The 44-year-old and her partner Eboni Nichols have been treating themselves in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The pair was seen indulging in one of the town’s top eateries on Monday night before spending Tuesday enjoying some high flying sightseeing the next. The ladies – who have never officially confirmed they are dating but have been seen kissing during another getaway – kicked off their second holiday of the year in style. The next day…Queen Latifah and her partner got to get their heartbeats racing and a bird’s-eye view of Rio. The couple were taken for a spin in a helicopter which flew along the coastline before touching back down in time for lunch. The Queen certainly knows how to treat her lil boo-thangs like royalty. According to reports, Jenkins is “no longer a lesbian – at least for now,” as her new man, a 22-year-old named Johnny, has moved into her Los Angeles home. Latifah has never officially come out as gay, but did address the topic in an interview by saying, “I don’t have a problem discussing the topic of somebody being gay, but I do have a problem discussing my personal life.” Jenkins has insisted she is totally straight. The rugged actress/rapper/singer was even rumored be finally walking out the closet on her new CBS talk show this Fall. Via Hollywood Reporter : Specifically, she is not prepared to talk about her sexuality, which has been the topic of much debate. “I don’t feel the need to discuss my private life on this show or any other show,” she says somewhat wearily as she eats a sushi lunch at her desk. “There’s the part of my life that the public and I share together. And there’s the part that’s mine to keep for myself. And that’s mine. For me.” Privacy has become an archaic notion in an era of social media-enabled voyeurism. But executives at Sony support Latifah’s desire to keep her personal life off-limits. “It’s her choice what she chooses to talk about,” says Holly Jacobs, executive vp syndication and reality programming at Sony Pictures Television. “It doesn’t feel relevant to me because we’re just making a big, entertaining show and celebrating all of life. There’s a difference between talking about one’s personal life and one’s point of view and perception of the world and how they see it. Poor thang! Queen Latifah ended up with a ticket while she was out trying to do the right thang by eating a healthy post-workout meal with her trainer. Queen La and her homeboy were in West Hollywood on Melrose Ave enjoying salads and green smoothies when she got a parking ticket. Initially she was heated because her meter still hadn’t expired, but after she talked to the Parking Officer he explained to her that the law in California requires any vehicle to have a front license plate.
