Tuesday on Counting On Season 3 Episode 6 , Ben Seewald joined forces with NFL stars to give back to the Northwest Arkansas community. Ben is usually a source of boundless optimism for wife Jessa and the other people in his life, but last night’s episode featured a rare moment of self-doubt for the 21-year-old. “If the camp doesn’t go well, I’m going to feel pretty bad,” Ben said at one point. Fortunately, with the help of former Steelers and Colts linebacker Steve Conley, the camp went off without a hitch. Crisis of self-confidence averted! Elsewhere in the episode, Jinger Duggar prepared for a trip to the East Coast with fiance Jeremy Vuolo. Of course, this was before Jinger and Jeremy got engaged . So yes, Jinger traveled with a whole crew of chaperones (Michelle, Jessa, Ben, and even Baby Spurgeon). The Duggar devoted may have already known this as the trip that prompted Jinger’s hair crisis . In other contrived plot lines, Jana Duggar set out to redecorate the guesthouse in preparation for Jill and Derick returning from abroad. Hey, other people have to do something while the Jinger and Jeremy show marches on, right? It’s reaching the point that Jinger’s siblings might be more eager for her to just go ahead and get married than she is. On second thought, no one is more eager for Jinger’s wedding than Jinger is. On Tuesday afternoon, the artist felt a need to defend herself on Twitter after a couple people apparently grew upset at her ignoring them in public. “No matter how long I’ve been doing this, sometimes the madness with the yelling and pushing becomes overwhelming and to avoid people either getting hurt or having more anxiety, I go inside hoping my fans will understand,” Lovato wrote. She didn’t delve into specifics, but it seems as if some fans were hoping for an autograph and/or a few moments with the singer. But Lovato was simply unable to provide them with either. “Today I had 2 instances where I had rude things yelled at me because I didn’t stop for every single person,” she added. “When stuff like that happens it actually really sucks. It’s not okay and just remember, I’m used to getting hate but I’m human too. So please..Take your negativity elsewhere.” Lovato, of course, is never afraid to speak her mind. She even called out Taylor Swift last month for being a fake feminist. In this case, however, Demi said her piece and then moved on to a professional announcement: She and Jonas will be headlining the 15th anniversary of the Honda Civic Tour: Future Now where attendees will get to hear all their old singles and new tracks, including Demi’s single “Stone Cold.” “Being able to tour with someone you have considered one of your best friends for 9, 10 years, you don’t get to do that often,” Lovato said at this week’s press conference, teasing a duet in the process: “We are working out the details, we are trying to figure everything out. We want it to be an unforgettable experience. We are very hands on with all the details. If you ask me in two months I can give you a solid answer.”

Asked by producers what she thought of the fact that people think all she does is cook and take care of babies, Jana laughed. “I don’t always like to be on the forefront,” she admits. “But I enjoy the behind-the-scenes and working on different projects,” she mused. “I don’t only cook and take care of babies. This past weekend, some of the Duggar girls went shopping at Potter House Thrift, which raises funds for the Potter House Ministry, an organization that provides “a hope and a future to children and families in Fayetteville, Arkansas.” According to the Inquisitr , Jessa Duggar, Anna Duggar, Jana Duggar, and Joy-Anna Duggar were followed by a camera crew at the store, further proof that they are working on some sort of a reality show, whether it’s with TLC or another network. The girls posted a photo on the family’s official Facebook page with the caption, “Fun girls shopping day! #sisters.” A few weeks ago, Radar Online reported that Jana and her brother, John David took some of their younger siblings to buy lumber for a tree house at local store Ridout. “The production company from Nashville called me last week.” manager Jim Logdson told the site at the time. “It was the day before they wanted to come in and film. Then the normal camera guy for the family called me and then John David did.” This comes after the network’s general manager and executive producer told the press that their future with the stars of 9 Kids and Counting remains up in the air . “We are still considering doing more but haven’t made a decision yet,” Daniels said at the time. Joy-Anna Duggar might not receive as much press as her older, more married sisters, but that’s only because while they’re off doing girly things like getting pregnant, Joy-Anna is living life like she’s in a training montage from a Rocky movie: Joy-Anna Duggar Lifts 145 Pounds Possibly pregnant Jessa Duggar posted the above video with a caption explaining that the long-skirted, long-haired beast mode lifter in the clip is not an extra from Braveheart, but in fact, her younger sister: “Joy-Anna was tearin’ it up in the workout room today!” Jessa wrote. “She beat her previous record by parallel squatting 145 pounds!” Yeah, that’s probably about what Joy-Anna weighs, which means it’s a seriously impressive feat. As for her workout attire, Joy-Anna is rocking a skirt that goes below her knees, as is required of Duggar women. Naturally, it wouldn’t be very lady-like to do squats in a skirt, so Joy-Anna is also wearing a pair of sweatpants underneath her skirt, because…we’re not really sure why. Wouldn’t the sweatpants have done pretty much the same job on their own? Anyway, seeing this display of Joy-Anna’s physical strength makes us think she might have a shot at a welterweight title some day, but more importantly she could become the mythical Duggar Who Breaks Free. For years, everyone Jana Duggar would be the one to break away , but from the looks of this video, we’re guessing Joy-Anna has more in mind for her future than just changing diapers.
