All that “Blade” money and you still ain’t paid you bills bruh??? According to TMZ reports : Wesley Snipes never left home without his American Express card — problem is, he never paid his $30,000 bill before he went to prison … this according to a new lawsuit. The credit card company filed legal docs in Florida last week, insisting the imprisoned actor racked up a massive credit card bill as a free man, totaling $29,343.03 … and now AmEx is out for payback, plus interest. But it doesn’t end there — AmEx also wants Snipes to cover their attorney fees for the legal shakedown. As we previously reported, Snipes is currently serving a 3-year sentence for tax evasion — after allegedly failing to file tax returns for millions of dollars worth of income. He’s expected to be released in 2013. Baby, Baby, Baby?? Whoa! 20-Year-Old Woman Says Backstage Love Left Her With A Gut Full Of Bieber And They Now Have A Son

Yes, Justin Bieber. We KNEW that little boy was poking and stroking. Via RadarOnline : A 20-year-old California woman has filed a bombshell lawsuit against teen pop icon Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy, Star magazine is exclusively reporting in its new issue. Mariah Yeater is demanding the singer take a paternity test “to scientifically confirm” he is the father of the child, according to court papers obtained by Star. The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber “to provide adequate support for my baby.” In an affadavit signed under penalty of perjury Yeater says she was 19 years old when she had sex with the underage star backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles. Backstage? And you were more underage then her?? Dang, Bieber! Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Bieber’s said: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.” We’d like to think that this 20-year-old woman wouldn’t put herself out there like that if… Oh wait, Maury Povich has been making a living off of unsure women and their paternity tests for years, huh. Wonder how much she’s gonna get for the exclusive interview about her night (or nights) of getting that fever from Bieber. That should pay for at least one year of daycare.

Urban Outfitters Has The Navajo Nation’s Panties In A Bunch… Literally

The corporate culture vultures are at it again… Urban Outfitters is in trouble with the Navajo Nation for using their name in vain to peddle nasty panties and flasks for their lil lushie customers. Native American-inspired prints have shown up on runways for years, and it’s common for designers to borrow from other cultures. But the Navajo government’s issue with Urban Outfitters is the clothing chain’s use of the name “Navajo” on its products and in marketing. The tribe holds at least 10 trademarks on the name that cover clothing, footwear, online retail sales, household products and textiles. The tribe’s Department of Justice sent Urban Outfitters CEO Glen Senk a cease-and-desist letter in June, demanding that the company pull the Navajo name from its products. The tribe has received no response but says it remains “cautiously optimistic” it can persuade Urban Outfitters to adopt another name and trademark. “When products that have absolutely no connection to the Navajo Nation, its entities, its people, and their products are marketed and retailed under the guise that they are Navajo in origin, the Navajo Nation does not regard this as benign or trivial,” said Brian Lewis, an attorney for the tribe. “It takes appropriate action to maintain distinctiveness and clarity of valid name association in the market and society.” Urban Outfitters, which has stores across the country and overseas, said it has not heard from the NavajoNation and has no plans to alter its products. “Like many other fashion brands, we interpret trends and will continue to do so for years to come,” company spokesman Ed Looram said. “The Native American-inspired trend and specifically the term ‘Navajo’ have been cycling through fashion, fine art and design for the last few years.” While the Navajo Nation has not threatened legal action, law professor Bill Hennessey thinks it has a strong case. He said the tribe could argue the products cause confusion among customers about who manufactured them. Hennessey points specifically to a trademark governing textiles that was registered to a Navajo Nation enterprise in 2008. “If you’re going to maintain control over your mark, the more quickly you bring an action against the infringer, the more likely the federal court is going to grant an injunction order prohibiting Urban Outfitters from continuing to use the word ‘Navajo,’” said Hennessey, who teaches at the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property. Urban Outfitters labels more than 20 products on its website with the word “Navajo,” including jackets, earrings, scarves and sneakers. But the two items that have sparked possibly the most controversy online are the “Navajo Hipster Panty,” and the “Navajo Print Fabric Wrapped Flask.” Both have geometric designs common in Navajo arts and crafts. Dwayne Clauschee, a designer from the Navajo town of Chinle in Arizona, said Urban Outfitters and other clothing companies are trying to cash in on a trend he believes has been done more respectfully and tastefully in higher-end fashion. A “Navajo” flask is “extremely insensitive” considering the long history of alcohol abuse among Native tribes, many of which ban the sale and consumption of alcohol on their reservations, he said. The Navajo Nation is among them. And branding underwear as “Navajo” goes against the tribe’s spiritual beliefs of modesty and avoidance of indecency, Clauschee said. Jessica Metcalfe, a Turtle Mountain Chippewa from North Dakota who writes a Native American fashion blog, tells Urban Outfitters to knock it off. “Don’t claim Navajo, unless it’s Navajo, and you ain’t Navajo.” Sasha Houston Brown of the Santee Sioux Nation posted a letter online to the company saying it “has taken Indigenous life ways and artistic expressions and trivialized and sexualized them for the sake of corporate profit.” Well said… What do you think? Shouldn’t those Urban Outfitters wanksters be more apologetic???

KKK: Has Melissa Joan Hart AKA “Sabrina The Teen Witch” Been Running A Racist Operation???

Explain this one Clarissa! A former employee of the candy and yogurt store Sweetharts, owned by Melissa Joan Hart, has filed a racial discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit against her and the business. In the lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles and obtained by E! News, Shana Kharineh accuses the Melissa & Joey star and Sweet Harts of wrongful termination, discrimination based on race, retaliation against employee complaining of discrimination, failure to pay wages owed, failure to pay overtime wages, failure to provide meal periods, failure to provide rest periods, failure to pay minimum wage and unlawful business practices. Hart’s camp reached out to E! News, saying, “Melissa Joan Hart is the owner of Sweetharts Sweets in Sherman Oaks, California. While the shop was her vision, Melissa does not currently function in a day-to-day operational capacity, and has never met Shana Kharineh. Sweet Harts Sweets is an equal opportunity employer, as is Melissa Joan Hart. Neither Sweetharts Sweets nor Melissa engages in or condones any form of discrimination whatsoever. There is no basis whatsoever to these vicious allegations.” Kharineh was hired as a manager at the Sherman Oaks store in May 2011 with a starting salary of $450 a week, according to her complaint. The plaintiff alleges that unlike the store’s white employees, Kharineh, who is African American, was given a special dress code based on her race and told not to wear black because “‘black on black’ did not look appropriate.” Kharineh also says that because the store was understaffed June 2011, she was forced to work in excess of 60 hours per week with no overtime pay and no breaks. The next month, she claims, her employers “berated and humiliated” her, criticizing her performance and relationship with her fellow employees and complaining that “when she bent over her underwear would show.” She was fired in August and believes it’s because of her race and her complaints about her working conditons. We can’t think of too many employers who wouldn’t want their managers working like crazy, but the law is the law… The “black on black” comment does sound crazy though. If Melissa isn’t involved in the day-to-day operations, perhaps she should be so her name doesn’t come up in any more lawsuits! Source

Lawsuits: Former “Price Is Right” Banger Lanisha Cole Sues Show Producers For Harassment

Brownskinned banger Lanisha Cole may soon be asked if the Price is Right by a judge, if her sexual harassment and wrongful termination suit against show producers ends up in a courtroom! The longest-tenured model for “The Price Is Right” has filed a lawsuit claiming she was sexually harassed by two producers for the game show, Michael G. Richards and Adam Sandler (not the actors with the same names). When model Lanisha Cole left the show in 2010, she was a “fan favorite,” whose job was to gracefully reveal actual prices of household items to the viewing audience and contestants. But she alleges that backstage, for about a year, she endured very ugly treatment. The 20-page civil complaint includes wrongful termination, wrongful sexual harassment, failure to take steps to prevent harassment, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit states that Cole began working for the popular game show back in 2003, and enjoyed her job for years. All that changed in 2009, when Richards took an interest in another model and began to favor her — and shun Cole. The suit claims that her work on the show was limited using policies “which never before existed.” Cole also details an incident where Sandler entered her dressing room without knocking despite a sign posted to do so, and berated the model for not wearing a microphone — when she was wearing barely any clothes. Cole’s attorney said of the account, “Sandler deliberately humiliated Ms. Cole in front of her peers.” Cole’s attorney, Solomon Gresen, said in a statement, “This case is about senior-level men in the entertainment industry exploiting power and control over women by bullying and harassing female talent.” He added, “Ms. Cole did nothing to provoke Richards and Sandler. Once the harassment began, she was powerless to stop it.” Cole complained about her harassment only after being called into a meeting regarding alleged harassment of another model. When the Pasadena native filed her suit, she was told she was “holding the show hostage,” and she eventually left the show. Host Drew Carey is not named in the lawsuit or blamed in any way. Cole is seeking a jury trial and monetary compensation to cover her medical and legal expenses and loss of earnings. “The Price Is Right” has been served with multiple sexual harassment lawsuits over the years. The show has not yet commented. We can’t believe they were doing old girl like that! We have loved us some Lanisha since we seen her in the Pharrell video back in the day. It sounds like she has a good case — so hopefully Lanisha will be making it rain on them hoes soon enough. Check out more photos of the banger below: Source

WNBA Jawn Is A Real Ball Breaker… Restraining Order Filed Against Hoop Star Following Ex-Boyfriend’s “Growing” Injury

WNBA rookie Jantel Lavender is in hot water for hitting her ex-man where it really hurts. According to TMZ reports : L.A. Sparks rookie Jantel Lavender — the #5 overall pick in the 2011 WNBA Draft — allegedly kneed her ex-BF in the junk so hard, his groin area was “throbbing from the pain” … this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. According to court papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Lavender’s ex Adam Ashley obtained a temporary restraining order against the 6’4″ athlete two weeks ago … claiming he’s been “in hiding” ever since a July 5 altercation where Lavender allegedly grabbed a knife and threatened to kill him. In the docs, Ashley also says Lavender “grabbed my head and slammed it into the wall. She grabbed my neck and was choking me.” Ashley claims it wasn’t the first time Lavender got violent with him — alleging she also tried to choke him during a fight in June. During that altercation, Ashley claims, “While I was grabbing for her hands she kneed me in the growing [SIC] area. My private area was throbbing from the pain.” Jantel has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Ashley until the next court hearing. After the judge granted the restraining order against Jantel — she filed a request for a restraining order of her own against Adam … claiming he attempted to punch her during a recent screaming match at her home. The two are set to meet in court on August 30. They do say there is a thin line between love and hate. But we’re curious what exactly Adam did to incur Jantel’s wrath… after all, we hear there’s an even thinner line between infidelity and a lifetime of impotence. Just Sayin’.
