We hate to say it so bluntly. But Kim Richards’ life is a wreck right now. Things just aren’t going well for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. Kim is scheduled to complete 90 more days of rehab in addition to the month she has already spent in treatment for an alcohol addiction. Plus, her daughter is about to get married, and Kyle Richards isn’t going to the wedding . Now, one of Kim’s BFFs just won a lawsuit against Kim over a pitbull attack. In March 2014, Kay Rozario filed a lawsuit, claiming Kim wouldn’t reimburse her medical bills after Kim’s pitbull, Kingsley, bit her hand. The bite was so bad, it went all the way to the bone. Yesterday, a judge sided with Rozario but drastically revised the amount of damages. Yes, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will have to pay. But not nearly as much as Rozario wanted. Rozario was seeking more than a million dollars. But according to court documents, she was awarded a mere $8,083. The judge cited that the medical bills were only $4,083. So she doesn’t need a million bucks. However, the judge did agree that she should be awarded more cash for emotional distress and trauma resulting from the attack. Kim’s dog seems to have as many problems as its owner. Kingsley also attacked Kim’s niece, Kyle Richards’ daughter, last November. As of late, the dog is at a private training facility. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ perpetually troubled cast member, Kim Richards, can’t seem to make up her mind about rehab. Even after NBC Universal executives, concerned she was high during filming, say her career on RHOBH is contingent upon completing treatment. Although reports have circulated that Kim wants to leave rehab to visit her dog , she claims she will complete thirty days of treatment. Radar Online reported that execs at NBC Universal – parent company of Bravo – wants “Kim to stay in treatment for ninety days.” But a source said, “Kim is insisting that she’ll be done with the treatment in thirty days.” Kim was arrested for public intoxication and for kicking a police officer at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge on April 16. Bravo executives have demanded Kim receive treatment. And rumors state that Kim Richards has already been fired from the show. Unfortunately, it seems that Kim is only in rehab to keep NBC quiet. She doesn’t even think she has a problem. Because it is totally normal to get sh*t-housed and kick a cop… The source also stated, “Kim still doesn’t think that what she did was really wrong and told her bosses that it was a ‘slip’ and ‘not a relapse.” A slip is a relapse, Kimberly. “She said to them, it’s not like she was drinking every single day or something!” The source added. Fellow housewife Lisa Rinna thinks Kim Richards is a drunk , so she might beg to differ. We all beg to differ. NBC Universal executives are concerned that Kim was high during filming. “The fact that she also confessed to smoking weed makes the executives think that she could have been high at times while filming this season’s show,” the source claimed. There might be no proof that she was high during filming. But often Kim seems completely out of it and unable to formulate a sentence. I just assumed it was a low IQ. Maybe she’s just blazed? Kim Richards has taken the first step on a hopeful path to recovery: The reality star has admitted she needs professional assistance. According to TMZ insiders, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star – who was arrested for drunken behavior on April 16 – has checked into a Malibu rehab facility. Richards allegedly had way too much to drink at a lunch in the Beverly Hills Hotel… locked herself in the bathroom… and then kicked a police officer after being taken into custody. She was booked and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, public intoxication, and battery. The issue of Kim’s sobriety was a issue of contention for cast members and for anyone who chose to watch to watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online . Richards swore throughout the season that she was sober, but fights broke out with Lisa Rinna and sister Kyle over the validity of this statement. Since her embarrassing arrest, the rumor mill has been churning over whether or not Kim Richards will return next year to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Celebrity chef Bobby Flay filed for divorce from wife Stephanie March earlier this month, and safe to say it didn’t go over well. The drama is just beginning. Flay not only canceled March’s credit cards, he currently stands accused of having an affair with his former assistant Elyse Tirrell … for three years! According to reports, Tirrell was a budding young singer/actress who became Flay’s assistant after working as a hostess in his Bar Americain in 2008. March’s friend Maia Madison first claimed the affair took place and said the actress “sobbed” to her: “I can’t believe the last ten years of my life have been a lie.” “Elyse had always seemed so nervous when Stephanie came to one of the restaurants.” “Stephanie, not knowing what was happening, went out of her way to compliment her and try to make her more comfortable,” Madison went on, lamenting: “Elyse had even been to Stephanie’s home when she was there … and when she wasn’t. Now this girl is about to become the Monica Lewinsky of the food world.” Flay’s business partner, Laurence Kretchmer, begs to differ to say the very least. “As ugly as Stephanie is going to look [when this news comes out], she will look uglier when other things come out,” he told the N.Y. Post’s Page Six . Sounds like this is going to get worse before it gets better. Probably a lot worse. In the wake of Kim Richards’ arrest for causing a drunken scene and kicking a cop at the Beverly Hills Hotel, many have wondered about what may have caused the proudly sober Housewife to fall off the wagon in such disastrous fashion. Rumors about what drove Richards to drink have ranged from her distress over her ex-husband’s medical problems to her anger with Lisa Vanderpump over comments made on the recent Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion show. In reality, there probably wasn’t any one thing that led Kim to seek solace at the bottom of a bottle, but new facts about her financial situation may point to yet another trigger that contributed to Richards’ inability to stay sober. Kim’s daughter Brooke Brinson is about to get married for the second time, and it seems that Kim is humiliated by the fact that she and her ex-husband are both unable to contribute to the cost of the wedding. “For Brooke’s weddings, both of them, the groom’s family paid and is paying,” a source tells Radar Online. The insider adds that Kim has always been embarrassed by the fact that she’s not nearly as well-off as the other women on the show, and her inability to help pay for her daughter’s wedding underlined her humiliation at a time when she was already feeling overwhelmed and insecure. Fortunately, there’s some good news on the horizon for Kim: He new son-in-law’s family owns the Fatburger fast food chain, so at least her daughter will be financially secure. Tuesday on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 8, Brandi and Lisa sat down to talk about their issues for the 357th time. More or less, right? Give or take. That much-hyped lunch was actually rather civil compared to what came later on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 8 , however. When the soap opera actress politely refused to reenact one of her classic TV moments, even after Brandi was willing to pay her $40 to do so, she paid the price. With a glass of wine to the face! What was supposed to be a fun girl’s night quickly soured after the Glanville drink tossing and left the rest of the women confused and/or horrified. “Who throws a glass of wine at somebody’s face for no reason?” Eileen asked, while Lisa RInna called the move “absolutely inappropriate and f–king weird!” Brandi responded to that criticism by saying to Eileen, “I just thought that being a Days of Our Lives actress, you’d be able to … take the drama.” Because it’s totally the same. Specifically, Brandi pointed out the ring on his wife’s finger, saying it wasn’t big enough. Then she climbed into Yolanda’s husband’s lap for a sing-along. Oh yes, as David and Babyface were about to do a little concert, Brandi suggested a song about finger banging, complete with associated hand motions. “If that’s not white trash, I don’t know what is,” Lisa Rinna said of that incident, likely summing up what many viewers at home were thinking as well. On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6, Lisa Rinna and family went home to Oregon, while Eileen and Yolanda bonded in the 90210. Brandi Glanville? She probably doesn’t remember where she was, she was so hammered, while former hot mess Kim Richards is keeping it real these days. Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6 Online Lisa Rinna kicks things off on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6 , explaining that her beloved childhood home is being sold. Such an emotional “origins” story line feels a bit too early for a new cast member such as herself, but we’ll go with it. Lisa R. is nothing if not entertaining. Her namesake Lisa Vanderpump is back from Palm Springs and kills time filming with her swans and Ken, neither of whom seem particularly interested. At lunch, Lisa Rinna, Yolanda Foster and Eileen Davidson bond over kids. Turns out Yolanda and Eileen’s children went to school together. Small world! Eileen drops another hint that she’s having financial problems, or at least concerns, by complaining about how big her house is and wanting to downsize. Kylie Richards is not having financial problems. She plans a BBQ with her assistant, who is dubbed “Ladysitter,” which is maybe the dumbest thing ever. On the road with Lisa Rinna, we see her with her parents in an assisted living residence and while they seem very sweet, this feels extremely awkward. Maybe it’s just us? We’re not sure. But you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online to see Brandi get tanked, not Lisa’s parents be manipulated. Speaking of which, we’re getting to that good part. Just not before Kyle complains about how busy she is and needs to hire help. Humble Brag Hall of Fame. Eileen, Yolanda, Lisa Vanderpump, Ken, Brandi and Kim are at the BBQ, and it doesn’t take long for the innuendos, heated questions and claws to come out. Case in point: Yolanda asks Lisa why she didn’t invite her to Palm Springs, Lisa says she didn’t invite anyone, and Yolanda knows she invited Lisa Rinna. Classic. Almost as much so as Brandi Glanville sharing the details of her vagina rejuvenation with Eileen. And as usual, Lisa V. is not nice to Brandi. Brandi is at least trying, though, yet Lisa and Ken are horrible to her. At some point you’d think they would show a little … we don’t even know at this point. Ironically, the oft-troubled Kim Richards is the only one who seems like she really has it together. Kyle Richards can s–k it , as Brandi says, but Kim? She really seems like she’s turned things around, and is authentically genuine to boot. On an episode like this one, she shines even brighter than usual.

Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills currently has exactly zero cast members under contract for Season 5. There is no cast at the moment. The network effectively fired Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud after just one season, informing the pair that they will not be offered new contracts. Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpump may bail for personal reasons, a threat serious enough for Andy Cohen to woo her personally in an attempt to change her mind. As for the rest of them? They’re less conflicted about subjecting themselves to more backstabbing, drama and cat fights. It’s all about the paychecks. Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville, Yolanda Foster and Vanderpump have all been offered new deals for a fifth season to air in 2015. So far, zero have agreed to return to the show. Lisa has made it very clear she’s on the fence because of the way things played out last season with Brandi and Kyle in particular ganging up on her. For the remaining four, it seems like the driving force is cash. Sources say negotiations have been intense, but productive, and that Bravo is actually close to finalizing deals for everyone except for Vanderpump. She remains a question mark, and money is NOT the issue. As for who’ll replace Joyce and Carlton, Faye Resnick has been rumored, along with the fiancee of Yolanda’s ex-husband Mohammed Hadid.
