Katherine Jackson’s attorney says she ‘deserves a seat at the table.’ By James Montgomery Katherine and Michael Jackson Photo: Getty Images Katherine Jackson is simply looking for “a seat at the table” in all matters surrounding her late son Michael ‘s estate, according to her attorney. On Tuesday, reports surfaced that Katherine had hired attorney Londell McMillan to challenge the authority of the two men her son named “co-executors” of the Michael Jackson Family Trust in his 2002 will, a move that had sharply divided the family and had many speculating that Jackson’s father, Joe, was attempting to grab control of the Jackson estate.

Heigl Has The Blues Over Grey’s

Katherine Heigl may be enjoying the fruits of a successful film career, but back on the set of Grey’s Anatomy, things aren’t so glamorous. During an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, the actress complained of a ‘cruel and mean’ 17 hour work day on her first day back to the set. The poor thing.  As for her character’s fate, who was last seen flatlining, she told Dave that she is ‘either there as a ghost, on the other side, or I survived a disease no one survives…”.
