Bloop! Nene Leakes Calls Wedding Planner A Scam Artist Via RadarOnline reports: You don’t mess with NeNe Leakes! Apparently the ONLY person who doesn’t know that is Tiffany Cook. That’s the woman suing The Real Housewives of Atlanta star , claiming she was her wedding planner and is owed big bucks for the job. NeNe has been on two-day, non-stop rant against Cook. “I was just thinking, should I wear my [wedding] dress 2 court?” Leakes asked her 1.28 million Twitter followers. “U really wanna do this, let’s go.” NeNe even shared a photo from the ceremony of herself with husband Gregg Leakes and her wedding planner, Tony Conway. True Entertainment, the producers of NeNe’s reality show, actually paid for the wedding, Leakes revealed. “Atlanta has more scam artists than reality stars!” she wrote. “Everybody looking 4 a pay day.” In Cook’s lawsuit, she claims Leakes hired her Dream Design Weddings, signed a contract and even paid her a $18,750 down payment. She’s suing for $2.5 million! NeNe is definitely not worried, and has even lined up her “dream team” of attorneys to defend her. “Do Not makes me put together my dream team of attorneys hunni! Phaedra Parks, Star Jones & the accident attorney Ken Nugent.” The Leakes wedding airs as a special, I Dream of NeNe, September 17 on Bravo. Come on you knew Phaedra was off when she took that big wad of cash outside the courtroom. According to Rhymes With Snitch Everybody knows Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Phaedra Parks is suing Angela Stanton and Vibe Magazine for defamation over Angela’s memoir, ‘Lies of Real Housewife. Now Angela turns the tables on Phaedra by filing a defamation lawsuit of her own… Angela’s lawyer, James Radford, explains the new filing, “We have filed our own claims for defamation, tortious interference with business relationships, punitive damages, and attorneys’ fees.” “Phaedra Parks’ lawsuit and the tactics employed against Ms. Stanton and her publisher have undermined Stanton’s ability to market the intellectual property that is her compelling personal narrative.” Hopefully these ladies can settle their differences on “RHOA” or “Fix My Life.” We love us some angry bird beef.

Damn Scottie, you might have to give up some of those coins. Scottie Pippen Sued Dude needs to take his azz whoopin’ like man and keep it moving. Scottie’s going to find you and phuck you up again. According to E! News The retired NBA star was sued Thursday for alleged assault and battery by a man who claims he was spit at, punched and kicked by Pippen outside famed sushi hot spot Nobu in Malibu after he asked the athlete for an autograph and a picture for his girlfriend’s son. “Instead of a photograph for the boy, [plaintiff Carman Shafighi] received from Pippin…a verbal assault, a spit in the face, followed immediately by a physical beating consisting of a shove, then a violent punch to the face and head that felled Mr. Shafighi to the ground,” reads the lawsuit, obtained exclusively by E! News. The complaint further charges that Pippen continued to kick Shafighi while he was on the ground and the plaintiff couldn’t fight back because he was knocked unconscious by the first blow. Don’t write checks your azz can’t cash.

Lawsuits: Eddie Griffin Sued For Sexual Discrimination And Battery After Bottle Brawl Incident With Lesbian Couple

Time to pay up Eddie . Eddie Griffin Sued Eddie is a funny guy, but he needs to get his isht together. Homie you can’t be dumping water on a woman and not expect to get sued. Come on. According to TMZ Eddie Griffin is being sued by a woman who claims the comic targeted her and her GF during a homophobic comedy routine … sexually harassing them while on stage, then attacking them with a water bottle. TMZ posted video of the altercation after it happened last July at Tommy T’s Comedy Club in Pleasanton, CA — showing Griffin dumping water on a woman in the audience — and all hell broke loose. The partner of the woman Griffin soaked is Leslie Champlin, and she just filed the lawsuit against Griffin and Tommy T’s. Champlin claims Tommy T’s let Griffin take the stage while drunk … and the comedian proceeded to launch into a homophobic routine targeting the lesbian couple, thrusting his crotch in their faces, and saying things like they “would not need a strap-on or vibrator” with his help. At that point, Champlin’s partner threw her drink at Griffin — and Griffin flipped, dumping his water on her. In the lawsuit, Champlin claims the crowd also turned on her and her gf, pelting them with drinks as well. Champlin says she and her GF were kicked out of the club … and never received an apology from Griffin OR the club. Griffin later defended himself on Facebook, calling the women “dyke bitches.” Champlin is now suing for civil rights violations, claiming she was discriminated against based on sexual orientation. She is also suing for battery and negligence, and demanding unspecified damages. Calls to Griffin and Tommy T’s weren’t returned. If she was to win her lawsuit, we don’t know where Eddie would get the money…it’s not like he’s doing Chris Rock numbers. Why can’t they let Eddie be great? Continue reading →

SMH. This guy sounds like a total d-bag. A woman is suing her balling out of control ex who promised her $300K to terminate their pregnancy then failed to pay up. Via NYDailyNews reports : The former girlfriend of a Levi Strauss heir is suing him, alleging that he promised her $300,000 to abort their child – but stiffed her on any payment. Christina A. Helm, 45, filed a complaint against Daniel S. Haas in Superior Court Friday, alleging that Haas’ family held an unnatural amount of influence over him and, when Helm fell pregnant outside of marriage, told Haas to “fix” the problem. According to the complaint, Haas had agreed to pay Helm $300,000 within 24 hours of proving to him that she terminated her pregnancy between Sept. 7, 2012, and Sept. 14, 2012. This was only after she slapped him with a paternity litigation to prove that the heir to the Levi Strauss jeans fortune was in fact the father, Courthouse News reports. The complaint goes on to say that Haas was only worried about his public image, and the media firestorm that could ensue after it was revealed that he had fathered a child out of wedlock. “Haas’ personal predicament pushed him to the point where he would do and say anything to end his relationship with plaintiff, cause plaintiff’s pregnancy to be terminated, and silence the whole affair from the public,” the complaint reads. Helm says in the complaint that she never would have had the abortion had she known Haas wouldn’t stick to his end of the bargain, and seeks $307,500 in damages, in addition to punitive damages for breach of contract and emotional distress. Let that lady cook! The Adventure Oasis Water Park is under fire for booting out a woman for wearing a too-small bikini . Via NY Daily News reports : A Missouri woman is putting on a brave face after she was reportedly kicked out of a water park because of her full figure. Madelyn Sheaffer had just lost 100 pounds and felt confident enough in her skin to wear a bikini to the Adventure Oasis Water Park. After employees told her to cover up or leave, the Independence woman decided to speak out. “I just felt like I was singled out,” Sheaffer told KSHB. “I felt like it was both age and body discrimination.” The woman was in the swimming pool with her niece and nephew when two park employees allegedly walked up to her and asked her to throw on some shorts. They said her bottoms were too small. Unfazed, Sheaffer asked to speak to a higher-up. The manager sang the same tune and showed her the exit in case she didn’t want to comply with the demand. But Sheaffer says that the younger girls at the pool wore similar swimsuits and were not being told to cover up. “There are 16- or 18-year-old girls wearing just the same amount and no one’s criticizing them or making them feel ashamed or feel uncomfortable in their bodies,” Sheaffer said. The woman has filed a complaint against Adventure Oasis Water Park. A representative from the City of Independence told KSHB that managers have the last word when it comes to deciding whether or not a customer is wearing appropriate clothing. But Sheaffer didn’t understand what she’d done wrong. “It’s summer time. It’s a swimming pool,” she said. “I’m wearing a swimming suit.” Hey, she looks alright to us! SMH @ them doing that. We definitely seen bigger jawns in smaller suits at water parks and public pools… KSHB

Do unto others as they would do unto you… Pharrell Is Counter Suing Will.I.Am For Copyright Infringement Claims According to TMZ reports : Will.i.am … Will.iam … Pharrell doesn’t like that Will.i.am … and now he’s suing the Black Eyed Peas rapper in what’s becoming a pretty nasty trademark war … which now involves Dr. Seuss, TMZ has learned. Pharrell — who’s featured on TWO mega-hits right now (“Get Lucky” & “Blurred Lines”) — recently launched a YouTube channel called I Am Other … and he’s pissed that Will.i.am is trying to block him from using the name. Why? According to Pharrell, Will has already sent him a cease and desist letter informing P that he owns the rights to all things with an “I Am” element … and warned Pharrell to back down or else. Pharrell didn’t run scared … he ran to court … and SUED Will — in an effort to stop Will from stopping him. In the suit, filed in federal court in NY and obtained by TMZ, Pharrell argues that they are each using “I Am” in completely different ways. Pharrell says Will is using the “I Am” is a Seussian way — as a playfull riff on his own name — and to hammer home his point, he quotes from Green Eggs and Ham: “Sam I am I am Sam I am Sam Sam I am” Pharrell continues in his suit, “In contrast, the I Am Other mark means ‘I am something else,’ leaving what that ‘else’ is to the imagination of the consumer. We understand you have to protect your brand, but suing another artist? They must have some bad ninja blood if this petty isht can’t be solved with a phone call. According to Rolling Stone “I am disappointed that Will, a fellow artist, would file a case against me. I am someone who likes to talk things out and, in fact, I attempted to do just that on many occasions. I am surprised in how this is being handled and I am confident that Will’s trademark claims will ultimately be found to be as meritless and ridiculous as I do (Pharrell).” Do you think Will is being a drama queen or simply protecting his brand?
