The New York Post has printed excerpts from an email Alex allegedly sent to friends in which she goes off The Real Housewives of New York City . “While we were sad to lose the dollars… we weren’t sad to be off that particular show,” the email reads . “Now that we are free-and-clear of our Bravo contracts, we have been meeting with… just about every cable network as well as a couple of the main networks.” The McCords are considering a new series titled “Based in Brooklyn” that would center on 30-something parents in that borough. With February 8 marking the three-year anniversary of Chris’ infamous assault of his then-girlfriend, relations between the two have definitely thawed since. They’ve been exchanging not-so-secret Tweets and rumors suggest that Rihanna may really want him back . But Us takes it a step further with this claim: Rihanna and Brown are secretly hooking up – and have been for some time! The edgy, platinum-selling “We Found Love” singer and Brown “meet up very casually,” a Brown confidante says. “She comes to see him anytime she’s in L.A.” “They can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well. Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that.” Somehow we’re not buying it. Chris lays low for the most part, but Rihanna is photographed EVERYWHERE she goes and is enormously busy to boot. It would be pretty hard to pull that off. Chris is also dating Karrueche Tran. Khloe Kardashian may be feeling pressure to conceive , but she is not resorting to drugs to help with the process. At least not yet. That’s the message this reality star sent out this week, in response to rumors that she’s undergoing fertility treatment to ensure her and Lamar Odom will soon have a Mason Dash to call their own. “Because there is so much speculation here is my statement,” Kardashian Tweeted. “I am not at this time in my life considering any type of fertility treatments. If and when I do, I will shout it from the rooftops but for now its in Gods hands.” That might be the most reasonable thing a member of this family has ever said. A group of scientists that tracks the likelihood of a global cataclysm announced Tuesday that it has moved its “Doomsday Clock” to five minutes to midnight. The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists said inadequate progress on reducing nuclear weapons and continuing inaction on climate change prompted the switch. The clock had been at six minutes to midnight for the last two years. It was previously set at five minutes to 12 from 2007-2010. Now back to 11:55 we are. The group says in a statement that two years ago, there was reason for optimism “that world leaders might address the truly global threats we face.” However, “In many cases, that trend has not continued or been reversed.” The closest the Doomsday Clock has been to midnight was 11:58 in in 1953, when the U.S. and Soviet Union ramped up their thermonuclear arms race. In 1991, with the fall of the Soviet Union and the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, the clock was at 11:43, its earliest time since its inception in 1947. Of course, the end of the world’s coming December 21, 2012 anyway, so it may matter little in the end. Nuclear standoffs have nothing on the rapture.

She looks amazing in these new ads for German designer Philipp Plein, showing off some serious leg in short dresses and shorts. The 25-year-old shot the campaign back in September 2011. Take a look: Lohan was rumored to be dating Philipp Plein at that time. The designer even said then that “Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model.” Acclaimed? She had to have been putting out. “We will be able to create some truly unique images: Refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality,” he said. Think they succeeded? She does clean up well …
The intern who writes Kim Kardashian’s blog Kim Kardashian is an idiot. In a new website post , the reality star asks her drones “dolls” to vote brother-in-law Lamar Odom into the All-Star Game this year. There are just two problems with this request: Odom is averaging a paltry 6.7 points and five rebounds per game this season, down from career numbers of 14.5 and 8.8, respectively. Someone might wanna tell Kim that Lamar no longer plays for the Lakers, following an immature trade demand because his feelings were hurt that Los Angeles wanted to upgrade its roster. Notice the photos Kim included with her plea: To vote Odom on to the All-Star roster would be an insult to professional basketball. It would take away a spot from a player who actually deserves it. Seriously, Kim, for someone who spends so much time underneath with athletes, we’d think you’d have more respect for the world of sports.
Wanna see what Khloe and Lammy’s Dallas love nest looks like?!?! Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have finally found a place to settle into in Dallas, Texas. The celebrity couple was rumored to have been shopping around for a new home ever since the Los Angeles Lakers shipped the NBA’s 2011 Sixth Man of the Year to the Dallas Mavericks less than a month ago, and the duo has apparently settled on a posh condo at the W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences. According to E! Online, Khloe and Lamar are paying $7,500-a-month to lease the two-bedroom, two-bath dwelling. Owned by Mack Hicks, the son of Texas Rangers owner and Dallas business magnate Tom Hicks, the interior of the condo was designed by Penny Sanders of Sanders Studio and features slate flooring, wet bar, kitchen with Miele appliances, bathrooms tiled in Mother of Pearl and a pool table that will come in handy when Rob Kardashian comes to visit. Building amenities for residents of W Dallas include a pair of fitness centers, Bliss spa, zero-edge infinity pool, private entertainment room and something called a ‘Whatever Whenever’ service. She told the operator that a man had his balls caught in his zipper! They gave her tips and directions to help and she did her best to assist in releasing his testicles… ouch!
