LiLo just can’t get right… According to TMZ reports : In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail. Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation. The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report — the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.” The word “fulfilling” REALLY set Judge Sautner off! She was clearly disturbed and confused at the fact that LiLo thought that she should be BENEFITTING from her community service. TMZ broke the story … Lindsay got kicked out of the Women’s Center after being a no-show 9 times. The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required. The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to go abroad to work — where she was seen partying on several occasions — and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.” Ouch! “…from what I hear”?? Sounds like the Judge isn’t too impressed with Linds and her “acting” Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.” As we reported, Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly. The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there. Although Judge Sautner noted that due to overcrowding in jails Lohan’s potential 18 month sentence could be reduced, as angry as she was in the video we wouldn’t be surprised if she threw the book at her anyway

Lindsay Lohan: Free on Bail, Off to Morgue, Dressed Like Freaking Ghost

Lindsay Lohan is free woman, at least until her hearing November 2. The actress posted $100,000 bail after being handcuffed and jailed earlier Wednesday for violating her probation. In three weeks, when she must return to court to really face the music, girl could be looking at more than a year in jail. Scary thought … maybe that’s why she dressed like a ghost today: LiLo gets into the Halloween spirit … for court. Nice look . The actress’ severely-underpaid publicist tells TMZ in a statement : “Lindsay is hoping this matter will be resolved on November 2 and the Court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling community service.” Could be wishful thinking. Either way, who dresses up like a corpse for court?? She’ll be getting plenty of exposure to such things, as it turns out, since the actress has been ordered to the L.A. County Morgue for community service. Linds will clean tables where autopsies are performed – and various body parts and fluids often remain for disposal – per Judge Stephanie Sautner’s orders. She will also be sweeping floors, cleaning toilets, washing windows and picking up trash. Lindsay must do 16 hours at the morgue before November 2. Lohan is telling friends she gets why Judge Sautner threw the book at her today and intends to put in those hours – plus overtime – at the morgue. Forgive THG if we’ll take a wait-and-see attitude on that claim. Lohan was essentially jailed today because she didn’t follow Sautner’s prior instructions, instead getting kicked out of her community service program. She then had the audacity to complain that working at L.A.’s Downtown Women’s Center wasn’t fulfilling enough, which really set the judge off. Sources say Lohan took Sautner’s admonitions and the entire experience today as a major warning that she needs to get her act together, ASAP. She plans on going to the morgue every single day between now and her next hearing on November 2 in order to prove how serious she is. Actions speak louder than words, and Lohan hopes to show in the next few weeks that her probation should be reinstated with no jail time. Could be too little too late, because she’s f*%ked up so much already. But if she does take a hint, perhaps Sautner will feel her work is done. What do you think: Jail for LiLo?

Lindsay Lohan Kicked Out of Community Service Program, Flakes on Probation Tasks, is a Moron

Looks like Lindsay Lohan’s teeth aren’t the only thing about her that’s stained … her reputation has been as well, given that this idiot was kicked out of her mandatory community service program for violating the rules numerous times. A judge ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at L.A.’s Downtown Women’s Center, and to be reliable, professional, and work at least four hours at a time. Sources say Lindsay blew off NINE visits , however, and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour. What a moron. As a result, Lohan was terminated from the Women’s Center because of the violations and was assigned instead to a community service program at the Red Cross.

Judge to Lindsay Lohan: Get Your $h!t Together!!

Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear today that she is unimpressed with Lindsay Lohan and her progress, or lack thereof, in completing her probation. The actress was reamed out at a progress hearing and told that she had better complete her community service within a year of sentencing – or else. “I’m not going to give five extra minutes,” she said, adding, “I don’t want to hear, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of a John Gotti movie.'” The judge was frustrated that in two months since she somehow avoided jail for stealing a necklace, Lindsay has completed just four days out of 60. Also upset that Lindsay had not enrolled in psychological counseling – as she’s required to do – Sautner is giving her 21 days to sign up, or else! The L.A. County Probation Dept. asked Judge Sautner to violate Lindsay’s probation and remand her into custody for three alleged violations. It’s worth noting that two claims were bogus and the third – LiLo not returning a call from her probation officer – was resolved (she called back). Judge Sautner made it very clear that she will revoke LiLo’s probation if she doesn’t get her a$$ in gear, but told off her probation officer, too. Sautner called the officer’s claims totally inaccurate and judge strongly implied the probation officer was unfairly gunning for Lindsay Lohan . The probation officer’s alleged beef with Lohan was threefold: Lindsay did not pay $3,900 in fees for community service. This was not a violation, however, has she has three years to pay these. Lindsay did not return the call of the probation officer. Again, the probation officer was wrong. Lohan actually left three messages. Lindsay did not prove to the department that she enrolled in her community service program, shoplifting program, and psychological counseling. Again, irrelevant. Lohan had to report these to the judge alone. People connected with LiLo think the probation officer has an axe to grind. It looks like the judge agrees, as she wasn’t moved by the claims. Still, Sautner has her own gripes with the way Lohan has conducted herself, and the possibility of jail still looms if she keeps screwing up. Lindsay Lohan’s Theft Charge Reduced To Misdemeanor

By MTV News staff Lindsay Lohan arrives for court in Los Angeles, on April 22, 2011 Photo: Toby Canham/ Getty Images Lindsay Lohan received some slightly good news today: Her original felony charge stemming from the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace back in January was reduced to a misdemeanor. The problem-plagued actress will still have to stand trial, as Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that the theft was in violation of Lohan’s probation . According to TMZ , the reduced charge indicates that Lohan will not face jail time; the punishment will be determined after the verdict in the trial. The Associated Press reports that, in reducing the charge, Sautner said she was giving the actress “an opportunity.” The misdemeanor still has a potential penalty of a year in jail. Late last month, Lohan turned down a plea deal offered by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office after being told by Judge Keith Schwartz that had she accepted the DA’s deal — reportedly six months of jail time — she would have been found in violation of her probation and could serve more time. Lohan allegedly lifted a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store on January 22. The owner reported the theft to the Los Angeles Police Department, which later investigated the accusation and presented evidence to the District Attorney’s office. Up until Judge Sautner’s ruling, the actress had been officially charged with one count of felony grand theft and faced up to three years in prison.
