Casey Johnson may have been a member of the ultra wealthy Johnson & Johnson family when she died this year, but her bank account did not represent a great fortune. According to legal documents unearthed by TMZ, the troubled heiress passed away with approximately $75,000 in assets and no will. Casey’s father, the owner of the New York Jets, is asking the court to appoint him Special Administrator of his daughter’s estate. “It is necessary for him to take possession of all of the assets… as quickly as possible to preserve her estate from damage, waste, injury and publicity,” reads the document in question. Meanwhile, Casey’s mom, Nancy Sale Frey Johnson, has custody of Casey’s daughter, Ava. She’ll likely begin legal procedures to adopt the tyke soon, a fact that won’t sit well with Tila Tequila. Then again, Tila Tequila might be dead. She hasn’t Tweeted anything in days. Please be on the lookout for a crazy women wearing a fake pregnancy stomach.

Levi Johnston is firing back at Bristol Palin – crib notes not required! In response to Bristol’s demand for $1,750 a month in child support, Levi says in legal papers that his income is “erratic.” In other words, dude has no real job. Bristol Palin claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. His attorney, Rex Butler says that prior to ’09, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year. Which doesn’t say how much he made in ’09, of course. Details … In legal documents filed this week, Johnston agrees to pay 20 percent of his adjusted 2009 income – how much he made is still unclear – to Bristol for Tripp. Levi Johnston also says that in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income so far is $25,000 plus “some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot.” As such, he can’t pay $1,750 a month. Deadbeat. Not a deadbeat dad, mind you. That implies you’re holding back money. Guy simply doesn’t have any. His explanation: “As a 19-year-old with good hopeful [sic] for an entertainment career the chances of increased income are as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good.” What about that Desperate Housewives gig , dog? Don’t sell yourself short. Also, isn’t there more dirt on Sarah Palin? There are interviews waiting to be had.
