Miley Cyrus Hospitalized for Extreme Allergic Reaction

Miley Cyrus was hospitalized today due to an allergic reaction the singer had to antibiotics she’ been taking. According to a press release – written by Kansas City’s Sprint Center, where Cyrus was scheduled to perform a Bangerz tour show  tonight – the artist has been “placed on medical rest by her doctors” and forced to postpone the event. No makeup date has been announced. “Kansas I promise I’m as heartbroken as you are. I wanted to badly 2 b there 2night,” Miley herself Tweeted this afternoon. “Not being with yall makes me feel s—tier than I already do.” Cyrus, of course, has already had a rough month. Her dog Floyd was killed by a coyote and she has openly expressed her unbearable pain via various social media messages. About a week ago, she canceled a concert at the last minute in Charlotte due to illness. She’s got to be more careful about what she puts in her mouth… Miley Cyrus Hospitalized After Allergic Reaction To Antibiotics Hopefully, Miley will be able to “twerk” it off. According to US Weekly: Miley Cyrus’ bad month just keeps getting worse. The “Wrecking Ball” singer, 21, was hospitalized on Tuesday, April 15, because of a severe allergic reaction to some antibiotics she was taking, a press release stated. The release — from Kansas City’s Sprint Center, where Cyrus was supposed to perform her Bangerz tour show on Tuesday night — said that the pop star had been “placed on medical rest by her doctors” and would not be able to go on as scheduled. Cyrus herself tweeted a message to fans from her hospital bed, apologizing for the canceled concert. “Kansas I promise I’m as heartbroken as you are. I wanted to badly 2 b there 2night,” she wrote. “Not being with yall makes me feel s—tier than I already do.” A follow-up tweet included a photo of the singer in a hospital gown, with a toy octopus partially covering her face. “Mr. Octopussy & some amazing Drs are taking good care of me,” she wrote alongside the pic. Cyrus has been under the weather for a few days now. On Monday, April 14, she tweeted, “I woke up like disssss #SICK,” followed by a message several hours later reading, “Fever fever go away.” She has also been dealing with the grief of losing her beloved dog Floyd on April 1. Man With Dwarfism Drives 18 Hours, Urinating In A Bottle, Sex With Minor A 40-year-old man left Kansas in such a hurry to have sex with a high school girl that he drove 18 hours without stopping, opting to relieve himself in a bottle. According to NY Daily News reports : A Kansas man allegedly didn’t waste time with bathroom breaks when he realized a teen girl from Florida was willing to have sex with him. Christopher Lanning, 40, was reportedly in such a fit of passion that he urinated into a bottle during the 18-hour trip from Kansas City. The stench inside the man’s car shocked cops who nabbed Lanning at a Longwood, Fla. gas station on Tuesday. “It was pretty bad,” Longwood Police Department spokesman Kevin Tuck told the Orlando Sentinel. Lanning, who has dwarfism, thought he was chatting up a 14-year-old girl from a Seminole County high school. In fact, he was speaking to an undercover officer who was part of a sting operation that had started in March. “He contacted us,” Tuck said. Lanning faces a number of charges, including traveling to meet a child for sex and transmitting obscene material to a minor. He was booked into Seminole County Jail on $15,300 bond. A judge banned him from using the computer or Internet. His arraignment is set for May 20. In court on Wednesday, Lanning admitted he had blundered. “I made a major mistake in judgment,” Lanning said. Hide ya kids! Very well done, Channing Tatum. A couple days after Taylor Swift spent hours in a NYC hospital with cancer patients, the Magic Mike star helped Alisa Finley cross off one of the 48 items on her bucket list. The 18-year old Kansas native has been diagnosed with a stage-4 brain tumor and recently wrote on Facebook that her dream is to receive a kiss from Channing Tatum. So Tatum went ahead and recorded a one-minute video that included two online smooches, along with him and his wife paraphrasing the song “Happy” on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair’s Oscars party. Viewers saw smoke smoldering… and then a photo of Edward Scissorhands for some reason… and then a PENIS. Yes, the picture of a penis dangling out of a man’s pants was shown on screen for, well, long enough to clearly be recognized as a penis. Backstreet Boys: Touring with Avril Lavigne!

Their In a World Like This Tour went so well (apparently) in 2013, the reunited Backstreet Boys have decided to extend it into this summer – with Avril Lavigne! The late ’90s live as the singer will join the group as opening act for a two-month foray into North American amphitheaters, according to reports. After a string of Canadian shows in early May, the tour will return to the U.S. for 23 concerts, beginning May 22 at the WaMu Theater in Seattle, Wash. “We really wanted to put together a great show and do our best to give everyone their money’s worth,” Backstreet’s Brian Littrell said in a press release. “Avril is an unbelievably talented artist who’s a perfect fit.” If only they could get her husband Chad Kroeger to join. Another creative soul out there is helping us smile through the pain of a never-ending polar vortex. With one awesome family in North Carolina having devised their own snow day song , and two school administers parodying Ice Ice Baby for their cancelation announcement, WKRC Cincinnati reporter Bob Herzog is now having some fun with this awful weather. In the following footage, Herzog explains that he’s seen the animated hit Frozen twice and that he’s watched “YouTube videos of the songs from the movie several thousand times” with his daughter at home. Andrew Luck laid the Kansas City Chiefs defense bare in the second half of yesterday’s amazing playoff victory yesterday, leading the Colts back from a 28-point deficit for a 45-44 win. After the game, meanwhile, Indianapolis punter Pat McAfee accidentally laid his quarterback bare. Naked selfie style! McAfee took the following photo inside the team’s locker room, not realizing that Luck was changing in the background… and would have given fans an unexpected formation (if you know what we mean!) if not for the well-placed hand of a reporter. Check out the hilarious Twit pic now: This is only the second funniest sports-related photobomb of the new year.
