It ain’t quite over yet… Kanye West May Still Face Charges For Attack On Paparazzi Via USMagazine Contrary to reports, Kanye West is not yet off the hook for the scuffle he was involved in with a photographer last week. On Thursday, July 25, TMZ reported that the rapper would not be charged with any crime in connection with the July 19 incident; however, the LAPD tells Us Weekly that no decisions have been made on that front. “The investigation is still ongoing and no determination has been made as to whether charges will be filed or not,” the LAPD Robbery and Homicide division tells Us in a statement. Per an earlier report by TMZ, West was involved in an altercation with a photographer at LAX on Friday, July 19. At the time, law enforcement sources told the site that the “Black Skinheads” rapper, 36, committed an attempted robbery when he tried to steal the victim’s camera. Officials confirmed to Us Weekly that an incident had taken place but noted that the investigation was in progress. Isht is about to get real Lamar . Photographer Seeks Charges Against Lamar Odom Lamar has money most ninjas can only dream of and instead of chilling with a new swirl piece, he’s breaking cameras. He’s on that ninja isht. According to TMZ One of the L.A. photogs Lamar Odom went nuts on this week has lawyered up, law enforcement sources tell TMZ … and we’re told the man plans to press charges against the NBA star. According to sources, detectives are still investigating the incident — when Lamar flipped on two photogs in Hollywood, damaging equipment and allegedly smashing one of their cars — but the case will most likely be forwarded to the L.A. City Attorney soon for criminal prosecution. It’s unclear which photog is pursuing legal recourse … but we’re told one DEFINITELY wants to see Lamar go down for what he did. As we reported, it appears Lamar snapped because a photog asked questions about Khloe Kardashian … namely about Lamar’s alleged extramarital affair with a stripper. Attempts to reach the photogs involved, as well as Lamar, were unsuccessful. You know what’s next Lamar…ole boy is coming for those coins…..lawsuit. The Game: Saggy Pants Ban is Racist!

A new law banning saggy pants in Wildwood, N.J., is not sitting well with The Game, who says such a move is basically racism by another name. Anyone on the coastal city’s boardwalk whose pants sag more than three inches below the hips, with skin or underwear exposed, is breaking the law . First time offenders are subject to fines ranging from $25-100, with second offenses reaching $200 and community service. Seriously, this is a thing. Along with several other rappers, Game is pissed. And urging action. “N****s should sag down to their socks out there. They trying to get people to not sag, please. Can’t tell people how to wear their f***ing clothes,” he said. “What time are we in? This ain’t the f***ing slave days. F*** that.” Game notes, “I am with the sagging movement. First five people to get fines, I will pay their tickets … I will go there and sag cause I am a sagging Sagittarius.” SEE WHAT HE DID THERE?! Bill O’Reilly Rips Chris Matthews For Ted Cruz "Black Irish" Comment

Bill O’Reilly ripped both Chris Matthews and MSNBC on Thursday after Matthews dubiously remarked that Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) has a “black Irish look.” Matthews used the term, which refers to Irish people with dark features, while railing against Cruz … and Pat Buchanan, Joseph McCarthy and O’Reilly. He said they all look alike. O’Reilly was not happy. Bill O’Reilly Slams Chris Matthews “In addition to being misguided politically, Mr. Matthews also apparently needs glasses, badly,” O’Reilly said, calling it a “desperate attempt to get attention.” The reason, O’Reilly said, is MSNBC’s ratings. “In the last six months, it’s all fallen apart for MSNBC,” he alleged. “They’re in a desperate situation right now.” O’Reilly said that the network was previously a “campaign headquarters for the president,” but “that’s vanishing now” due to Obama administration scandals . Revelations about NSA surveillance programs , DOJ investigations of journalists and IRS’ targeting of conservative groups have roiled the White House. MSNBC is “covering anything other than that, because they don’t know what to say,” O’Reilly claimed on Thursday, with no small measure of glee. MSNBC delivered woeful ratings in May, landing in fourth place behind Fox News, CNN and HLN, which saw a spike from the Jodi Arias murder trial. The network saw its lowest primetime numbers since 2009.

Lenny Dykstra to Be Released From Prison

Former baseball star turned millionaire investor turned white-collar criminal Lenny Dykstra is reportedly being released from a California prison Sunday. He will walk just 15 months into his three-year term. Dykstra was nailed for grand theft auto and 23 counts of filing false financial reports in 2011. He was also charged with soliciting sex on Craigslist . He pleaded no contest and was imprisoned. “Nails,” who played 12 seasons with the Mets and Phillies before retiring in 1996 at age 33, has attended a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Christopher Frankie, who wrote “Nailed: The Improbable Rise and Spectacular Fall of Lenny Dykstra,” was surprised with the decision to let him out early. Why? “Because he blatantly disobeyed the court, and a lot of the stuff was very brazen. He was doing it in the full view of law enforcement,” he wrote. Nevertheless, he’s wishing him well: “I hope, for his sake, his family’s sake, and the public’s sake, that he doesn’t return to his criminal past,” Frankie said. “I think people in this country love a comeback story, so he certainly has that opportunity,” he added. “But I’m not convinced that’s the path he’s going to take.” Here’s hoping it somehow is his chosen path … but we don’t recommend taking any stock tips or investing in any car washes with the guy going forward. Chris Brown Reps Deny Law Breaking, Shift Blame to Victim

He may have come close to breaking Rihanna’s jaw a few years ago, but those affiliated with Chris Brown swear: The singer did not break any laws last week when he crashed his Range Rover into a Mercedes. There was no major damage to either vehicle, but Brown remains on probation for the bludgeoning of his ex-girlfriend, meaning any slip-up could land him behind bars. And a new report alleges that the artist failed to provide proper driver’s license and insurance information to the woman involved in the accident, adding that the LAPD would like to discuss the incident with Brown . But insiders now tell TMZ no members of law enforcement have tried to contact the star. Moreover, he was cooperative at the scene of the crash and his attorney even tried calling the victim soon afterward to ensure she had all she needed… but she hung up on him. All subsequent calls, Brown’s team says , have gone unanswered. No word directly from the Team Breezy Captain just yet, but he’s been busy. Brown spent yesterday at the Palms Pool & Bungalows at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, surrounded by fans, groupies and Karrueche Tran .

What the hell is wrong with this crazy beyotch ?!?! Amanda Bynes Arrested For Mary Jane Possession And Evidence Tampering According to TMZ reports : Amanda Bynes was arrested in her NYC apartment tonight for Mary Jane possession … TMZ has learned. According to law enforcement sources … police found the kush when they responded to a call for a disorderly person at Bynes’ apartment building. A source close to Amanda tells us police were called because the troubled actress was behaving erratically … doing things like talking to herself. We’re told Amanda went ballistic when officers arrived — kicking and screaming during the arrest, and yelling … “Don’t you know who I am?” Our law enforcement sources say she’s been booked for criminal possession of the piff, as well as reckless endangerment and felony tampering with evidence. The endangerment and tampering occurred when Bynes allegedly threw a piff pipe out of her apartment window. Desperate times call for desperate measures. David Ortiz F-Bomb Fires Up Boston Crowd

“This is our f–king city.” With those five words, Red Sox slugger David Ortiz encapsulated an entire city’s attitude Saturday, one day after the Boston bombing suspect was captured . Before the team’s Saturday game, before which the governor, mayor and law enforcement officials were honored, Ortiz took the mic to address the crowd: David Ortiz F-Bomb “This is our f–king city, and nobody’s going to dictate our freedom,” Ortiz said after thanking authorities, then helped lead Boston to a 4-3 victory over K.C. In recent years, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has recoiled at such language displays, issuing huge fines to networks that air them. On Saturday, no one bleeped out Ortiz, and the FCC Tweeted that was A-OK. Good for them. Some things kind of warrant an f-bomb, don’t you think?
