Jon Gosselin is apparently sick and tired of Kate Gosselin’s BS and wants his own shot at caring for the couple’s shared children! In a report obtained by In Touch , Jon is reportedly requesting that he be awarded joint physical and legal custody of his kids. It was also revealed that Jon asserts he hasn’t seen his son Collin Gosselin, who is institutionalized , in almost two years! That’s a little … excessive, wouldn’t you say? “There will be a trial as soon as possible,” a mole revealed to the mag. “The judge ordered it. Jon’s been waiting for this for a very long time.” However, it’s not as cut and dry as it may seem. “The judge is ordering psychological evaluations of all eight kids and for both Kate and Jon before heading to trial,” the source revealed. “Jon hopes the judge will meet with all the kids privately in his chambers, without Kate, to find out [the truth] and what they really want.” It could very well prove to be a contentious battle, however, if the case actually does make it to court. Kate recently revealed that the Gosselin kids hate their daddy — the “new one,” that is — and miss their “old” father, which could complicate the kids’ assessments. In retrospect, we should have known Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick would get back together . They clearly just don’t know how to quit each other. They’re like Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger in Brokeback Mountain, except instead of gay Montana cowboys, they’re spray-tanned SoCal narcissists. Despite the fact that their time apart has been less than amicable ( Kourtney slept with Justin Bieber , which is pretty much the ultimate low-blow.), Kourt and Scott recently decided to take a Mexican vacation together. And it seems that even though Scott was barred from downing any margaritas, the trip went better than expected: “Kourt’s been impressed with how hard he’s worked to get back into her good graces, and she fell in love with him all over again during their Mexican vacation,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “Kourtney’s allowed Scott to move back in with her and the kids, but she also hit him with the ultimatum that it’s time they got married.” Wow … how romantic. Marcus Camby’s Nephew Found Dead On His Property Tragic news for retired player Marcus Camby. His 9-year-old autistic nephew tragically passed away on Camby’s property on Thanksgiving. The Former New York Knicks center was celebrating Thanksgiving with about 20 family members when his nephew, Marcus McGhee, went missing. McGhee went missing while playing with other kids inside the home. A security camera caught the boy leaving alone out of a side door before wandering off on the property. Adults didn’t realize the boy was missing until a bit after 4pm. The family searched the home and grounds independently until police arrived and took over. Aso Pearland Police Lt. Onesimo Lopez told the Houston Chronicle , Camby’s “lots of rooms, lots of places where people can hide,” Lopez said. “Each room opens to a different room. It’s almost like a labyrinth.” Pearland Police searched the property throughout the night. Sadly, the boy’s body was found in an L-shaped lake on Camby’s Houston-area property around 7am on Saturday morning. Truly sad for this family to experience this type of tragedy, especially on a holiday where they all were gathered together.
