While Khloe Kardashian is experiencing some drama in her personal life – filing for divorce on Friday from Lamar Odom – sister Kourtney is enjoying nothing but bliss in hers these days. That’s because son Mason is now four years old! “Happy Birthday to my precious angel who has forever blessed my life,” Kourtney Tweeted yesterday. “The happiness this boy brings me has no words to describe it.” The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star helped her tyke celebrate by taking him to Disneyland Tuesday and to see Disney On Ice presents Rockin’ Ever After Thursday. Dather Scott Disick also treated his son to a special day last week, taking him out for breakfast Friday morning at the Marmalade Café in Calabasas. Sounds like a great week all around for the little guy. Happy birthday, Mason!

Khloe Kardashian has just filed court documents to divorce Lamar Odom, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking the restoration of her own name. It’s been quite a long time coming, and barring a reconciliation that feels extremely unlikely before this thing is finalized, it’s over for Khloe and Lamar. Khloe Kardashian to File For Divorce From Lamar Odom As reported earlier today, Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar , ending their four year marriage, the last two of which have been tumultuous at best. He’s been deep in the world of hard drugs and women, and has repeatedly refused interventions and Khloe’s efforts toward getting himself clean. Khloe cites “irreconcilable differences” for the split. As previously reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement , so division of property will be short and sweet legally, as they kept all their property separate. She is petitioning the court to have Odom removed from as her legal surname, restoring it to just Khloe Kardashian. She’s getting rid of Odom, literally. Khloe is not asking for spousal support from her NBA player husband and wants the judge to reject any bid by Lamar for the same from the reality star. Khloe and Lamar: The Last Straw Lamar Odom Crack Video Things really began to unravel for the pair earlier this summer, when he was repeatedly linked to various mistresses and rumors of drug abuse. She pushed off any divorce filing, however, fearing he’d overdose or worse, and in the hopes of him checking into rehab, which he has refused to do. The final straw, according to insiders? The so-called Lamar Odom crack video (above), in which an out-of-it Lamar raps about cheating on Khloe. He claims he wasn’t on drugs but merely drunk, and doesn’t overtly say he’s giving it to other women, but the implication is clear and the clip is emblematic. Lamar Odom swears he is not on crack again, despite a video that surfaced this week and would certainly suggest as much to the untrained observer. The athlete admits he fell off the wagon last week, when the video (below), was shot, but he insists he was merely drunk out of his mind. No crack. Phew? Lamar Odom Crack Video The alleged Lamar Odom crack video posted by TMZ shows him slurring his words in an L.A. bathroom and rapping shirtless with Jamie Sangouthai. In it, the 34-year-old raps about how he uses drugs “make the pain go away,” and also notes that “When Khloe’s out of town, I still be on the DL.” Odom’s friend adds after that last part, “You know what it is / We the QU [Queens] pimps / Ask any of these shorties / We ran through their cribs.” Despite getting specific in the video about using crack and cocaine (and alluding to cheating on Khloe Kardashian ), Lamar swears he is not on drugs.
