Chrissy Teigen Defends Decision to Choose Baby’s Gender Via IV

Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to controversy. Typically, however, the model finds herself in hot viral water due to some funny Tweet or some racy photo . The latest scandal surrounding Teigen is a bit more serious. Teigen is expecting her first child any week now with husband John Legend, as the famous couple counts down the days until they are parents to a baby girl . Because they struggled for a long time to conceive, Teigen and Legend used IVF to get pregnant, meaning they could actually choose their embryo and decide on the gender of their child. “I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me,” Teigen told People of why she decided to have a daughter. “It excited me to see … just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond.” But Chrissy was met with criticism online for sort of playing God, for actually having a say in the sex of her baby. Fortunately, because she’s Chrissy Teigen, she did not sit back and just take it. She responded to critics in both humorous and serious manner. “What year is this!? And for the record, I am always happy and open to speak on infertility. The more casual, the better! I don’t mind,” Teigen Tweeted at first in response to the backlash, adding: “I also picked the embryo with a taste for bacon, a knack for magic and size 7 feet so she can always find shoes.” We’re pretty sure she was kidding with that one. “what is that difference though? i’ve already created embryos with a doctor. only after must it be random?” she asked. Teigen then concluded her reply as follows: “This is all so interesting. I said it so casually because i’m just open. I’m around so many open-minded people & forgot it’s controversial. “anyhow I am not mad at anyone’s beliefs but I don’t really actively seek out people to make them feel bad about their decisions either.” You don’t, Chrissy?!? Then what are you doing on the Internet?

Kim Kardashian Divorce: Imminent After Latest Kanye Meltdown?!

“Kim announced to her mom [Kris Jenner], ‘I have to divorce Kanye,’” a Kardashian family insider claims in this bombshell new report. “It breaks her heart, but she doesn’t see any other way.” After months of Twitter tirades and public breakdowns, Kim Kardashian has decided, reportedly, to divorce her husband of two years. While we hesitate to truly believe anything written in the tabloids about Kimye, this is just the latest in a virtual slew of divorce reports. The final straw, allegedly, came on a recent NYC trip. In addition to bashing a respected music producer, and Taylor Swift, and “white” publications, Kanye went OFF at the Waldorf Astoria. Stumbling into the hotel’s halls at 4 a.m. for reasons unknown, “he caused a huge scene” ranting and raving, a hotel insider revealed. Again, it’s not clear why, but “he refused to listen to anyone and kept screaming, ‘I am Kanye West and my wife is Kim f–king Kardashian.” Somehow we can totally picture this, and we’re guessing we aren’t alone. In any case, Kim supposedly  didn’t take the meltdown lightly . “He woke up their kids, North and Saint, and she yelled at him to get his own room … and kicked him out,” the inside source continued. The incident, which reportedly took place February 11, was “nail in the coffin” for the Kim Kardashian divorce many believe is imminent. Some have put the blame on Kimye’s extensive home repairs , but for her, it’s much deeper: “Kim feels Kanye has given her no alternative.” “Divorce papers are being drawn up.” Kardashian recently released the first photo of Saint West in a desperate attempt to thwart attention away from her unhinged husband. Didn’t work. She also ordered him to enter anger management, also to no avail. At this point, is it just a matter of time until she bolts? “He’s a ticking time bomb and insufferable to be around,” a source said, and from the sound of it, a secret exit strategy could be in the works. Blac Chyna SLAMS Kylie Jenner: B-tch Stole My Idea!

For a while there, it looked as though the feud between Blac Chyna and Kylie Jenner was a thing of the past. It was widely assumed that Kylie more or less admitted defeat after  Blac began dating Rob Kardashian , and it seemed that even if they hadn’t fully buried the hatchet, the ladies had at least agreed to remain civil to one another. Now it looks like the truce is over and they’re right back to square one – all thanks to yams: That’s a still from Kylie’s new cooking show, the not-so-imaginatively-titled, Cooking With Kylie. In her debut, which was released today, Kylie and her Metallica-t-shirted friend made candied yams, because apparently when Kylie wants a snack she whips up a random Thanksgiving side dish. You can watch the whole thing on Kylie’s subscription-based website if you’re the type who’s willing to pay money to watch two wealthy teenagers melt marshmallows on top of sweet potatoes. We’re not here to judge. So what does Kylie’s old lady taste in food have to do with Blac Chyna? Well, it seems Blac’s been hosting a web series called – you guessed it! – Cooking With Chyna for several months. Naturally, she wasn’t happy to find out that Kylie had hijacked her idea, and she made her feelings known on Instagram. Just minutes after Kylie debuted her instructional ode to the culinary arts, Blac posted a message reading simply, “Bitch bye Follow @CookingWithChyna #InfatuatedWithChy” Well, it looks like it’s on again. Obviously, Blac didn’t come up with the idea of cooking shows, but it doesn’t take much to get these two going. Jenelle Evans: PISSED Over New Teen Mom 2 Trailer!

The new trailer for Teen Mom 2 came out today, and there is one teen mom who is NOT happy with it. Jenelle Evans made her feelings very clear with this tweet: “Trailer for #TeenMom2 is coming out tomorrow, not happy about it but I guess that’s just bits and clips of every dramatic scene. As usual.” In the clip, her new boyfriend David Eason, who she’s been dating for about six months (in a row!) is portrayed as just another one of Jenelle’s poor choices. “Do you think that mommy gets a lot of boyfriends really fast?” Jenelle’s mother Barbara asks her 6-year-old grandson Jace. “Yes,” he replies. View Slideshow: 25 Most Insane Teen Mom Moments of All Time The drama escalates, and we see Jenelle’s ex and baby daddy Nathan Griffith point out that Eason “just got out of prison for domestic violence.” Not exactly true, but he was accused of assaulting his last girlfriend and has been arrested on numerous charges. We then see Eason get into it with Jenelle’s mother Barbara. He shuts the door in her face and she shouts, “You are the worst boyfriend she’s ever had!” However, Jenelle insists the editors simply made Eason look bad for dramatic effect, and that in reality her mother was the disrespectful one.  Contrary to her mother’s accusations, Jenelle claims Eason is the best boyfriend she’s ever dated .  They certainly seem to have a lot in common. I’m sure they sit around the fireplace with the kids and compare stories of jail. Jenelle is currently challenging her mother for custody of Jace. Barbara is his legal guardian and is not yet convinced Jenelle is a fit enough mother to take care of him. Watch the clip below and let us know your thoughts. Matt Baier: I Do NOT Have Seven Kids!

Just when it looked like things were finally beginning to fall into place for Amber Portwood, we come to find out she’s involved with one of the shadiest Teen Mom dudes in the history of the franchise. And if you watch Teen Mom online , or even keep up with the tabloid drama surrounding its troubled cast members, you know that’s no small feat. The suspicions began when we learned that Matt Baier might have seven children  by as many as five different women. Shortly thereafter, word spread that Baier has eight kids by six different women.  Amber has defended Baier  in interviews, dismissing his rampant deadbeat dad-ness as a series of unfortunate “mistakes.” Now, Baier is speaking out for himself and setting the record straight with regard to just how many kids he’s not supporting. “I have five children [ranging in age from 13 to 25], and all of them have come from long-term relationships,” Baier tells In Touch .  “There are not seven child support cases against me – that is completely not true. I paid child support for all my kids,” Baier explains. “I have an arrangement where I pay for education and a few other things. [However,] I don’t have to pay for two of my girls because they have been emancipated…Amber has met them and everyone gets along.” As for Baier’s relationship with Gary Shirley, who was the first to publicly accuse him of keeping multiple children a secret, Matt says that’s water under the bridge. “When he brought up the accusations, I was very hurt,” says Matt. “But since then, Gary’s been very apologetic. He looked me in the eyes and said, ‘I’m sorry.’” He adds that his relationship with Amber has never been stronger. “It’s sad that people are coming up with these crazy stories. Amber and I have a healthy relationship. We have no secrets from each other.” Sigh. Something tells us there’s some major drama ahead for these two.

Leah Messer Tweets About Being "Home Alone," Fans are Psyched

This is a classic case of reading too much into something. Teen Mom 2 fans were super-jazzed to see that Leah Messer was spending an evening alone.   It’s assumed that both of her ex-husbands had custody of their daughters for the night (Jeremy Calvert with Adalynn, and Corey Simms with their twins, Aliannah and Aleeah), giving Messer the night off. “Oh wow, this momma is home alone,” Messer tweeted on February 16th. “What to do, what to do … Agh, I guess I’ll clean up then watch movies? I think so.” Fans were pleased to see that Messer was taking a time-out from dating, since reportedly breaking it off with boyfriend T.R. Dues. “Enjoy it. Moms need time to regroup,” one wrote. “It makes us better. Enjoy your alone time. enjoy your momma alone time,” another chimed in. One user suggested Messer “call Robbie,” referring to Robbie Kidd, her ex-boyfriend with whom she cheated on both of her ex-husbands. Back in January, rumors stared to circulate that Messer was getting back together with Calvert (the couple finalized their divorce in September 2015. Not so, according to a source. “There’s no way in hell [Jeremy Calvert] wants to be back with Leah ,” said source told The Ashley . “They rarely text, and when they do it’s only about Addie. As far as them calling each other ‘baby’ and all that, it’s completely untrue.” In fact, Calvert is dating on-again girlfriend, Brooke Wehr. “They split for a little while but are back together right now and going strong,” the source added. “Brooke is really different from Leah and Jeremy is really happy with her. They have a lot of fun together.” Teen Mom 2 returns to MTV March 21st.

Tori Spelling: Hospitalized For Stress Amidst Growing Financial Crisis

As we reported last month,  Tori Spelling is broke . It’s important to note that Tori and her equally chronically unemployed husband, Dean McDermott, aren’t Hollywood broke; they’re flat-out, coupon-clipping, regular folk broke. Tori has resorted to shilling for a psychic hotline in order to pay the bills, but apparently she and Dean are still unable to keep their heads above water. The couple and their four kids (plus Dean’s son from his first marriage) recently made a major real estate downgrade , selling their mansion in posh Calabasas, CA and moving into a rental property in middle-class Encino. Now, it seems the stress from her ever-worsening financial situation is beginning to take a toll on Tori’s health. According to Radar Online, Spelling was hospitalized over the weekend after complaining of intense migraines and other stress-related symptoms. There’s no word on how long Tori was in the hospital, but she must have at least been kept overnight for observation, as Dean and the kids were spotted paying her an early-morning visit. Sadly, the family has been in this situation many times before. Tori was hospitalized three times in 2015, and friends say her latest unsuccessful search for work has pushed her over the edge.  “The entire situation is just very sad because Tori wants to be working, but there just isn’t a lot being offered to her,” says one insider. Here’s hoping Tori and Dean can both find gigs that don’t involve airing their family’s dirty laundry for a horrified audience.

Lamar Odom’s Kids: PISSED OFF That He Snubbed Them in N.Y.!

Fans were thrilled to see Lamar Odom back on his feet last week, but two of his biggest fans weren’t pleased after he snubbed them. Hard. His trip to Kanye West’s New York Fashion Week show last Thursday was his first official appearance since being hospitalized last year. Odom’s recovery has been somewhat miraculous, and there are even rumors of Lamar and Khloe Kardashian back together for real. Pretty amazing stuff, right? Not for Destiny Odom and Lamar Odom, Jr. “He didn’t see his kids when he was in NYC and the kids were upset,” an insider says. “They were supposed to come out and see him.” However, “Lamar has been embarrassed to call, and they are angry.” Destiny and Lamar Jr., the two surviving children from his relationship with his ex-girlfriend Liza Morales , “were very upset” about this. The 36-year-old’s NYC trip was very brief – he flew back to L.A. on Friday, February 12 – but it reflects an ongoing issue with Morales. There’s no love lost between Khloe, Lamar’s wife and the woman who was making medical decisions for him, and his children’s mother. Morales and the kids rushed to the former NBA star’s side when he was hospitalized following an overdose at a Las Vegas-area brothel. They also spent Christmas with him, celebrating the holiday in his hospital room at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai before he was discharged. So to be snubbed as soon as Odom’s feeling better – even if that wasn’t his intention, which we can’t speak to – has got to really sting. Lamar Odom’s Children Upset He Didn’t Visit Them On NYC Trip Lamar Odom’s miraculous recovery shocked fans when he arrived in NYC for the Yeezy Season 3 unveiling last week and walked — unassisted — into Madison Square Garden alongside Kanye West . However Lamar’s own children apparently didn’t get an opportunity to see their father restored to health while on his brief trip to New York, and they are understandably disappointed. Via US Weekly : Fans were happy to see Lamar Odom back on his feet and looking healthy when he made his first official appearance at Kanye West’s New York Fashion Week show on Thursday, February 11, since being hospitalized last year. But sources tells Us Weekly that the NBA star’s two children are hurt they didn’t get to spend time with their dad when he was in town. “He didn’t see his kids when he was in NYC and the kids were upset,” an insider tells Us. “They were supposed to come out and see him, but Lamar has been embarrassed to call them and they are angry.” Another source confirms that Odom’s two children with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales — Destiny, 17, and Lamar Jr., 13 — “were very upset” about not seeing their dad. The problem could be one of timing. The 36-year-old’s East Coast trip was very brief — he flew back to L.A. on Friday, February 12, the day after attending West’s show at Madison Square Garden with the Kardashian-Jenner family. We aren’t sure why he’d feel embarrassed to reach out to his own children… especially since they all just spent Christmas together as a family.
