If we've said it once, we've said it a million times … Poor Javi. Javi Marroquin, save for a few jealous tendencies, has always seemed like great guy — one of the best fathers on all of Teen Mom for sure. And in the latest season of Teen Mom 2, what with his and Kailyn's divorce and all the sadness that entails, it's just been heartbreaking to see him struggle with his new life. And make no mistake, he is definitely struggling. In this sneak peek from next week's episode of the show, Javi is off on a beach trip with his brother and a couple of cousins. As they're kicking back, having some drinks, they ask the U.S. Air Force member about Kailyn. And that was the wrong thing to do. Javi explains that he's been sad on the trip because he and Kailyn used to take the kids to the same beach. And then he starts crying. For real. He says “I'm sad because I don't have my family anymore,” and that “it just sucks” to go home to an empty house, with new things and no one there. As for Kailyn and whatever mysterious thing brought on the divorce , his brother tells him: “We all saw it coming, but we didn't say sh-t because it wasn't our place.” But that's of little comfort to Javi, who continues crying. Here we go again with Justin Bieber. The singer, who has been accused on numerous past occasions of getting physical with cameramen and members of the paparazzi, is under investigation for an incident that supposedly took place last Saturday night. Scroll down for a summation of everything we know so far… According to law enforcement sources, per TMZ, the alleged confrontation between Bieber and his unnamed victim went down at approximately 2 a.m. Saturday insider the Los Angeles Italian restaurant, Serafina. Bieber was on hand because his producer pal, Poo Bear, was hosting a party at the establishment. (Yes, Poo Bear. That’s not a typo. It also isn’t the focus of this story, although perhaps it should be.) A multitude of onlooker tell TMZ that Bieber was “play fighting” with friend Kyle Massey when he realized someone from the was recording the shenanigans. This has been a constant issue for Bieber for many years. In May of last year, Bieber was sued by a man who alleged that Justin destroyed his cell phone after the artist caught this man filming him doing a beer bong. We sense a pattern here. In this latest instance, Bieber reportedly asked the patrion to stop recording and delete the video. When the man said no, and then when other attendees at the shindig also hit their “Record” buttons, Bieber lunged at the guy, head first. In a statement, Serafina insists that no employee called 911, but someone alerted the authorities to what was taking place. When deputies arrived on the scene, however, Bieber had already left. Bieber has been very annoying on many occasions, but he hasn’t gotten in trouble with the law in over a year. But it does appear as if he’s been on edge of late, mostly due to Selena Gomez now dating The Weeknd. Over the past few days, Justin has mocked his ex-girlfriend’s new man by laughing over his songs , while also mock-whining over how he was all alone on Valentine’s Day . We’re not saying Bieber head-butted this dude. We have no idea. We’re just saying that Bieber has been acting pretty strange and he does have a long history of getting really irritated anyone someone films him in public. TMZ says it reached out to Justin and/or members of his entourage and has not heard anything back. We’ll update this story as more news breaks. UPDATE : TMZ reports that the alleged victim doesn’t want to press charges, but that a misdemeanor battery investigation is still ongoing. Caroline McBride, director of public relations for Serafina Restaurant Group, denies that any staff member was involved. In a statement, she tells Us Weekly: “We know very little about the alleged incident at Serafina Sunset with Justin Bieber, but we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police. We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina.”
Kailyn Lowry has a lot on her plate these days. In addition to her on-camera duties as one of the stars of Teen Mom 2, Kailyn has a book to promote; she’s a full-time college student; and the bulk of the hosting duties for this season’s live after-shows have fallen to her and Leah Messer, as Jenelle Evans and Chelsea Houska both have infants at home. Despite all of that, however, it seems Kail is looking to fill up her schedule even more – and now some fans are wondering if she’s making sufficient time for her two sons. Last night, Kailyn asked her Twitter followers if she should embark on a book tour to promote her memoir, Hustle & Heart . While most were in favor of the idea, several expressed concerns about Kailyn giving her kids and her education short shrift due to her many professional commitments. “The thing is she’ll be gone from her kids even more now just to have an extra buck in her pocket poor kids “Don’t you have school to finish? Or is the book tour your chance to delay graduation again?” Kail clapped back to the latter comment, tweeting: “Ever heard of the weekend?” Hey, it’s her life and she can manage her days however she pleases, but this must be the first time that we’ve ever heard a working single mom who’s enrolled in college classes boast about how much free time she has on weekends. Obviously, accusing Teen Mom stars of negligent parenting has long been a favorite activity on Teen Mom Twitter, and the cast has complained about it repeatedly. Kail’s kids seem well-adjusted, and she appears to have a strong support network, but it is difficult to imagine she could spread herself this thin and still devote herself fully to each of her endeavors. Lowry might be getting annoyed by having to respond to the skeptical fans on social media, but at least there’s a bright side to the controversy over her hectic schedule: It should overshadow all the rumors about Kailyn being pregnant with her third child. If you watch Teen Mom 2 online you know that its different from other reality shows, in that the behinds-the-scenes crew regularly gets involved in the drama. With the exception of Teen Mom: OG, we don’t know of another reality series in which producers double as characters and regularly interact with the cast on camera. Obviously, this can lead to problems, in the form of both conflict (such as when Farrah Abraham assaulted a producer last year) and accusations of inappropriate friendliness… It’s been over a year since Kailyn Lowry first separated from Javi Marroquin , so it’s not surprising that the 24-year-old is mother of two is ready to move on with a new love interest. And with the amount of time that Kailyn puts into filming, it stands to reason that she would hit it off with one of her on-set co-workers. And since she seems to have a particularly close relationship with one member of the TM2 crew, we suppose it was only a matter of time before fans began to spread the rumor that their relationship is more than just professional. J.C. Cueva is new to the TM2 game, but he and Kailyn reportedly hit it off from their first day of filming together. “I think I have a really good relationship with Kail,” Cueva said in aninterview last month. “I was a new person coming in; her previous field producer had been with her for years and years. I had big shoes to fill, but I think I did a good job. I joke around with her a lot.” He added: “She likes me as a person, but she hates that I have to be a producer sometimes. We get along really great, and I think she respects me.” It’s not hard to see how fans got the impression that there’s something extracurricular going on between Kailyn and J.C. But Kailyn maintains that she and J.C. are friendly co-workers, and nothing more. When fans began bombarding Kailyn with questions about whether she’s dating Cueva (with several adding the hashtag “#IfNotYouShouldBe”) Lowry took her time in replying. But when she did offer a response, she left no room for interpretation: “Omg no! He’s my producer!” Kailyn tweeted, presumably while clutching at a string of pearls. Teen Mom 2’s Javi Marroquin just got an insane new tattoo, which fans naturally assume is a likeness of his former wife Kailyn Lowry. Why would you make that kind of assumption as a fan? Given their past, why wouldn’t you is more like it! The father of Kailyn’s son Lincoln shared a photo of his latest tattoo – he’s got a lot of them, and they’re elaborate – on Instagram Monday. The U.S. Air Force member captioned his photo: “Trying to get all these unfinished pieces done.” “My man @mikemaratattoo never fails,” he added, giving a shout out to his friend and ink artiste. “Finishing my back next @aggressiontattoo.” He included needle and high-five hands emojis. Of course, Teen Mom 2 fans couldn’t help but notice (or imagine) that the woman inked on his body looks a lot like his ex-wife of four years: Yeah … his fans may be a little delusional. We heard this the last time Javi got a tattoo of Kailyn , supposedly … and that time, it looked a lot more (although not entirely) like Lowry. The basic reason we’re so skeptical is this: Why would he get a tattoo of his ex-wife, given that Marroquin hates Lowry (his words, albeit in jest, and qualifying that he also respects her)? It just makes no sense, especially that he’s dating Cassie Bucka … which leads us to the alternate theory that she’s the inked likeness. Here’s his other “Kailyn” tat for reference … Yeah. The guy loves his enormous tattoos. That much we can say without controversy or debate. Ditto the fact that Javi and Kailyn are never, ever getting back together. Like, ever. The former couple announced back in May that they would divorce after both parties accused each other of cheating on social media. Communication? Not their strong suit. Through it all, they seem to be doing better these days, which is great for their kids. Javi recently shared this outlook for life after divorce. “I’m a family man,” he said, adding that he’ll always be there for Kailyn as a co-parent, and “I want to get married again. I want more kids.” Things weren’t always on good terms. In her new memoir Hustle & Heart, she blamed Javi’s jealous and controlling nature for the demise of the duo’s marriage after four years. She still throws shade at her ex, too. “Remember guys, you have to blast your brand new relationship all over social media or it ain’t real,” she previously wrote in a tweet. There are few mysteries in life as confounding as this one: Why does CVS issue ridiculously long receipts for every single purchase? Especially after claiming back in 2013 that it would stop doing so ? We now have an answer: It has all been a build-up so that a man named Jeremy Schneider could dress as a 12-foot long CVS receipt for Halloween and win the holiday forever. He enters an actual CVS location and gets handed an actual receipt by an employee there. An employee who can’t help but crack up over what she sees in front of her, of course. And, yes, the receipt is as hilariously and pointlessly long as always. Here is a photo of Schneider earning the 2016 Halloween Champion crown. A job very well done by him, we must say. The previous contender for this honor was a 10-year old boy who went to school late last week dressed as Donald Trump’s hair . Yes, just his hair. Complete with a giant Make America Great Again baseball cap on top of this amazing creation: On the flip side, the person who came in last place for Best Halloween Costume of 2016 also came in first place for Most Disgraceful and Racist Halloween Costume of 2016. We refer, of course, to the person who attended a University of Wisconsin football game dressed as Donald Trump , carrying a noose that he placed around the neck of a friend in a Barack Obama mask.
