Deborah Ayorinde Is Bae If you saw Girls Trip (which you absolutely should…it’s hilarious) then you saw the lovely Deborah Ayorinde playing one of the foils in the movie. And while she’s easily hated in the flick, you still can’t help but notice how damn fine she is in real life. She melaniny magic. https://www.instagram.com/p/BVxzoraA7HY/?taken-by=itsdeborah So take a look at bae and add her to the list of reasons to go see this movie. https://www.instagram.com/p/BSUqOG-gVgT/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BRZuQJAAonf/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BRUmBw4A2iN/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BOYFx6RBM6R/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BNuD4NhBGEW/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BNuCvHWBVTZ/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BRUmJCWA6xz/?taken-by=itsdeborah&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/BNfiv8XhqBt/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BMg3vrchtt0/?taken-by=itsdeborah&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/BMZjmzTB47X/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BL1CfX5hSXd/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BLgcnDXBd9t/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BK6dMgyhhTq/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BJ87Hxfhu9U/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BJ8rH8bhL9w/?taken-by=itsdeborah https://www.instagram.com/p/BIoZHvDhv7r/?taken-by=itsdeborah
PHOENIX, AZ – JULY 18: Brittney Griner #42 of the Phoenix Mercury and Glory Johnson #25 of the Tulsa Shock run during a WNBA All-Star Cares event on July 18, 2014 at US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. (Photo by Barry Gossage/NBAE via Getty Images) Glory Johnson Accused Of Ignoring Terms Of Her Plea Deal For Fight With Brittney Griner The WNBA’s Glory Johnson is likely breathing a sigh of relief this weekend after she narrowly escaped jail for violating the terms of her plea deal for a fight with ex-Brittney Griner. Johnson was in an Arizona court Wednesday to face the judge after she skipped out on the court-ordered domestic violence prevention classes that she was supposed to complete as part of her plea deal for brawling with her now ex-wife Brittney Griner. Johnson pled guilty in 2015 to disorderly conduct (domestic violence) stemming from a brawl with her then fiance, Brittney Griner. Prosecutors agreed to dismiss her assault charge as part of a plea deal. UNCASVILLE, CT – JULY 27: Brittney Griner surprises Glory Johnson of the Western Conference All-Stars with cupcakes for her birthday after the 2013 Boost Mobile WNBA All-Star Game on July 27, 2013 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. (Photo by Brian Babineau/NBAE via Getty Images) Under the deal, Johnson was ordered to pay a $236 fine and attend six months of domestic violence counseling. However, a judge found that Johnson ignored her sentence and he issued the warrant, according to court docs. However, at the hearing Wednesday, Johnson’s legal team provided proof that Johnson had indeed took the 26 week course, so prosecutors filed a motion that Johnson had indeed completed the domestic violence prevention classes. It wasn’t clear why Johnson decided not to attend the classes in the first place. We’ve reached out her lawyer for comment. Despite the brawl, Griner and Johnson married in 2015, but split up less than a year later. The pair share ear old twins Ava Simone and Solei Diem.

Stepping into my purpose like… ✨ pic.twitter.com/yHZdmHjq0d — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 9, 2017 Dbleudazzled Designer Destiney Bleu Fights Back Against Khloe Kardashian’s Claims She Didn’t Copy Her Designs If Khloe Kardashian thought Dbleudazzled designer Destiney Bleu was just going to roll over and allow her Good American line to pass off bedazzled designs as “inspired” by Cher while pretending she never heard of or copied Dbleudazzled, she had another thing coming. While Destiney Bleu has been speaking out over the last week, showing how she designed the original version of a bodysuit that appears in a Good American promo ad (peep the :44 mark) … It's here! Watch what goes down with @khloekardashian and the #GOODSQUAD on set of a #GoodAmerican campaign pic.twitter.com/TUGh9AZ8Fw — GOOD AMERICAN (@goodamerican) June 1, 2017 Now Bleu is taking things a step further, providing multiple media outlets with emails and receipts exchanged between herself, Khloe’s assistant Alexis and Khloe’s former stylist Monica Rose. I released the copy of the Cease & Desist, several emails of KK saying she loved my items & #receipts showing she bought 1 of everything. ✨ — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 9, 2017 I felt disrespected and bullied, so in my mind I had no option but to speak the truth and fight the good fight. No pun. — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 9, 2017 Peep the timeline provided to People.com : According to Bleu the timeline of events goes as follows: 11/10/2016 – Alexa Okyle, Khloé Kardashian’s executive assistant, emails Destiney stating that Khloé discovered Destiney’s line and wanted to see a lookbook. 11/15/2016 – Khloé orders fishnet tights and a custom jersey. 12/05/2016 – Khloé orders an additional 12 items, for a total of $925, plus gives final details on the custom jersey ordered by Khloe on 11/15/2016. 12/09/2016 – Khloé’s assistant requests that the items all be sent directly to Khloé Kardashian’s house in Calabasas, provides Khloé’s address, and adds Destiney’s messenger to the gate list. 12/09/2016 – Khloé’s stylist, Monica Rose, emails Destiney asking to borrow black and nude body suits. [These are the same bodysuits as in the images above which Bleu alleges were later copied by Good American] 12/13/2016 – Khloé’s 11/15/2016 order messengered to Calabasas address. Soon after, Destiney receives an email stating that “Khloé loves it all.” 1/06/2017 – Destiney receives another email from Alexa, stating that “Khloé also loves these bras & panties, can we get these too.” The email was accompanied by photos from Destiney’s Instagram account, showing 16 more items that they wanted to purchase from Destiney for a total of $1560. 1/09/2017 – Destiney receives an email from Alexa, asking if they could keep the bodysuits that Monica Rose pulled because Khloé loves them. Destiney informs Alexa that she would loan the items if worn temporarily for appearances. If they were being kept, however, they needed to be paid for, as they are $700 items. 1/30/2017 – Destiney receives a request from Khloé to purchase a sample bra that Destiney had loaned them for custom sizing purposes. 3/27/2017 – Destiney sends Monica Rose an invoice for three body suits, two of which are those that were copied by Good American, for a total of $2100. 4/12/2017 – Destiney emails Khloé’s assistant regarding photographs Destiney saw of Khloé wearing a bodysuit extremely similar to on purchased from Destiney, at the video/photo shoot for the Good American campaign. Destiney received no reply. 5/18/2017 – Destiney receives an email from Jenna Baker, assistant designer at the “Kendall + Kylie” clothing line, wanting to purchase a nude body suit with nipple bursts. Ms. Baker attached a photo of one that Destiney had loaned her for a prior shoot. Bleu’s timeline is part of a 27 page legal response to the cease & desist letter she was served with on Thursday. That cease & desist letter followed a statement from Good American that read as follows: Under no circumstances did Good American or Khloe Kardashian infringe on another brand’s intellectual property and we are going through the proper legal channels to handle the situation. On social media Good American really TRIED it — posting references to Cher, Britney Spears and Diana Ross as inspiration. The cease and desist letter to Bleu claimed she was committing defamation of character, and demanded that she stop making “false statements,” “make an appropriate corrective statement” and “that [Destiney’s] trolls stop attacking [Khloé Kardashian’s] social media channels.” But Thursday night Bleu’s lawyers responded with documents to disprove Kardashian’s lawyers’ claims that she has “never heard [Destiney’s] name” and “never saw [her] samples.” The evidence? The timeline we posted above, listing Bleu’s interactions with Khloé’s assistant and then stylist Monica Rose as well as screenshots of all of their email exchanges back and forth along with invoices for the pieces Bleu ultimately sold her, including a pair of customized underwear bedazzled with the name, “Tristan Thompson.” Bleu’s lawyers also state that a cease and desist letter for defamation is completely inappropriate: “even if Destiney’s accusations of copying were incorrect (and they are not), it would still not be defamation because Khloé Kardashian is a public figure and the standard that must be met for defamation of a public figure is actual malice. See Kaelin v. Globe Comm. Corp., 162 F.3d 1036, 1039 (9th Cir. 1998) (“A public figure in a defamation case cannot recover unless he proves by clear and convincing evidence that the defendant published the defamatory statement with actual malice, i.e., with knowledge that it was false….”). There is obviously no actual malice here, which would require that Destiney knew her accusations were false when she made them.” The letter goes on to state, “Destiney has a Constitutionally-protected right to inform others that Khloé Kardashian has copied her designs. She will not silently abdicate that right in response to a frivolous, two-bit email from you threatening legal action. If Khloé wants to continue stealing designs from indie creators and mass produce them with no credit, then Khloé will rightly face judgment in the court of public opinion. The biggest gem in the response from Bleu’s lawyer’s is this little nugget rightchea: Also, we note that your public statement about this issue is carefully crafted to say that Khloé Kardashian did not ‘infringe on another brand’s intellectual property’. Of course, she didn’t – copying clothing and fashion is generally not intellectual property infringement. It is not illegal for Khloé to copy Destiney’s designs—it is just tacky, disrespectful, and in bad taste. There is also something deeply uncomfortable about someone with Khloé’s wealth and power appropriating designs and fashion directly from a black woman with a small business without crediting her, making cheap knockoffs, and then attempting to threaten her into silence. You should be ashamed.” But alas– as we already knew, SHAME is a moral characteristic that Kardashians are not familiar with. Khloe’s lawyers released ANOTHER statement to People sticking to their story: “Ms Bleu’s claim that Good American and Khloé Kardashian copied or stole her designs is flagrantly false and little more than a cheap publicity stunt and an attempt by Ms Bleu to get her 15 minutes of fame. Ms. Bleu did not create the concept or design of a bodysuit with crystals – a fashion style that has been around for decades as evidenced by the fact that Cher has been wearing these styles for over 25 years. The Good American design team designed a range of eleven bodysuits and had never heard of Ms. Bleu or seen her designs. The letter from her lawyer -sent to the press for no legitimate reason – is outrageous, defamatory and misleading in the extreme. Good American will absolutely not stand for anyone trying to damage its reputation and plans to deal with this through the proper legal channels.” this statement tho> > > > > pic.twitter.com/pQIQX6y7EO — ☾ (@FashioNYSEta) June 9, 2017 Bleu has been met with support on Instagram and Twitter and continues to stand her ground. There is a difference between a publicity stunt and telling the truth. Especially when it means protecting a brand you started from NOTHING. — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 9, 2017 I think it is an important discussion to have. Why are we supporting brands that we know unethically make millions off other's work? https://t.co/vLgdHufQJ9 — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 10, 2017 https://t.co/iUSuTjM3UJ x @dbleudazzled @PLUGGEDNYCSTORE — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 10, 2017 Unfortunately trolls will be trolls and she’s still having to deal with Khloe’s minions. pic.twitter.com/gSol08TcD1 — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 10, 2017 What do you think the final outcome will be with this issue? Do you think Khloe would EVER publicly admit to wrongdoing and pay Destiney like she owes her? Or will this case end up going to court?

Celebrities attend The 84th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade on Hollywood Boulevard. Featuring: Sean Kingston Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 29 Nov 2015 Credit: Brian To/WENN.com “Beautiful Girls” Singer Said He’s Flat Broke Sean Kingston has revealed his dire financial situation in a legal battle over unpaid lawyer bills. The singer filed court docs stating he has less than $500 in his bank accounts and owns no property or cars. In 2015, the lawyer James J. Gangitano sued Kingston, accusing him of refusing to pay up $12,500 worth of legal work he did in defending him. After filing suit, the lawyer reached a deal with Kingston in early 2016. He agreed to pay $20,000 in installments between April 2016 and January 2017. However, Gangitano headed back to court months later accusing him of breaching the deal by failing to make the payments. Under the agreement, if Kingston missed a payment, the entire amount of $14,500 would be due immediately. They demanded that the judge order Kingston to pay up due to his breach. Earlier this year, the judge came back with his decision and sided with the lawyers, awarding them $14,500 in damages with interest until paid off. Kingston was also ordered to fill out a financial sheet which listed his assets and property in the hopes the firm can use the info to collect on the debt. Sean Kingston at Chateau Nightclub and Rooftop inside Paris Las Vegas Featuring: Sean Kingston Where: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States When: 05 Mar 2016 Credit: Judy Eddy/WENN.com In April, the attorney filed docs demanding Kingston be found in contempt for blowing off the judge’s order. He accused Kingston of refusing to comply with the court by filing out a financial information document. The judge signed off on the motion and ordered Kingston in contempt of court and ordered him to hand over his financial info ASAP. Then recently, Kingston finally filled out his financial information form for the case. His form explained he currently owns no property or automobile. He lives with his mother Janice Turner in Los Angeles. He did not answer questions regarding his rate of pay but listed himself as an entertainer. Kingston attached his last three bank account statements, which reveal his dire financial situation. For his February/March bank statement, his Bank of America account began the month with $18.96 but ended the month with $6.96. His Chase bank accounts started with $370.68 and $207.63 but ended with (negative) $19.65 and $7.22. One of the only deposits added to his account was from a Marleen Turner for $2,000 and his account was charged multiple insufficient funds fees.
Earlier this week, Jenelle Evans had her big court date concerning the custody of her oldest son, Jace. And it did not go well. Jace has been living with Jenelle’s mother, the lovely Barbara Evans, since he was just a few months old. Jenelle signed over custody to her, and she’s been raising him ever since. But for the past several months, Jenelle’s been going on and on about regaining custody of the boy, and on Wednesday, the final decision was made . Instead of going to trial, Jenelle and Barbara opted for mediation, and they agreed on an official set of terms. According to the new agreement, Barbara maintains full custody, but Jace will stay with Jenelle every other weekend, and for a while during his summer breaks. They also came up with a handy set of rules for when Jace is with either of them: things like drug use, excessive drinking, and the physical punishment of Jace by anyone but Jenelle or Barb are no longer allowed. Once again, this was all decided on in mediation. Jenelle agreed to every bit of this. But, as she revealed in a Twitter rant this morning, all is not as it seems. In her first tweet, Jenelle made a reference to a quote Barbara had made in a statement, a quote about how she’d agreed to the mediation because she was scared of going to trial. “It would have been awful for her,” Barbara said, adding that “There are a lot of things that people don’t know about Jenelle.” “‘Jenelle was afraid of her secrets being exposed,'” our favorite Teen Mom trainwreck tweeted. “No there’s a reason and plan behind every action I make.” “Funny I was ready with my lawyer and my mom kept offering me an agreement when I wanted to go to trial,” she continued. “But thanks Barbara for the new book idea . Let’s see who has secrets.” She also claims that when they left mediation, a judge said “Barbara from this day forward… you need to think about the child and not yourself all the time.” “Should have taken it to trial but it’s ok… always have to remain positive.” When asked why she didn’t go to trial, Jenelle said that “there’s always a plan behind my decisions.” And when someone told her to grow up, she wrote “Nope it’s about the truth. He should be with his mom, judge didn’t even hear our case cuz we settled. I’m not the bad one, you’ll see.” So this is all just pure craziness, but let’s try to break this down. In this wacky little rant, which was quickly deleted, she keeps playing the victim, saying that she wanted to go to trial and the judge didn’t even hear her case. But she agreed to the new visitation agreement. If she wanted to go to trial, she could have, she just had to refuse to budge on her request for full custody. It’s wonderful that she was able to work this new deal out with Barbara, because it’s definitely what’s best for Jace, but she’s acting like she was somehow wronged. What’s this plan she keeps talking about? If she really wants full custody, then what kind of plan would have stopped her, besides Barbara’s claim that she’s scared of an actual trial? And does she really expect us to believe that a judge told Barbara to stop thinking about herself all the time ? So many questions, so few answers. Guess we’ll just have to wait for Jenelle’s Babs tell-all to figure it all out! View Slideshow: Teen Mom 2: 19 Things You Don’t Know About The Moms!
Troubled Teen Rapper Fighting For His Freedom And For Custody OF His Son The lawyer for rapper Kodak Black told fans that him serving prison time for violating his house arrest was unlikely. A Florida judge this week found that Kodak – real name Dieuson Octave – violated the terms of his probation by leaving his house to travel to a strip club. A bartender there, Jennifer Cunningham, accused him of battering her, but the judge found him innocent of those charges. Because of the probation violation, Kodak now faces a maximum of six years in prison, but his lawyer Raven Ramona Liberty said that’s not the only punishment option that’s on the table. The punishment options include reinstating his probation, extending or modifying it, or prison time. She said that Kodak’s own probation officer hasn’t recommended that he serve prison time, but get counseling and attend anger management classes instead. He is due back in court next week – the same date he’s supposed to start a national tour with the Migos and Tory Lanez. “I have the utmost faith in God that he will be out on the fourth and will start the tour,” Liberty said, adding that the rapper is only 19 years old. “Fortunately he has the money to pay for attorneys. But this happens all the time to young men in his situation. I don’t think sitting in jail is the correct punishment.” Meanwhile, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper is simultaneously fighting for joint custody of his two-year-old son, King Khalid. Kodak recently filed paperwork in that case, to punish his baby mama Jammiah Broomfield, for lying about being “indigent” and benign so poor that she couldn’t afford the less than $300 in filing fees to fight the case. Broomfield recently filed a financial affidavit admitting she bought a new BMW, which poo-poos her poverty claims, Liberty said. The mom has also asked for more child support, Liberty said. A judge will hear that case later this summer. Instagram
