Lady Gaga Feels She’s Been ‘Probed Endlessly’ About Who She Is

‘Judas’ singer goes on curse-filled rant in new issue of NME. By Jocelyn Vena Lady Gaga Photo: Kevin Mazur/WireImage Lady Gaga is on the defense these days. Fans aren’t sure how they feel about her Born This Way cover art , and in the new issue of British music magazine NME , the singer felt the need to let the world know that she’s not some gimmick and her shtick is the real deal, protruding face bones and all. “Let me tell you something. If you f—ing rip my hairbow and my wig off my f—ing head, my shoes, my bra, every single thing on my body, and you throw me on a piano with a microphone, I will f—ing make you cry,” she proclaims in the magazine, which hits newsstands on Tuesday (April 19). On the cover , Gaga appears in a see-through body suit, with zippers over her lady parts, wearing heavy eye makeup, her now signature “BTW” prosthetics and a wig she wore in the “BTW” video. “I feel I have been probed endlessly about who the f— I am,” she continues. “I have been quite open about it. And still nobody seems to have a clue.” Gaga recently unveiled her second single, ” Judas ,” off her May 23 album release. Parts of the song may pay homage to some of her past hits, but it is certainly not the type of pop song that Katy Perry or Britney Spears would record. “I’m not going to start churning out what you expect,” she said. “If you want me to be a manufactured act, you can f— off.” The star also defended her prosthetics recently in Harper’s Bazaar . “Well, first of all, they’re not prosthetics. They’re my bones,” she said in the issue. “They’ve always been inside of me, but I have been waiting for the right time to reveal to the universe who I truly am. They come out when I’m inspired.” She mirrored that sentiment on her Twitter page on Tuesday, writing, ” Born This Way is who I am. An artist in a constant state of half-fantasy/half-reality at all times.” Related Photos The Evolution Of: Lady Gaga Related Artists Lady Gaga

‘Lemonade Mouth’ Stars Talk Possible Tour Plans

‘It’s up to the people,’ Disney co-star Blake Michael tells MTV News about the fictional TV band. By Jocelyn Vena The cast of “Lemonade Mouth” The Disney Channel’s latest movie, “Lemonade Mouth” debuted over the weekend. The feel-good flick about a ragtag group of teens who form a band named Lemonade Mouth is based on the book by Mark Peter Hughes, and last week we caught up with the gang who told us they’d be down to hit the road for a tour — if the fans want it. “We have no idea,” co-star Naomi Scott explained to MTV News about potential plans to take the TV band out on the road. Her co-star Blake Michael added, “It’s up to the people.” The group has already performed on “Good Morning America,” hitting the stage last week. And Hayley Kiyoko said if they were tapped to hit the road to perform tracks from the movie, they’d certainly have the skills to pay the bills. “I think we all love performing and we’re all very musically inclined and if we get a tour, that’d be awesome,” she said. “We’re just enjoying what’s going on right now and performing and we’re gonna keep doing it whether or not there’s a tour or not.” Disney has a pretty impressive track record when it comes to launching the next big thing (Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, to name a few), but regardless of what happens next with Lemonade Mouth, Scott said that they’re just living in the moment. “I don’t think that we are trying to be anything; we’re just who we are,” Scott said. “We are who we are, like we’re just ourselves and wherever that takes us; it’s not sort of a planned route. We’ll see.” What did you think of the “Lemonade Mouth” movie? Tell us in the comments! Catherine Zeta-Jones Treated For Bipolar II Disorder

‘After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility,’ actress’ rep says. By Jocelyn Vena Catherine Zeta-Jones Photo: Michael Buckner/ Getty Images Catherine Zeta-Jones surprised everyone on Wednesday when she went public with her battle with bipolar II disorder. The star’s rep confirmed that the Hollywood A-lister spent about five days in an unidentified facility to deal with the illness. “After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her bipolar II disorder,” her rep said in a statement to People.com . “She’s feeling great and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films.” Zeta-Jones and her husband, Michael Douglas , certainly have had a stressful year. Douglas underwent treatment for throat cancer last year, and in January, he appeared on the “Today” show to discuss his medical scare and tell fans that he is now cancer free. “There’s no question it’s been a stressful year,” a friend of Zeta-Jones said. “Catherine has had to deal with Michael’s illness and that’s been hard. She went in for a few days because she’s about to start working and wanted to make sure she’s in top form, which she is.” Bipolar II disorder is a form of depression characterized by episodes of major depression alternating with periods of elevated highs, also known as hypermania. Often the disorder is triggered by periods of stress and can lead to a depression that includes mood swings. Bipolar II disorder differs from bipolar I disorder in that the “up” moods never reach full-on mania, according to WebMD . Douglas and Zeta-Jones appeared at the Golden Globes earlier this year, where he commented on his recent medical challenges. “There’s got to be an easier way to get a standing ovation,” Douglas joked about his warm reception. “Thank you all very much. I’m really very, very happy to be here tonight,” he added, as Zeta-Jones looked on from the audience.

Taylor Lautner Fights For His Right To ‘Twilight’ In His #1 MTV Moment

Lautner will debut the ‘Abduction’ trailer and chat with MTV News tonight at 7:56 p.m. ET! By Jocelyn Vena Taylor Lautner Photo: MTV News After finding phenomenal success as Jacob Black in the first “Twilight” movie, Taylor Lautner’s role as the lovable werewolf was in jeopardy by the time talk of “New Moon” began to ramp up in December 2008. There seemed to be a chance that the then-scrawny Lautner might not return to the flick. Before tonight’s “MTV First: Taylor Lautner” debut at 7:56 p.m. ET on air and online, we’ve been counting down Lautner’s finest MTV moments — and at #1, we see him fighting to keep his role as Jacob Black. “I have been working out. I’ve been working out since the day we finished filming ‘Twilight.’ I just weighed myself today; I’ve put on 19 pounds,” he told MTV News of how he was working to ensure he’d be Jacob from movie one right through the very last flick. The actor admitted that he was working hard and fast to make sure he could be the Jacob that author Stephanie Meyer had always envisioned. “I’m guaranteeing [director Chris] Weitz 10 more [pounds] by filming. I get to meet Chris on Friday, in two days, so I’m excited,” he said. “I’m going to have lunch with him.” Well, whatever Lautner did and worked. It’s now April 2011, and with production basically wrapped on the very last film in the franchise, it’s clear the actor and the fans couldn’t imagine anyone else playing the role. “My job for ‘Twilight’ was to bring ‘Twilight’ Jacob to life — the friendly, happy-go-lucky little Jacob,” Lautner explained back then of his arc. “And my job for ‘New Moon’ is completely different; I’ve been looking forward to that. I’ve been getting ready for it, and I can assure them that I will follow through with that job.” Don’t miss “MTV First: Taylor Lautner” tonight at 7:56 p.m. ET on MTV and MTV.com. Taylor Lautner Talks ‘Twilight’ Tattoos In His #3 MTV Moment

Lautner will debut the ‘Abduction’ trailer and chat with MTV News on Wednesday at 7:56 p.m. ET. By Jocelyn Vena Taylor Lautner Photo: MTV News With so much talk about his abs at the VMAs and that one special moment he shared with Tom Cruise at the MTV Movie Awards, who could forget the time Taylor Lautner waxed poetic about “Twilight” tattoos? With just a few days until “MTV First: Taylor Lautner,” which premieres Wednesday on air and online at 7:56 p.m. ET, we’re counting down Lautner’s finest MTV moments — and at #3, the action stud recounted one particularly jarring fan encounter. “Usually, they don’t have something for you to sign, so they stick out their hand or their arm for you to sign, so I’m going down the line signing arms,” he said of an autograph session last summer. One of the arms came with a big surprise: “Then I get to an arm that has a gigantic wolf pack tattoo!” After feeling the tattoo to make sure it was real, he signed the fan’s arm, hoping that his signature wouldn’t also make the final cut as a permanent tat. “Sure enough, the very next day I get a call from a buddy saying, ‘Did you sign somebody’s arm? Because it’s tattooed to her now,’ ” he recalled. “I didn’t know whether to feel bad or whether it’s cool. It’s so different.” Don’t miss “MTV First: Taylor Lautner” this Wednesday at 7:56 p.m. ET on MTV and MTV.com. Kristen Stewart Is ‘Great As A Vampire,’ Jamie Campbell Bower Says

‘I think she’s perfect and they did a great job casting those movies,’ actor who plays Caius in ‘Breaking Dawn’ says. By Jocelyn Vena Jamie Campbell Bower Photo: MTV News Jamie Campbell Bower was thrust into the world of “Twilight” as Caius in “New Moon,” and he’ll be back vamping it up in “Breaking Dawn – Part 2” next year. And the actor admits that as he preps to return to the “Twilight” set in 2012 for the final “Twilight Saga” movie, fans of the franchise will get to see just how bad Caius and the rest of the Volturi are. “Well, [director] Bill Condon, he brings something wonderful and a sort of theatricalness to the whole film,” Bower explained to MTV News when he stopped by to talk about his new Starz series “Camelot.” “The film itself, it’s much darker than the first three. It’s got a grittiness to it. From our side, the Volturi side, you really get to find out how messed up these characters are and just how badass they are,” he said. “We’re really evil people. I was always like, we’re not evil, we’re trying to keep it cool, but they are nasty blokes. So from us, you get to see how screwed up we are. That was great fun to play, just screw about on set and do as much as possible and be theatrical.” Much of the chatter about the final films in the “Twilight” series revolves around Kristen Stewart’s turn as vampire Bella , and from one vamp to another, Bower has nothing but praise for her performance. “She’s great as a vampire,” he said. “I think she’s perfect and they did a great job casting those movies. “Again to be a part of something that is such a success and has influenced so many different things, I’m really honored to be able to do that,” he added.
