All Eyez Won’t See: Tupac Movie In Danger As Daz And Publisher Fight Over Music Rights

Tupac Film “All Eyez On Me” Pushed Back Due To Music Publishing Battle We’ve all been waiting patiently to see if the upcoming Tupac flick , All Eyez On Me, is going to be any good. But according to TMZ , if some legalities don’t get worked out first, we may never know… One of the songs prominently featured in the Benny Boom-directed film is ‘Pac’s famous “Ambitionz Az A Ridah”. Problem is, Tha Dog Pound’s Daz Dillinger claims to own the rights to the song and BMG publishing ALSO claims to own those rights. The movie was originally scheduled to release in September and has now been pushed back to November to give both parties time to squash the beef. The negotiation could get a bit tense however, Daz recently sued BMG earlier this year for $75,000 in royalties that he believes he is owed. BOSSIP Exclusive: Derrick Rose’s Rape Accuser Says Baller Is Trying To Intimidate Her

Accuser Said Derrick Rose Is Trying To Intimidate Her In Rape Case The woman suing Derrick Rose for rape said his bid to grill her parents under oath was his latest attempt to intimidate her into dropping her $21 million lawsuit against him. Lawyers for Rose filed a motion to force the unnamed accuser’s parents to give testimony as part of the rape case about his accuser’s state of mind and other issues, including the “traditional, religious” upbringing she referenced in her lawsuit against him. Rose claimed he served both the woman’s mother and father with deposition subpoenas but they failed to show up on March 23rd in Stockton, Ca. He demanded the court order the accuser’s parents to sit down and be grilled under oath during a deposition in the case. But earlier this week, the woman blasted Rose’s attempt to force her parents to answer questions about the alleged rape. The accuser’s lawyer, Brandon Anand, explained in court papers that Rose has been repeatedly informed that her parents don’t have any knowledge about the alleged sexual assault. Further, Anand said in court docs that the testimony about her religion that Rose is trying to get from her parents violates federal right of privacy laws.

Snapchat Facing Lawsuit Over Facial Recognition Technology Looks like the days of the annoying azz Snapchat filter s may be coming to an end. According to TMZ , the burgeoning social media platform is facing a class-action lawsuit over their facial recognition technology. The suit claims that Snapchat is retaining users’ biometric data when they use the filters that put faces and accessories on their heads. Users are afraid that their faces could be used in identity theft if Snapchat’s security firewall were to ever be compromised. BOSSIP Exclusive: Judge Spares “Black Ink’s” Caesar Jail Over Back Child Support

Reality Star Now Current On Child Support “Black Ink’s” Caesar has escaped serving jail time in his back child support case. Last week, a Manhattan Family Court judge spared Caesar – who was born David Emmanuel – from serving six months in jail after he was able to prove that he was up to date on his child support payments after owing more than $7,000 in support for his tween daughter. But Judge Susan Knipps warned the tattoo shop owner turned reality star that if he fell behind on his payments again, she’d make him serve the original sentence of six months of weekends in the city jail. Cops arrested Caesar last year for owing more than $15,000 in back child support after apparently ignoring the court order that requires him to hand over $360 a week for his daughter. Two weeks ago, the judge ripped Caesar for still owing $7,239.62 in back child support, and told him he’d be jailed if he didn’t pay off the full amount by May 6. His baby mama, Crystal Torres, complained to the judge last month that Caesar hadn’t been making regular payments. But Ceasar’s lawyer, Andrew Plasse, said they’ve put it all behind them. “He’s paid up to date and he’s two weeks ahead,” Plasse told BOSSIP. “He’s a good father and he loves his daughter very much. Everything is resolved.”

It is a story of two girls on a 1962 Road Trip looking for Eleanor Roosevelt during the Cuban Missile Crisis, directed by “E” from Entourage Kevin and it is actually a great fucking look for Jessica Alba family girl and scammer/ business woman.. She’s about to take her HONEST brand that in and of itself is a red flag, not because of the lawsuits and stories about how their claims are false but because everyone knows when someone says “trust me” or “honestly”…they are full of shit.. BOSSIP Exclusive: Bow Wow Trying To Get Out Of $500K Default Judgment

Georgia Court Hit Bow Wow With Judgment For Sports Car Lease Bow Wow is pulling out all the legal stops to get out of paying a more than half a million dollar judgment over a debt to a sports car leasing company. Bow Wow said in legal docs that Sports Leasing Inc. was harassing his employer, CBS, for his salary info in order to pay a more than $500,000 default judgment that the rapper claims is invalid, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. Sport Leasing Inc. sued the rapper turned actor back in 2009 for not paying it back $216,084 plus interest after agreeing to lease some of their luxury sports cars. Bow Wow – real name Shad Moss – never responded to the lawsuit in Gwinnett County, Ga. Superior Court, and a judge later ruled in favor of Sport Leasing and put Bow Wow in default for $216,084, plus $41,879 in interest, an additional 18 percent in interest each year, and $25,821 in lawyers fees. The case remained in legal limbo for several years until last month, when a collection agency for Sport Leasing subpoenaed Bow Wow’s employer, CBS, demanding to know how much Bow Wow got paid from the TV show “CSI: Cyber.” The agency also wanted Bow Wow’s contract details, how much money he earned from the show to date and how much in royalties CBS was paying the rapper.

Katt Williams Accused Of Battery And Witchcraft Katt Williams has been locked up multiple times and caught up in some beyond bizarre situations pretty steadily over the last few weeks. But by one woman’s account, the comedian has been up to violent and strange shenanigans for a few years. An up-and-coming actress claims that Katt Williams and his crew of witches gathered around a fire, invited her over…then beat the brakes off of her and burned her with a cigarette while reciting spells and incantations. This one is bizarre, even by Katt Williams’ standards — an actress is accusing the comedian of organizing a beatdown on her that included Wiccan sorcery. Jamila Majesty says the brutal incident went down at Katt’s Malibu’s home almost 2 years ago. She says he invited her over and when she arrived, 5 other women were already there. In a lawsuit she’s filed against Katt … she says things went south quick when she made the mistake of using his bathroom. Jamila says Katt told her “No one uses [my] bathroom,” and then the women started punching her. She says the beatings continued for 3 hours — she lost consciousness several times, was bloodied, and Katt burned her face with a Newport cigarette. She also says one of Katt’s chicks had a book open in the room which contained “teachings on sorcery and spells” and there was a fire that was being fed by “unusual things.” Jamila says she was finally able to leave around 1:30 AM and drove home bloody. She says she was too afraid to call 911 out of fear Katt would get revenge. She’s suing for assault and battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress. This story definitely sounds weird and farfetched…but so do most of the real accounts of things Katt’s been involved in in the last couple of weeks. Do you believe her?? YouTube / Complex

Florence Mirsky Said She And Storch Are In Fear For Their Lives The girlfriend of hip-hop producer Scott Storch said the heads of her man’s former record label threatened to enlist a “mafia hit man” to rub them out. “The Cohens threatened to have a ‘mafia hit man’ kill Scott Storch and/or myself,” Florence Mirsky said in court papers obtained by BOSSIP. “Therefore, we flew to Los Angeles to be with our family, where we felt we were safe.” Mirsky said Storch’s former business partners, Brad and Seth Cohen, began threatening them after Storch balked at signing a contract with the Cohens because Storch believed it was a bad deal. She said the label execs first blackmailed Storch, warning him that if he didn’t sign, they’d have him evicted that day and seize his Rolls Royce. “ Scott Storch told me the plaintiffs Seth Cohen and Brad Cohen threatened to have him evicted from his home that evening and threatened to take away his car, leaving him stranded and in the street if he did not immediately sign the November 2015 operating agreement,” Mirsky said in a deposition as part of the Cohen brothers’ fraud and breach of contract case against her and Storch. “He stated to me that he had no opportunity to show it to an attorney and the Cohens threatened him physically if he didn’t not sign it the moment it was presented to him.”
