Over the last year or so, Demo Lovato has undergone some major personality changes. She’s found an inner peace and now hopes to be a role model for other troubled youths. But forget internal changes for a moment. This singer has made a significant external transformation. Just look at her new hair color! Lovato Tweeted this photo over the weekend, reportedly following an appointment at One Zero Nine Salon, the same location where Selena Gomez received hair extensions and Julianne Hough trimmed her locks. Might it be for boy toy Wilmer Valderrama ?!? Sound off on the look below. Do you like Demi with red hair?
Warning: the following Fashion Face-Off may cause your computer screen to fog up. Both Stacy Keibler and Julianne Hough walked the red carpet of last night’s Hollywood Film Awards held at The Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California and, somehow, the path under these hotties’ feet did not catch on fire. Keibler was on hand as George Clooney’s date, while Hough was there to represent her remake of Footloose . Both looked gorgeous. But only one could look the MOST gorgeous. Vote that individual now:
God save Craig Brewer’s Footloose , which is less a movie for today’s audiences than for yesterday’s — and I mean that in the good way. This is a pop entertainment made with an eye for detail: When our teen hero and the young woman he’s been wooing move in for their first kiss, the setting sun peeps out from behind their conjoined silhouettes. Corny, right? Get this: The rays beam out through a star filter. You can roll your eyes at the obviousness of it all, or you can marvel that a filmmaker cared to make a choice so traditional, so clichéd, that it becomes a kind of pop-culture mission statement. It’s as if Brewer is taking a stand for movies that look like movies instead of audience hipness barometers.
It looks like Julianne Hough has really dedicated herself to promoting her new remake of Footloose by stepping up her game a little, which is awesome because she’s normally kinda boring, I blame Seacrest. Here she is looking pretty good in her sexy lingerie top and denim combination. I like it. She’s really starting to look like an obnoxious high maintenance celebrity princess, she’s even got the mandatory glass of champagne and adorable puppy.
Last night’s Dancing With the Stars results show saw the end of Chynna Phillips’ journey on the ABC program. She could not, pardon the pun, hold on for one more day. On a more uplifting note, former DWTS pro Julianne Hough returned to the show that launched her career, performing two numbers to promote her new film Footloose . Julianne danced to “Holding Out for a Hero” with co-star Kenny Wormald, then jived with her brother, current DWTS pro Derek Hough on “Shake Your Tail Feather.” There’s certainly been a void since Julianne left the show, and we’re not talking about her gorgeousness (not entirely anyway). Girl can move it! Watch her below: Julianne Hough on Dancing With the Stars Julianne Hough and Derek Hough Jive on DWTS
I couldn’t help but post these pictures of Julianne Hough out doing a cheesy interview the other day. I’m not sure she’s aware of this, but I’ve got a decent amount of readers, maybe I should be thrown me an interview from time to time. Anyhow, I couldn’t resist because she’s looking really hot. Normally her face is her downfall, it really doesn’t match the body, but with the big hair and sunglasses we’re all good. Not to mention the fact that she stuffed her sexy body into a tight dress for me. At least I assume it’s for me. Who else could it be for, that Seacrest dude? Please!
Julianne Hough says she has ‘make-out sessions’ with her dogs. By Kara Warner Kenny Wormald and Julianne Hough at the premiere of “Footloose” Photo: Getty Images At Monday night’s Hollywood premiere of the buzz-worthy “Footloose” remake, MTV News had to ask the stars about the film’s catchy and intriguing tagline: “Cut Loose.” Naturally, we also talked about how the new “Footloose” compares to the old, along with how many nods there are to the 1984 Kevin Bacon career-launching classic, which will be rolled out in the next few days leading up to the film’s release. But, first and foremost, we wanted to know what the actors do to cut loose during their downtime. Check out photos of the stars at the red carpet premiere “I cut loose by playing with my dogs,” said Julianne Hough, who plays rebellious preacher’s daughter Ariel Moore. “They give me make-out sessions every morning in bed, and I love that; that’s the best.” Kenny Wormald, who plays newcomer Ren McCormack, joked, “Aside from when I dance and break things in a warehouse?” — alluding to the film’s iconic “angry dance” sequences. “I like to play golf. It kind of zens me out a little bit,” he revealed. “There’s a lot of cement in L.A., so I get off to a golf course, a beautiful green area, I love it.” Miles Teller, whose learning-to-dance montage set to “Let’s Hear it for the Boy” is one of the film’s best, admitted: “I’m not afraid to say it: I dance by myself in my room sometimes, and I have a disco ball that’s in my bedroom that I plug in.” Of her passion for horseback riding, Andie MacDowell (who plays Ariel’s mother Vi) said, “I ride bareback. I’ve been riding like that since I was 11, 10, so I have some experience.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Footloose.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com .
