Hollywood Blvd. was the sight of an interesting tableau last week, when a famous “Wonder Woman” impersonator was saved from a real life attack by her costumed “Superman” counterpart. The duo were taping a segment for Jimmy Kimmel Live , when a “cowboy boot-wearing transient” decided to crash the party. Don’t worry, Wonder Women is unharmed and just wants her attacker to get some psychiatric help. But what does this have to do with nudity, you may ask? Well that actress playing Wonder Woman is well-known Hollywood Blvd. impersonator Jennifer Wenger , and she’s got a skinful boob tube career that’s been documented right here at Mr. Skin! Jimmy Kimmel pranked us all ! Twerk Fail Video Was A Hoax Via HuffPo reports: If you’ve been on the Internet in the last week, you most likely saw a video entitled “Worst Twerk Fail EVER – Girl Catches On Fire!” In the video, a girl performs a suggestive dance routine that goes completely awry, ending with the young lady apparently catching on fire. The video instantly went viral, racking up over 9 million views in less than a week. Multiple TV and news outlets — including this site — reported on the video at face value. But until Jimmy Kimmel interviewed her on his talk show on Monday night, no one got the full story behind the viral video. Turns out the entire video was a hoax staged by Kimmel and his show. In the extended version of the clip, Kimmel walks through the door and extinguishes the fire. Kimmel interviewed the woman, who in actuality is a stuntwoman named Daphne Avalon. “We didn’t send it to any TV station, we didn’t tweet it,” Kimmel said. “We just put it on YouTube and let the magic happen.” Best video ever? Jimmy Kimmel is a married man once again after he and longtime love Molly McNearney said “I do” in a star-studded wedding in Ojai, Calif., on Saturday. McNearney, a co-head writer on Jimmy Kimmel Live , walked down the aisle with her father. At the end of the ceremony, they exited to “My Sweet Lord.” All told, there were around 300 guests, among them: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Matt Damon, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski. Dating since the summer of 2009, Kimmel proposed to Molly McNearney while on vacation in South Africa’s Kruger National Forest last August. This is the first marriage for McNearney and the second for Kimmel, who split from his first wife Gina, the mother of his two kids, after 14 years in 2002. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
