Director X is excited about “ Superfly , ” coming to theaters this weekend. Helluva place to build a crib … Shari Belafonte Selling $1.26 Million California Castle Via Realtor Actress Shari Belafonte, in Cersei Lannister-type fashion, has listed a cliff top castle in BoxCanyon that could very well be used as a setting in George R. R. Martin’s acclaimed fantasy series “Game of Thrones.” Known simply as “The Castle,” Belafonte’s feudal fortress sits surrounded by boulders and natural rock beds on a 1.2-acre parcel presiding over the plains of West Hills, CA. Medieval influence is evident throughout the property. The exterior is lined in blocked concrete with corbeled arches and there is a corner viewing tower. According to the Chicago Tribune, this NFL tailback recently scored a stately French-Normandy-style home in Mettawa, IL. The move comes after he parted ways with his longtime Vernon Hills home in January for $735,000. He paid $1.47 million for the 6,062-square-foot home, which offers a total of 5 bedrooms, 6 ½ baths and 4 fireplaces. Located roughly 45 minutes north of Solider Field, his new digs boasts boasts luxe appointments ranging from coffered ceilings to rosewood hardwood floors to various custom fixtures and built-ins. However, we’re much more interested in his new man cave, which, on paper, sounds pretty awesome. We’ll let the listing take it away: A curving staircase leads to the spectacular marble-floored lower level presenting an expansive recreation/game room faced in stone and accented with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped bar, well-appointed media room, a generous fifth bedroom suite with stunning bath, and ample storage. As if the Jersey Shore house wasn’t trashy enough based on its residents, the exterior of the Seaside Heights, N.J., structure has been vandalized repeatedly. The realtor for Danny’s house says hoards of people keep tagging the outside walls with their names and random, lame comments like, “We love you Snooki .” Seriously? You graffiti the Jersey Shore house and that’s all you got? The damage at Case de Duck Phone is so profuse that the realtor is forced to repaint the guido STD cesspool … on a weekly basis. So yeah, it’s a problem. It gets worse, too. People have been stealing roof shingles as souvenirs (?!) and are often caught messing with the front door when the house is vacant.

As BOSSIP previously reported , Hip-Hop’s royal couple is putting down roots in Miami. According to TMZ , the couple spent last week house hunting in Miami Beach. We confirmed with the realtor that J&B took a walk-through the 9,491 square-foot ocean-front pad last week — but it’s unclear if the couple is interested in making an offer. According to official records, Ricky’s trying to score a hefty profit on the estate — because he bought it in 2005 for $10,000,000 .. and now he’s listed the house at $12.5 mil. The place is pretty sick — boasting 7 beds, 10 baths, a swimming pool … and it’s located in one of the ritziest parts of Miami Beach, close to Miami Heat superstars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. If last week’s Sister Wives season premiere taught us anything, it’s that life in a polygamist household entails a different spin on some of life’s rites of passage. Case in point from last night’s episode: “The Talk.” As in the talk about s-e-x. How does a man with four wives and 17 kids (or something, we lost count) broach this topic? What values does Kody Brown instill? In the living room of one of the family’s new Nevada homes, the Brown Bomber took charge, telling the kids he doesn’t want them to date in high school. That did not exactly go over well. “You should not be sexual until you’ve graduated high school ever,” he said, adding that he’d “prefer” they wait until marriage to become sexually active. “I don’t really want to talk about my daughters marrying … or dating,” Brown says later. Understandable, given that he’s married four people’s daughters. Meanwhile, Kody, Janelle and Christine are all looking for new jobs and decided to look into real estate. Wouldn’t you know it, their realtor needs help. They need to wait six weeks to get their licenses, but the trio helped set up some open houses and appeared to enjoy it at least. We wish them luck. The most significant development last night was when Kody Brown and his fourth wife, Robyn, dealt with a scary possibility regarding her pregnancy. Kody and Robyn were facing a miscarriage head-on. The pair announced they were expecting last week, but Robyn said she’d had some “symptoms” and wanted to head to the doctor as a precaution. Kody and Robyn were “emotional devastated” thinking of the unthinkable, but after a tense few moments, the little one’s heartbeat came through. Filled with relief, Robyn started crying. Kody texted a worried Meri to let her know the good news. All is right in Casa Brown, at least for one week. What did you think of this week’s Sister Wives? Can he really stop the kids from dating? How many kids is too many? Will they be good realtors?
