In a recent interview for Violet Grey, the 39-year-old stunner avoided any attempts to get her to open up about her relationship with Ryan Gosling. Jon Gosselin tore his ex-wife Kate a new one on VH1’s Couples Therapy, which he’s starring on this season, on its most recent episode last night. The reality star, who has been on the warpath against his infamous former spouse, is now in a relationship with Liz Jannetta. At least for the short term. Viewers of the most recent episode not only saw Jon rail against Kate, but Liz appearing to be the new Kate, baiting and belittling her man. Awkward. During a group therapy session with host and TV therapist Dr. Jenn Berman, Jon said of living with Kate Gosselin , “My marriage was very non-affectionate.” “It was like 10 years of a business transaction. So many kids, you’re like, ‘We don’t have time to work on our marriage.’ There was always an emptiness.” Jon denied that he wrecked the marriage by having an affair, or multiple as he was accused of back in the day, implying it was broken in the first place. “The biggest misconception is the reason for the divorce is that I cheated on my wife,” he says.” But I didn’t. I mean, I knew [my marriage] was over January 17, 2009.” “That was the definitive day. I just knew.” Why? “I always felt like I did Kate’s task list. ‘Here’s the post-it note. This is what you have to do, this is how you’re a good husband, this is how you’re going to behave.'” “Okay, [I thought], ‘I’m going to complete these tasks and she’ll love me because I do these things.’ January 16, 2009 was when I did all my stuff.” “I went out to a bar and stayed out ’til 4 o’clock in the morning. When I came home that morning, she said nothing. So I did it the next night.” Jon got divorced in December of that year, and says that his insecurity issues from being married to Kate Gosselin haunt him now with Liz Jannetta . Jannetta, for her part, said that bothered her. As did the fact that, “We took a little break and within a couple weeks, he had someone else living with him.” Addressing Jon directly, she said she lost a lot of trust over that, and, “You slept with a couple people and then you had someone move in with you.” Jon pointed out to her she’d had sex with someone else while they were broken up, too, but Janetta was unmoved, proceeding to lay into him some more: “I question a lot. If he says he’s on his way and he shows up an hour and a half later I’ll ask him what he was doing. He immediately gets defensive.” Later, Liz accused Jon of masturbating. Seriously. Jon was lying in bed and when Jannetta walked into the room, she shouted, “You f–king pussy! “Your legs are wide open and your hands are down your pants: It’s humiliating,” she huffed on camera as Gosselin protested, “I wasn’t doing anything!” “I’m lying there scratching myself and Liz thinks I’m masturbating,” he told the VH1 cameras, while his outraged partner huffed, “You are such a jerk.” “You want to ‘get off’? You ask me! I’m ready to throw up, actually.” Later, Gosselin said he was sad that she didn’t believe him. Jon Gosselin Wants Custody of Kids Jon then said in a confessional segment, “I was hurt she didn’t believe me, didn’t want to be intimate with me, and then was making a joke about it.” “When Liz laughs at me, I feel devalued as a human being because my word and my voice doesn’t matter, like a child. That reminds me of my marriage.” For her part, Liz laughed to the camera at that comment by Jon, responding, “Please don’t play the victim all the time. Jon Gosselin does not hold back when it comes to Kate Gosselin, her lifestyle or her parenting. He’s upping the ante now, though, from a legal standpoint. His attorney, Mark Heller, is quoted as saying that a custody battle is looming between the two, and that the father of eight is looking to raise the stakes. Heller says Jon will “most likely” be taking legal action against Kate over what he perceives to be a violation of a provision of their custody agreement. Jon Gosselin Suing Kate? This latest beef between the long-feuding parents stems from a beyond awkward Today appearance by Kate and their 13-year-old twins, Mady and Cara. Jon’s negative response and then the twins staying mum about their dad on The View culminated in his decision to take action, according to his lawyer. Heller explained that their custody deal stipulates that if Kate leaves town or needs to leave the kids with a babysitter or nanny, Jon has first right of refusal. In other words, he can opt to have the children stay with him instead if he chooses, yet Kate Gosselin has never given her ex that privilege, Heller says. From his point of view, “that violated the custodial agreement,” Heller said. “She always places them with the babysitter instead of the father, to his disdain.” Jon also doesn’t spent as much time with them in general, despite the custody agreement, due to Kate’s “reluctance to abide by that provision for 12 months.” “It is his belief that [Kate] has violated the custodial agreement and is in contempt of the court order… She has clearly breached those very extensive provisions.” “It is his position that such conduct, and I agree, is not only contemptuous but there have also been attempts by her to alienate him the affections of his children.” “[Jon] has been deprived very serious parental rights.” Do you agree? Jon Gosselin hates to say he told us so, but… For the past few weeks, the former reality star has been trashing his ex-wife, referring to Kate Gosselin as broke and greedy and expressing outrage that she still used the ex-couple’s children for publicity. Then, this morning, this happened: Kate Gosselin Scolds Daughters Kate dragged twins Cara and Mady on The Today Show to dispel the notion that they’ve been ruined by all the attention… only for the kids to grow silent when the topic arose. And for Kate to scold the on national television . “I felt really bad for Mady and Cara because I love them and they’re just put in this situation,” Jon told TMZ this afternoon about watching the awkward interview. “It was like deer in the headlights.” Jon went on to say th debacle “just kind of proves my point of Kate bringing the kids out instead of her just sort of doing it herself. It all blew up in everyone’s face and I feel horrible for my children because now they’re going to have to deal with the public.” Jon has maintained for a long time now that the family is financially stable and the children should be away from the spotlight. He believes Kate is using them to feed her bank account and her ego and that she manipulated them into making this television appearance. “In my heart that’s what I believe, that’s how I feel,” he said. “Can I prove it? Kate Gosselin has filed a lawsuit accusing her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, of stealing her hard drive and hacking into her phone and computer … seriously. File this one in the overflowing folder of Kate Gosselin mistakes . The federal lawsuit alleges that Jon Gosselin stole the material for a book authored by Robert Hoffman, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World . How did she fool the world, exactly? We never got to find out. Kate first accused Jon and tabloid writer Hoffman of stealing her hard drive for the book last October, and in turn got the thing pulled from Amazon. Hoffman claimed he found it in a dumpster … seriously. Because Kate argued the material in it was obtained illegally, she sought and was granted a court order blocking it from publication late last year. Now she’s suing. It’s not clear why the issue of Hoffman’s e-book resurfaced now, but she is clearly not happy about it and not about to let it go. Recently, Kate has claimed to have made mistakes in her marriage, and that she is on better terms with Jon these days, though the two are not close. This likely won’t help matters. The couple starred in the TV show Jon & Kate Plus 8 , detailing life with their twins and sextuplets, before they separated in 2009 and later divorced. Allegations of Jon cheating on Kate were the first indication of trouble in paradise, and what followed was one of the uglier celebrity splits on record. She lives in Sinking Spring, Pa., with their eight children, while he lives in Wyomissing, Pa. Both towns are in Berks County, outside Philadelphia.
Rob Kardashian now has something in common with Justin Bieber . Looks? Popularity? Talent? No, no and no. Both celebrities are under investigations for recent actions related to their temper. According to TMZ, Rob went off on a photographer yesterday after the woman snapped a picture of the reality star shirtless. Kardashian allegedly responded by swiping the woman’s equipment and making a run for it, prompting the paparazzo to file a robbery report. The photo agency specifically says Kardashian took its employee’s memory card and promised to return it at some point. Police are looking into the incident. In Rob’s defense (sort of… we guess), he has been open recently about his weight gain and his plans to get back in shape as quickly as possible.
