Nikko has never even seen $1 million in his life! Nikko And His Wife Margo Sued By Music Company For A Million LHHATL stars Nikko and former girlfriend Mimi Faust may have brought in a whopping $100k for their shower-rod freaky flick but according to new reports, the reality star will need a little more to pay off a new lawsuit he’s facing… The Jasmine Brand reports: theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned, Nikko has been slapped with a 1.1 million dollar lien, after losing a lawsuit which accused him and his wife of screwing over their music business partners. A music company named Supafly Entertainment sued Nikko and his wife Margo Simms back in 2008. Supafly explained in their lawsuit that they were working with a new band named Test Drive with Nikko and Margo . However, the company says they fronted all the cash for the band to be paid to record an album — including promotions, studio time, song writers, production, website etc. The company said that they then got an offer from Universal Music to sign the band, but Nikko and Margo started making questionable business moves behind the scenes to cut Supafly out of the picture and make a deal without them. However, the plan backfired and no deal was ever made. Sounds like Nikko and his wife have been running game on people for a minute. Mimi better thank Black Jesus that she figured out his scheming azz before she was helping him pay off this $1.1 lawsuit.

Stiviano has just filed new legal docs in her war with Shelly Sterling — claiming she NEVER slept with Donald Sterling … ’cause he’s into men and she was his beard. TMZ Sports has obtained the lawsuit — which Stiviano filed in response to Shelly’s allegations that V. accepted cars and property from Donald that he didn’t have the authority to give her. In the new docs, Stiviano argues that the items in question were given to her in exchange for being Donald’s “beard” — and she insists Shelly knew about it. Stiviano states … she was “not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling” and “believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males.” In the legal doc, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stiviano says Shelly was “acutely aware of [Donald’s] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald’s] gifts of money [to Stiviano].” Stiviano also says the gifts she received were NOT community property — but rather Donald’s separate property. Stiviano is also suing Shelly and Donald for defamation — claiming they slandered her in the media by calling her a thief and saying she embezzled money and property from Donald. She’s demanding no less than $10 MILLION. We reached out to Donald’s camp — so far, no word back. Story developing … V. Stiviano is trying to get to the money by any means necessary! What are the chances she’ll get to keep her “compensation” and be granted even more cash from the Sterlings for smearing her good name?
The murderer of Biggie Smalls (a.k.a. Notorious B.I.G.) is well known to Los Angeles police, but they refuse to proceed with an arrest, a new report alleges. Why? Because doing so would supposedly expose a police cover-up. A law enforcement source says under condition of anonymity: “The LAPD Robbery Homicide unit tasked with investigating Biggie’s murder knows exactly who fired the gun, and which people were involved in the planning.” The rapper (real name Christopher Wallace) was murdered while riding in the front seat of a Suburban after leaving a hip hop party in Los Angeles in 1997. Years later, Biggie’s mother, Voletta Wallace, and his widow, Faith Evans, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the LAPD and several of its members. They allege that Wallace’s death was “in a very efficient, organized and professional manner, suggesting that a high degree of coordination and planning.” The lawsuit also claims that disgraced former Officer Rafael Perez admitted to cops that he and fellow cop David Mack, “conspired to murder” Wallace. Not only that, the two carried it out – or so the lawsuit claims. But according to the source, “There will never be an arrest made because it would rock the department to the core. There was a cover-up after the murder.” “This goes way beyond Mack and Perez.” Notorious B.I.G.: Life Before Death 1. Notorious BIG and Puff Daddy Notorious BIG and Puff Daddy from back in the day. Look at that beeper. “Publicly the [LAPD] will say it’s still an open investigation, but that is a sham; the old saying that the cover-up is worse than the crime couldn’t be more true in this case.” “The cover-up would put numerous current and former cops behind bars for years on charges ranging from conspiracy to fraud and making false statements.” Another source says that the “cops want to make an arrest in the [Biggie] case, but witnesses haven’t been cooperative, and that has been a problem from day one.” Perez was involved in a cover-up of an unrelated bank robbery, then sentenced to eight years in prison for stealing $800,000 worth of cocaine from an LAPD evidence locker. Allegedly, the disgraced cop also shot and framed a man with gang connections, having left him paralyzed for a crime he may or may not have committed. He also was reported to have had connections to the Los Angeles gang, the Bloods, and connections to Suge Knight, former head of Death Row Records. There have been widespread reports that Knight ordered Wallace’s murder in retaliation for the death of Tupac Shakur … though Knight also says Tupac is alive . In any case, the LAPD, which apologized to the rapper’s family after the 2012 release of the Notorious B.I.G. autopsy report declined to comment, stating simply: “There is no new information to give out.” Remembering Tupac Shakur (1971-1996) 1. Are there any lengths the Republicans won’t go to? House Republicans Gear Up To Sue President Obama Via WashingtonPost : House Republicans voted to proceed with a lawsuit against President Obama on Wednesday, saying that his executive actions are so extreme that they violate the Constitution. The nearly party-line vote — all Democrats voted against it, and all but five Republicans voted for it — further agitated an already polarized climate on Capitol Hill as both parties used the pending suit to try to rally support ahead of the November elections. Halfway across the continent, Obama almost gloated at the prospect of being sued. “They’re going to sue me for taking executive actions to help people. So they’re mad I’m doing my job,” Obama said in an economics speech in Kansas City, Mo. “And by the way, I’ve told them I’d be happy to do it with you. The only reason I’m doing it on my own is because you’re not doing anything,” he said of Congress. The lawsuit is the culmination of heightened conflict since Obama took office in 2009, particularly since Boehner became speaker more than three years ago. It is also unprecedented in its nature. Plenty of congressmen, of both parties, have filed lawsuits or briefs in support of suits against presidents. Generally, federal judges dismiss the cases because usually only those affected by the law had standing to file suit. Rep. Louise M. Slaughter (N.Y.), the ranking Democrat on the Rules Committee, called it a “monumental waste of time, energy and funds” that was designed only to encourage conservative voters to back Republicans this fall. “This is a political maneuver timed to peak as Americans are going to the polls in November for the midterm elections,” Slaughter said. “This lawsuit is the drumbeat pushing members of the Republican Party to impeachment.” “Stop being mad all the time. Stop just hatin’ all the time,” Obama said at the Uptown Theater. “Everyone sees this as a political stunt, but it’s worse than that because every vote they’re taking . . . means a vote they’re not taking to help people.” You’d think with 7 years of Obama having been in office, these racists Republicans would get over it and try to come to some practical solutions for our issues, rather than just whining, pulling stunts, and throwing up roadblocks to everything our President has to do.
