It amazes me that someone with a face like this has made it as far as she has in the entertainment world. I get that she’s got this circus shit going on and the her audience is all homos who don’t care for good looking people, but now she’s on the cover of Vogue, like she’s a fucking fashion ICON, when I know she’s just a fucking joke that everyone is too stupid to realize is a fucking joke, and instead they buy into it… I mean I can’t look at this shit with a straight face. I feel like I’m watching a saturday night live episode mocking Vogue…but really who fucking cares. She’s got a good scam going…and here she is posing in what may be one of my least erotic posts ever….

How Would Simon Cowell Actually Critique the Superstars in the New X Factor Promo?

One interesting aspect of American Idol ‘s legacy is the angst leveled at contestants who haven’t become Billboard smashes. Is Melinda Doolittle less talented than Kelly Clarkson because she didn’t have a Hot 100 hit? I think not. It takes a certain type of skill set to emerge from a talent competition with untarnished durability (and credibility), and frankly, plenty of our singing superstars wouldn’t have made the leap. Let’s take a look at the new promo for Simon Cowell’s X Factor , which touts plenty of stars who have the all-important “It” factor (including Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, and Lady Gaga), and see how Simon would appraise them in a regular audition.

Ever since Justin Timberlake exposed Janet Jackson’s boob on national television during the Super Bowl halftime show a few years ago, we’ve had to endure old, worn out white guys singing hits from the 70s while the rest of us went to get a refill on beer and nachos. This year, the Black Eyed Peas are performing. While they’re just as crappy and corny as the acts we’ve had to watch recently, they’re a step closer to the younger, urban acts we used to love. However, if you expect these 10 people to perform at any Super Bowls, you probably shouldn’t hold your breath.

Here’s Movieline hero-cum- pop superstar David Lynch discussing what musical performers he really admires: “My son played me Pink Floyd performing ‘Comfortably Numb’ at some giant arena with a light show and I don’t think it gets much better than that. Demi Lovato Thanks Fans for Support, Award

Due to her stint in a treatment center, Demi Lovato could not attend this month’s People’s Choice Awards . But that didn’t stop fans from voting her their favorite guest star for her role on Grey’s Anatomy ; and anointing Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam as their favorite family TV movie. In response, on her official Facebook page, the young singer has written: “I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.” There’s no time table for Demi’s return to public life, but we hope she takes as long as she needs to do away with her personal demons for good.

Ryan Murphy, creator of the Fox series, says a future episode will feature a single that hasn’t even been released yet: Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way.” How will Glee utilize her new song , due out in February (the album of the same name comes out in May)? It’ll involve Kurt’s nemesis, Karofsky. BORN THIS WAY : Glee will devote an entire episode to the song . “I love that that song is anthem,” says Murphy. “So I don’t really know what [it’s] going to be yet, but … we’re going to do a whole episode that’s about that song.” While the full version has not yet been heard, Gaga recently dropped her pants (and the release date).
