In May, Mark was indicted on two charges of child pornography, and with each charge, he could be facing up to 20 years in prison. This time, Mark’s bail was $100,000, and when he was released he was required to wear a bracelet that monitored his location. He was also ordered to avoid all contact with children. Mark is set to appear in court on November 7th, but in the meantime, certain court documents have been released, and these documents detail the evidence against him Be warned: the following information is graphic and remarkably terrible. According to the documents, there are around 100,000 pages of evidence of Mark’s crimes. Yes, you read that right: 100,000 pages. “The government has produced discovery to the defense, including 100,000 pages of reports, photographs and forensic examination results,” it seems. “Several digital devices containing images of child pornography” are also said to exist. But still, it gets worse. Mark allegedly had a video in his possession that was said to show a five-year-old performing a sex act.
