isn’t letting the haters win. She’s continued to post pics of Felicity, and it doesn’t look like she’ll be stopping any time soon. We say give the girl a break. It’s bad enough she was raised in the freakin’ Duggar family. View Slideshow: Jinger Duggar Asserts Her Independence: I’m a Vuolo Now!

Jinger Duggar’s Daughter Survives First Ridiculous "Scandal"

Last week,  Jinger Duggar was accused of cultural appropriation for wrapping her daughter’s head in fabric in order to keep it warm while the family attended a Chicago Cubs game. The situation was annoying for a number of reasons. For starters, these are the Duggars we’re talking about. If you want to complain about an ignorant habit or a questionable child-rearing practice, they give you so much good material to work with. There’s really no need to go nit-picking. On top of that, since when is there a specific culture that owns the exclusive rights to wrapping babies up in fabric to keep them warm? By that logic, Jinger and her ilk can and should accuse Scientologists of cultural approporiation. After all, far-right evangelicals were weirding people out with their extremist beliefs decades before L. Ron Hubbard was even born. Anyway, when you slam the Duggars for perfectly normal behavior, you reinforce their belief that they’re simply being persecuted for their religious convictions. Worse, you distract from the actual shady practices the family engages in on a regular basis. And as you can see from the photo below, Jinger is not the slightest bit concerned about the uproar over her baby girl’s headgear. That’s a pic Jinger posted on Monday. The proud new mom captioned the image, “So smiley!” Her head is wrapped in a fashion that’s identical to the Wrigley Field pic, and it looks as though neither Jinger or Felicity are losing any sleep over the uproar. In fact, Jinger probably received a monetary bonus from Jim Bob this month. Every time something like this happens, it strengthens the Duggars’ argument that the public will find fault with everything they do. So now, when there’s another legitimate Duggar scandal — and we’re about due for a big one — Jim Bob can point to this situation and be all: “[Self-righteous sigh] This is just like that time everyone freaked out on Jinger’s baby for wearing a scarf.” The worst part is, this “scandal” is probably the result of 8-10 very vocal nitwits who get a weird high from being mad online. This has been yet another installment of “Society: It Just Wasn’t Ready For the Internet.” View Slideshow: Jinger Duggar Asserts Her Independence: I’m a Vuolo Now!

Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger Duggar Gush Over Baby Felicity: See Her at Two Months!

Just days before Felicity Vuolo’s two month “birthday,” Jeremy and Jinger are taking to social media and gushing over their baby. Fans had expressed concerns about the precious infant’s health in recent photos. But as fans can see, little Felicity is all smiles. In the absolutely precious photo that you’re about to see, a grinning Jeremy Vuolo gazes warmly into the eyes of his infant daughter. Baby Felicity lays on her back and smiles up at him. According to the captions, this is a very common occurrence these days. Jeremy writes: “She’s all smiles these days.” This is a truly touching and beautiful family photo. Take a look: Felicity was born in July, as Jeremy and Jinger shared on the family website. “God is so kind!” the post gushed. “Jinger gave birth to Felicity Nicole Vuolo this morning at 4:37 am.” And then they laid out her stats: “Felicity weighs 8lbs. and 3oz. and is 19.5 inches long.” “Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well,” they shared. The post concluded: “We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents” Felicity will be two months old on September 19! Babies grow up so quickly, and the couple’s fans and followers are happy to see pictures. Of course, a recent photo of Felicity Vuolo raised concern among fans . They looked at the adorable baby girla nd perceived that she looked “blue,” which could indicate a problem with circulation or oxygenation. A number of fans shared these genuine worries in the captions, not to be hateful, but simply out of alarm. Fortunately, it looks like Felicity remains happy and healthy. Perhaps what followers perceived was merely a trick of the lighting? After Jeremy and Jinger shared the name of their young daughter, some were puzzled over its meaning. (And no, it is not a reference to a Keri Russell character) While you might not expect hardcore Christians like these two to name their daughter after a Roman deity (Felicitas), they explained that they named her after “a young Christian girl who lived long ago.” That is a clear reference to Saint Felicitas, a young Christian woman who was martyred alongside Saint Perpetua in the Third Century in Carthage. The Vuolos are not Catholic, but clearly they felt a connection to Felicitas’ religious convictions. More to the point, however, Jinger and Jeremy explained that the name simply “felt right.” It is wonderful that Felicity smiles so much. Babies are not generally capable of giving a full smile when first born — it is a skill that they develop. But smiling is a great indicator that Felicity is successfully bonding with Jeremy and with Jinger, expressing a rush of excitement when she sees her parents. Babies can be grumpy and they can cry, which is also normal and healthy, but it’s always good to see a baby smile. Let’s hope that she continues to smile — if Jinger and Jeremy prove to be better parents than anyone in Jinger’s terrifying family. Joseline Hernandez: Stevie J Is Nothing But TRASH!!

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J married Faith Evans in a quiet, private ceremony last July. To say that it was sudden was an understatement. His ex, Joseline Hernandez, was quick to throw shade at him at the time — quietly accusing him of having proposed to her just a month earlier. Joseline isn’t done. Now, she is dragging his name through the muck. Stevie J and Faith Evans are married, but that doesn’t mean that Stevie’s ex is going to let the two enjoy their wedded bliss unchallenged. “You know they say one man’s garbage is another man’s treasure,” Joseline Hernanzes wrote in an Instagram comment. As if that weren’t shady enough, she really drove home her point in a way that no one could possibly miss. Joseline continued: “But we know it’s still garbage.” Ooooooh. Dang, Joseline. Tell us how you really feel! This is not the first time that she’s used social media to strike a blow at Stevie’s happiness. After the story broke that Stevie J and Faith Evans had married in a quiet, private ceremony, Joseline decided to share some screenshots of a text conversation she’d had just one month earlier. In the conversation, a person identified in her phone only as “a–hole” but believed to be Stevie J sent her a message reading: “Will you marry me?” Joseline’s reply is shown as: “I’m actually trying to marry someone else I really like. I’m sorry. I tried it with you. I’m liking some one else a lot.” That is one hell of a way of saying “no.” That was on June 17th. Stevie J and Faith Evans were then married on July 17th. The two of them even got that date immortalized in a pair of matching arm tattoos. If you believe the implications of the screenshots that Joseline posted, that would mean that Stevie was possibly just desperate to be married. You would have to be, if you’re going to ask one woman to marry you, and then marry another just one month later. That said, some believe that Joseline may have faked the screenshots (it is extremely easy to do so), which don’t even feature Stevie J’s actual name. Others believe that, even if the proposal is authentic, that fans should still be happy for Stevie and Faith.  Though this wedding was sudden, Faith and Stevie’s romance began in 2017. Besides, these two have known each other since the 1990s. Some say that they belong together — and that, at worst, maybe Stevie was getting cold feet a few weeks before the wedding. Regardless, if Joseline wants to argue that Stevie is garbage, she won’t have a difficult time. Stevie J lost his $1.3 million child support appeal , though he did manage to avoid a prison sentence over it. Nobody likes a deadbeat dad. Additionally, Stevie J allegedly attacked Erica Mena , who accused him liking to beat up women. We don’t know the full story of that situation, but it sounds like their altercation was serious — and began with Stevie insulting her young son. To Faith Evans, though, he’s apparently still a treasure. View Slideshow: 15 AMAZING Moments from Love & Hip Hop

Jeremy Vuolo: Throwing Shade at Derick Dillard on Twitter?!

Just last month,  Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their first child . In the weeks since, the happy couple has been doting on their daughter and gushing about little Felicity every chance they get. But that doesn’t mean they’re not making time for the truly important things, like roasting Derick Dillard’s dumb ass on social media. A little backstory is required in order to fully understand why Jeremy’s seemingly innocent tweet from Monday night is being widely interpreted as anti-Dillard shade. As you probably know, Derick was fired from Counting On after unapologetically sharing his bigoted views with the world on Twitter. And it’s not just his former bosses who have taken issue with D-Dill’s big mouth. There have been rumors that several members of the extended Duggar clan want nothing to do with Derick. And reports of a feud between Vuolo and Dillard have been especially common in recent weeks. “Jinger and I are so grateful to TLC for giving us the opportunity to share our lives with all of you!” Jeremy wrote on Twitter before Monday’s Counting On season premiere. “Tune in this Monday night — July 30th, 9/8C — for the new season of #CountingOn.” Sounds innocent enough, but it’s not hard to see why many Duggar-watchers took the remark as an extremely subtle jab at Derick. “Some Dillard shade,” wrote one fan. Another echoed the sentiment with a reluctant shoutout to Jeremy: “He’s good at throwing shade in a fundie acceptable way,” the viewer commented. “I don’t like him, but damn if it ain’t entertaining.” Dillard has made his distaste for his former home network abundantly clear in the months since he was unceremoniously kicked to the curb. He was fired for attacking fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings , and he’s since accused network execs of espousing values that run counter to everything the Duggars stand for. In that context, it’s a bit easier to see how Jeremy’s public praise for the same folks who gave Derick the ax could as smack talk. Of course, the big question now is — will Derick respond?  We sure hope so. We could really go for a heated Duggar feud. Jinger Duggar in Pants: New Fashion Icon?

With each passing day, Duggar fans grow louder in demanding a Jinger Duggar pregnancy announcement . We don’t know when it will come. Some fans don’t know if it will come. In the mean time, Jinger still wears pants with her husband’s blessing, as you’ll see in two new photos below. This time, though, her fashion choices caused fans to ask some questions . And who better to talk women’s fashion than … Jeremy Vuolo? Jinger Duggar, as a family “rebel,” continues to be a little divisive among Duggar fans. Most conservative Christian families would be delighted at a woman who gets married right away to a conservative Christian man — without having premarital sex or any of the other, you know, things that most humans do. And sure, plenty of Duggar fans applaud Jinger for getting a husband who has a few theological differences with her father … (Of course, one of those differences is that Jeremy Vuolo thinks that the fundamentalist Duggars aren’t harsh enough against gay people, which … is a pretty extreme view) … and who allows her to wear pants. Other Duggar fans, however, continue to freak out whenever they see her wearing the devil’s leggings or whatever they think that pants are. Jeremy Vuolo shared this photo of Jinger — again wearing pants, and included the caption: “Standing outside Tenth Presbyterian Church where the late Dr. James Montgomery Boice pastored for 32 years. He was a remarkable gift to the church as a whole and is one of my and @jingervuolo’s favorite authors.” Boice was a conservative theologian noted for his devotion to the Christian concept of Biblical Inerrancy. Fans were less curious about dead religious thinkers and more about Jinger’s shoes. Fan comments were, though harmless compared to some of the hate that Duggars get on social media, definitely fashion-oriented. “Those shoes are giving me life! I need them in my life!” (Kind of weird to see phrasing by Duggar fans that you’d expect to hear on, like, RuPaul’s Drag Race ) “What kind of shoes does she have on?” It was Jeremy Vuolo who responded, lending his fashion expertise to identify the shoes as “Converse Chuck’s wedges.” (For those interested, the full name of the shoes is Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Lux Wedge Sneakers, which is a ridiculously long name for a line of sneakers) Odd to hear anyone looking to a Duggar daughter as a fashion icon or trendsetter though. Under this photo, Jeremy Vuolo used a quote for his caption: “‘A true wife is the husband’s better half, his flower of beauty, and his heart’s treasure. In her company he finds his earthly heaven; she is the light of his home, the comfort of his soul.’ ~ C.H. Spurgeon” Spurgeon was an 18th Century conservative theologian. He was a diehard Baptist who was also a noted abolitionist. Comments here were also less interested in religious doctrine or quotes about marriage, and instead commented on Jinger’s choice of clothing: “OMG they let her wear jeans.” (The “they” is literally just Jeremy Vuolo … we’ll get to that in a moment) “Omg Jinger you are STUNNING!” another fan wrote. “Those jeans look so nice on you!” That second compliment was a nice way of addressing the jeans-wearing without sounding ignorant. The first … well, if you keep up with the Duggar daughters on their adventures in adulthood, it can be frustrating to read comments from people who think that Jim Bob’s allowing this. Under the particular brand of Christian fundamentalism to which Jim Bob adheres, his daughters may not wear pants … until they are married off, at which point they are effectively the property of their husbands and their husbands can make those kinds of choices. Jeremy Vuolo has stated that he doesn’t believe that Jesus saves people to make them wear skirts, which sounds like sound theological reasoning to us.
