It has been three months since Bobbi Kristina Brown’s hospitalization, and her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has not visited her. Nick has been the center of a lot of negative attention surrounding the mysterious happenings that led Bobbi Kristina to be hospitalized and diagnosed with irreversible brain damage. So much, in fact, that Bobbi Kristina’s family has refused to allow Nick to see Bobbi Kristina, citing Nick may have had a role in Bobbi Kristina’s drug use . That might be changing though. Nick has offered to meet with Bobby Brown to discuss finally visiting Bobbi Kristina. If things go his way, he will finally be able to see Bobbi Kristina. According to US Weekly, “Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families’ wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts.” “He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her.” Nick had requested to see Bobbi Kristina numerous times before, but the Browns have responded with the recommendation from legal counsel. “Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina but…declined to meet the terms of any possible visit,” the statement said. And, of course, they couldn’t end the statement without adding more drama to an already fragile situation: ”Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.” View Slideshow: Nick Gordon on Dr. Phil: The Scariest Moments Nick’s attorneys “advised him not to meet” the family’s conditions. But Nick is still desperate to see Bobbi Kristina. Attorney Randall Kessler said, “Nick has repeatedly offered to meet with Mr. Brown privately to discuss his request in person, rather than through lawyers.” “Those offers have also been rejected.” Gordon recently went to rehab after a supposedly “volatile” interview with Dr. Phil in March. Nick’s mom told Dr. Phil, “He has said to me many times that he is going to kill himself.” She added, ”Two weeks ago, he tried…He was able to throw up pills.” Since the interview, Gordon is out of rehab . But sadly, Bobbi Kristina remains in a coma. Bobby Brown is optimistic about his daughter’s prognosis. After she was awoken from a medically induced coma, Bobby Brown said Bobbi Kristina was awake and was looking at him. “Bobbi Kristina’s condition has changed since moving from Emory University Hospital and there has been improvement,” his lawyer said on April 20. “Doctors have indicated that she will have a long life. However, Bobbi Kristina is presently embarking on a rehabilitation process and the quality of her life will not be known for years to come.” Her grandmother told the world a different story though. Suge Knight’s Lawyer Says Floyd Mayweather May Post His Bail Suge Knight has been suffering a number of emergencies and medical issues since he entered jail after killing a man with his truck earlier this year. His sky-high bail amount caused him to actually pass out , since there is no way he’d ever be able pay on the sky high amount. Rumor has it that Floyd Mayweather may step in and save Suge from cooling his heels in the clink while he awaits trial. Via E! News : Suge Knight may be out of jail as early as this weekend if Floyd Mayweather Jr. wins his anticipated boxing match against Manny Pacquiao, his lawyer says. The 50-year-old Death Row Records co-founder has remained behind bars since he was arrested on Jan. 30 on suspicion of running over two men with his pickup truck. He re-entered a plea of not guilty on Thursday to charges of murder, attempted murder and hit and run over the incident, in which one man was killed and the second was injured. His bail was set at $10 million, reduced from $25 million, and his trial is set to begin in July. Matthew Fletcher, Knight’s attorney, said if Mayweather wins Saturday’s boxing match, he could cover his client’s bail, The Los Angeles Times and NBC Los Angeles reported on April 30. The boxing champion has not commented. Fletcher told the outlets he talked to Mayweather about the issue on Wednesday. “They’re good friends,” Fletcher was quoted as saying. “Suge said, ‘Man, I was really going to pull for him to win, but now I’m going to have to pray for him to win.’” This one sounds a bit off…he is “Money” Mayweather after all. We wouldn’t think he’d need to hinge his ability to bail his good friend out of jail on Saturday’s fight. Doesn’t he carry about half that amount in cash in his backpack at all times anyway?? Well as it turns out, the miracle bail was a bunch of wishful thinking. As TMZ reports: TMZ Sports just got off the phone with one of Floyd’s most trusted members of his TMT crew — who tells us Suge’s lawyer was just plain wrong when he told media outlets there was a plan in place for Floyd to fork over the money. San Francisco 49ers Lineman Ray McDonald To Sue Woman Wrongly Accusing Him Of Sex Assault Can’t think of many things more despicable than lying on a man for rape… Via NYDailyNews NFL defensive lineman Ray McDonald, released by the 49ers in December in the wake of sexual assault allegations against him, will sue the woman who accused him of rape. McDonald confirmed the lawsuit Monday in an interview with ESPN, claiming the accusations that have yet to lead to formal charges cost him his job with the 49ers and have prevented him from finding a new team. “I am not this bad person that people are making me out to be,” McDonald said. “I’ve been fired from my job. I know some teams don’t even want to talk to me because of this past accusation. All I am trying to do is clear my name and move on with my life.” McDonald’s lawyer, Steve M. DeFilippi, issued a statement to the San Jose Mercury News claiming that video from his client’s home-surveillance system shows the accuser having “clearly consensual” sex with McDonald in his hot tub on the night of the alleged attack. Prosecutors haven’t filed charges against McDonald, but the case must be officially dropped in order for the 30-year-old veteran to regain elegibility to play in the NFL. Says his lawyer: “In the eyes of the NFL teams, the unresolved threat of charges being filed against him, even though factually unfounded, continues to present a roadblock to this remarkable athlete being able to move forward in his career,” DeFilippi’s statement read. “This lawsuit is intended to vindicate him … and return his good name.” The lawsuit alleges that McDonald’s accuser had sex “several times” with him on Dec. 13 but then went to police to cover up her actions by giving a false story that would easily be believed given the atmosphere of negative publicity surrounding disgraced NFL players like Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson and Greg Hardy. Must be 2 sides… That’s a radically different version of the events than the one given by the woman, who alleges that McDonald sexually assaulting her after she hit her head on the ground. She claims to have woken up naked in McDonald’s bed the next day with no recollection of what happened and got him to tell her that they had sex. McDonald, who had two domestic violence calls to his house last year, hasn’t said how much money in damages he’s seeking from the lawsuit, other than to confirm that amount is higher then the $25,000 minimum set by the court. Woman Accuses Central Park Restaurant Of Serving Her Fish With A Hook In It A New York woman is either scamming a Manhattan restaurant or nearly died after chomping into a piece of fish that had a 2-inch hook in it. The New York Daily News reports: A Manhattan woman claims the “whole cooked” branzino fish she ordered at Villagio on Central Park South last August came garnished with a fishing hook — and she cut her mouth when she bit down on it. But a Miami-based partner in Villagio accused her of planting the hook on the fish in order to shake the restaurant down for thousands of dollars. “First, the hook was 3 inches long. How does that go in your mouth and you don’t notice it?” said Alexander Kalas. Also, the branzino was from a fish farm and not “some isolated renegade from the ocean.” “It was farmed and farmed fish are always caught in nets,” he said. In court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Aliona Russo said neither she nor her husband, Vincent, noticed the fishhook until she took a bite and “felt something unusual.” “Removing the remnants of the piece of fish from her mouth, she was shocked” to discover the hook, the papers state. “As other guests at the table looked on in awe, they documented the fact that the fish had been prepared and served with a large hook inside of it.” The couple took a picture of the fish — whole grilled with lemon, olive oil and capers for $42 — and the hook and included both in the court filing. Aliona Russo was “injured, both physically and psychologically,” the papers state. So now the couple is seeking unspecified damages from the restaurant. “This is not a little fishhook,” her lawyer, Jay Dankner, insisted. “It’s at least two inches long — longer with the string.” Dankner said his fish-loving client now has nightmares about biting into another hook. “She said she likes to suck the meat off the bones in the neck and then (de)bone the rest,” he said. “She never got that far.” Kalas — whose swanky restaurant took over the space formerly occupied by Mickey Mantle’s Restaurant & Sports Bar — said Vincent Russo told staff right after the alleged incident that he would be willing to settle the case for $50,000. “That’s extortion,” he said. “We’re filing a countersuit. You CANNOT be f***ing serious According to TMZ reports : The Glendale, CA Elks Lodge is investigating a shocking incident that went down in the club a week ago Monday, when a performer sang a song celebrating the death of Michael Brown … for an audience that included a number of retired and current cops … and TMZ has the video. The song was a parody of “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown.” Gary Fishell, the performer and a member of the Lodge, changed the lyrics, which include: Michael Brown learned a lesson about a messin’ With a badass policeman And he’s bad, bad Michael Brown Baddest thug in the whole damn town Badder than old King Kong Meaner than a junkyard dog Two men took to fightin’ And Michael punched in through the door And Michael looked like some old Swiss cheese His brain was splattered on the floor And he’s dead, dead Michael Brown Deadest man in the whole damn town His whole life’s long gone Deader than a roadkill dog The event was the capper for a charity golf event, thrown by retired LAPD Officer Joe Myers, a 32 year veteran who left the force in 2007. We’re told 50-60 people attended the dinner, and about half were cops, most of whom were retired. The others were civilians. Singer Gary Fishell is a P.I. who once worked as an investigator for the Federal Government. A Connecticut woman is rightfully outraged after learning that police had her 10-year-old daughter handcuffed with guns drawn while arresting the adult that she was with on drug charges. via Fox News St. Louis A young girl was put in handcuffs when a family friend she was with was arrested in Middletown, CT. Kenneth Ford, 27, of Middletown, is a friend of the girl’s mother and was helping drive the fifth grader to basketball practice. According to the arraignment report from the Middletown Police Department, on Wednesday, Dec. 17, the department’s narcotics unit tried to serve Ford, a convicted felon, with an active arrest warrant. Detectives located Ford at the Woodrow Wilson Middle School at around 7:45 p.m. and saw him go into the school, where he stayed for several minutes. Police continued to follow Ford for an hour. Ford first went to Biefield, where he met with someone in a Jeep Wrangler. Police saw Ford hand the other person an item, and the other person gave him money. Ford then drove back to the school and went inside. At around 8:45 p.m. Ford left the school with a female, who was later identified as a 10-year-old girl. The two got in the car and drove to the South Main Liquor Store, left the car running with the girl inside and went into the liquor store. At this point police decided to engage the suspect, and waited outside the store for him. When he came out the police identified themselves and one detective drew a gun. Ford is a convicted felon who is known to carry handguns. The police then reportedly apprehended the man before handcuffing the 10-year-old girl. Ford was then handcuffed. Meanwhile, the girl was in the car screaming. A detective asked her to get out of the car, and then put her in handcuffs. Ford asked the detective to call the girl’s mother, who verified that she was 10 years old. According to Canna Chaney, the girl’s mother, the handcuffs were on her daughter for a while before she received the call. Canaa Chaney, the girl’s mother, says Ford is an old friend and was helping her out because she just moved to Connecticut from North Carolina three weeks ago and doesn’t have a car. Cory Brinson, the lawyer that Chaney retained in this case, said police picked an inappropriate time to arrest Ford. “They watched him pick her up from the school. They could have executed this warrant at another time, but did not and put her in harm’s way. Threw her up against the car, handcuffed her, drew their guns and scared her half to death. It didn’t have to happen like that,” Brinson said. When police searched the car and Ford they found four cell phones, gold teeth, seven baggies of crack cocaine weighing .565 ounces and $2882 in cash. Obviously the man being arrested is heavily to blame for engaging in all of this criminal activity with a child in his care and the mother should certainly be more selective with whom she allows to be responsible for her child, but SURELY these officers could tell that this young girl was a child and not an adult accomplice.
