Adam Lind: Will He Ever See His Daughters Again?!

The Teen Mom franchise has seen plenty of awful parents, but it’s possible that Adam Lind is the very worst of the bunch. Last we checked in on Chelsea Houska’s ex, a warrant had been issued for Lind’s arrest in response to various probation violations and a persistent refusal to pay child support. As far as we know, Adam is not in jail, but you wouldn’t know it based on his relationships with his children. Sources say Lind currently has no contact with either of his two daughters. Restrictions on his custody rights necessitate that Lind spend time with his daughters either at an approved visitation center or at his parents’ house. “One weekend a month, Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. During Aubree’s time at his parents, Lind can come and go freely and spend as much time with his daughter as he wants. Apparently, he has not availed himself of the opportunity in over a month. He can also spend time with Aubree at a supervised visitation center, but he would need to set up an appointment through the court. And he reportedly has yet to do so even once. “Adam has not taken the initiative to set up a visit with her yet,” says the insider. The source says the situation is even worse with Paislee, Adam’s daughter with Taylor Halbur. He reportedly has not seen the 4-year-old “since August.” Fans chastised Lind for his absence at Aubree’s recent father-daughter dance, but the source says that situation is actually not Adam’s fault, as he’s not allowed to visit his daughters at their schools. “He’s only allowed to see her at the visitation center,” says the tipster.  Fortunately, Chelsea’s husband, Cole De Boer, was able to attend the dance with Aubree. The warrant for his arrest is the latest in a long line of legal troubles that began when Lind tested positive for methamphetamines just before a scheduled visit with Paislee. Man Dressed as Elsa Rescues Police Wagon from Snow

Hey, the cold never bothered her anyway, right? Video of a drag queen dressed like Queen Elsa of Arendelle has gone viral after a blizzard blanketed Boston on Tuesday night and this unexpected hero came to the rescue of a stuck police truck. It all started with city resident Chris Haynes eating tacos at South End restaurant The Gallows. When he took a peek outside to see how much snow was falling, Haynes was taken aback to find a man dressed like a certain Frozen character helping out Boston's finest. “Yup, that just happened,” Haynes wrote as a caption on Facebook upon sharing the video, which has been viewed over 3.9 million times. He added: “Drag ‘Elsa’ just single-handedly pushed out a stuck police wagon. Only in the South End and The Gallows.” According to The Boston Globe, the Elsa impersonator was Jason Triplett, a 37-year-old lawyer from Boston who had no real motivation for donning this costume aside from making his friends laugh. In the viral footage, Triplett repeatedly tries to free the wagon from the snow until, at long last, he succeeds. “That’s what makes the video so special, I think,” Haynes told Boston.com. “Because of his persistence.” One might (annoyingly) say that, when it came to this task, Triplett refused to LET IT GO until he pushed the van to freedom. Everyone inside the restaurant cheered loudly after Triplett accomplished his feat, which prompted a curtsy from the pretend queen. “The officers involved were especially grateful for the help and would like to thank the Elsa-impersonator for the assist,” Boston Police Officer James Kenneally, a spokesman for the department, told the aforementioned newspaper. “Everyone will be over it by noon,” Triplett himself told People Magazine of his fame. “But if this is my 15 minutes, I would like to leverage it to meet Adam Rippon.” HA! Now that Kylie has welcomed baby Stormi Webster into the world, she’s once again back to business as usual on social media. And that means plugging her makeup. But the makeup mogul’s new line of blushes are receiving a lot of outraged reactions. It turns out that Kylie’s names for the makeup, targeted at very young teens, is wildly inappropriate. Before she even became pregnant or turned twenty (which she did in that order), Kylie built a powerful makeup empire. It started, mostly with her lip kits. We all know that makeup is expensive and how powerful the Kardashian brand is, but few would have expected for Kylie to blossom into a titan of industry practically overnight. Today, Kylie Cosmetics is worth so much that it’ll make your head spin — and is projected to be worth one billion dollars within just a few short years. But not even Kylie’s juggernaut of a brand, undaunted by her months of social media solitude during her pregnancy, is immune to criticism from fans. And they were horrified to see Kylie’s new blushes. Particularly, their names. See if you can spot what so many fans found so troubling about Kylie’s new blush names. A number of Kylie’s fans found those names and others very objectionable. “When you have millions of teenage fans who look up to you, what do you name your new blushers? ‘Virginity’ ‘Barely legal’ and ‘X-rated’ of course.” Considering that Kylie was dating Tyga, a grown man and a father, when she was just 17 … Barely Legal seems to be in especially poor taste. “Really? @KylieJenner. You literally couldn’t think of ANY other names to give them?” Users bring up that many of Kylie’s most impressionable fans are still in middle school and figuring out who they want to be. “Seriously @KylieJenner, choose better names for your products. You have 12+ year old fans! ‘Barely Legal,’ ‘Virginity.’” The choices that tweets and young teens make about how they view sex and sexuality should be theirs to make, not because of the influence of a 20-year-old mom. One outspoken critic decided to go right for the jugular. “Kylie Jenner decided to name her cheap blushes with an even cheaper names.” Kylie’s brushes for her products have notoriously been the subject of complaints by many people who say that the brushes are poor quality and absolutely not worth the price. “All 14 yr Olds moms will be racing to buy virginity, hot n bothered & barely legal.” Well, that’s a little hyperbolic. Naturally, Tyga, who Kris Jenner says is not Kylie’s baby daddy , came up again. “Seems they’re named after her life, underage dating a 20 something dad.” They’re still bringing him up even though Kylie’s moved on to a different no-name rapper who is several years older than she is. Come on, folks. Keep up. Still others continued to excoriate Kylie over this. “Kylies new blushes which are aimed to her tween/teen market, are called HOT AND BOTHERED- X RATED-VIRGINITY-BARELY LEGAL.” Again, sexuality is fine, but these tweeters take issue with Kylie’s young and impressionable target audience. “[What the hell] is wrong with her?” Kylie’s an adult and a mother, now. They feel that she’s supposed to have a better sense of responsibility. “Seems she’s getting desperate for [attention] & any way to get her name out there, even at the expense of her young fans is ok. Disgusted.” Those are some valid points — and, honestly, the line “barely legal” has only gotten creepier with time. But let’s play devil’s advocate for a moment. Kylie is trying to sell a product. Not only does she need to draw attention to it (outrage is free advertising, folks), but she wants to sell it to her target audience. A lot of people buying Kylie’s makeup are going to want to feel more empowered and more sexual. (And hey, more power to them) After a certain age, plenty of girls stop wanting to buy makeup that’s called Rainbow Stardust or whatever. That’s a normal stage in development. So maybe Kylie’s secret to success gets her some hate on social media. It’ll still help her where it counts — and that’s in her bank account. Stormy Daniels Offers to Refund Hush Money to Trump

Porn star Stormy Daniels is suing Trump and attempting to quash the NDA that prevents her from directly discussing their 2006 affair . Her legal team has put forward a couple of different arguments, but now Stormy herself is making an offer: She’ll give back the $130,000 in hush money. Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, sent a letter on Monday to Trump attorney Michael Cohen. If you’ll recall, Michael Cohen is the private attorney for Trump who claims that he basically just woke up one morning and decided to wire $130,000 to Daniels without any reimbursement from Trump. In it, Daniels offers to refund that amount in exchange for the NDA being lifted, which would allow her to speak about their affair and also publish photos, text messages, or even videos from that time. (In fact, Stormy may have Trump’s DNA on a “Lewinsky-style” dress ) Interestingly, the letter (obtained by the New York Times ) offers to send the money to Trump, and specifically to any account of his choosing, rather than to Cohen. Also, the letter includes a deadline by which Cohen (and, realistically, Trump) must decide whether to accept the offer: Noon on Tuesday. Realistically, it seems unlikely that Cohen or Trump will accept the offer. In fact … one has to wonder if Stormy or her legal team ever imagined that they would. $130,000 is a lot of money, but even though Trump goes to great lengths to inflate his wealth without divulging how much or little he actually owns, he can go without. And obviously Cohen, if he’s willing to potentially violate election law by paying Stormy this hush money just weeks before the 2016 election, isn’t going to agree without the go-ahead from Trump. Some might say that even drafting this letter was a waste of time. But perhaps there is a method to this “madness.” Though the world has heard many details thanks to an old, buried interview, Stormy still can’t respond directly when asked if she had sex with Donald Trump in 2006. It seems clear that she’d love to tell all. In part, perhaps she — despite having conservative political views — is as horrified as most Americans by Trump’s tenure in the White House. But it’s very likely that she’s eager to seize the opportunity to go on every talk show to tell her story, and every financial benefit that goes with it. At present, however, violating the NDA would result in a $1 million penalty. This letter — which was always bound to be leaked — seems like a way of shopping how much she has to expose to the world. Of course, depending upon a court ruling, that NDA may not be enforceable for one simple reason: Donald Trump never signed it. It’s widely believed that he may have avoided signing it so that he could have deniability of the whole thing — which would sound implausible, but so do plenty of his assertions. But Stormy’s lawsuit alleges that the NDA is null and void because both parties didn’t sign. This new offer, to refund the money, requires the signatures of all parties — Trump included. Interestingly, the news that Trump may have had multiple extramarital affairs doesn’t seem to trouble his evangelical base. Some say that they’re just bigots spiting Obama and progressives. Others say that they’re just willing to put up with anything in the hope that Trump will restrict abortion rights. Part of the reason that progressives care about the Stormy Daniels story is quite simple: schadenfreude. Since Trump is making every waking moment a hellish nightmare for people, they can squeeze some joy out of anything perceived to make him unhappy. The other reason, however, is that violating election laws — in this case, campaign finance laws — is actually serious business. But so are a lot of crimes that Trump is believed to have committed. Let’s be realistic — even if he ends up being carted off to prison, Trump will probably get by unscathed with most of what he’s done. But schadenfreude is still a great reason to enjoy this story as it continues to develop and evolve. As for Stormy’s offer, we’ll find out by noon tomorrow. Simpson was ordered to pay Goldman $33.5 million, which has ballooned to more than $70 million. This latest attempt to collect stemmed from the ex-football star selling autographs after his prison release in October for armed robbery. The money he earned from the autograph sales went to pay off legal bills, one of Simpson’s lawyers told the court. The court denied Goldman’s request to collect money from the autograph sale because he could not identify who paid Simpson. One of Goldman’s lawyers has described Simpson’s legal team as masterful at protecting his assets from collection. The lion’s share of The Juice’s remaining wealth is in pension funds that Goldman cannot touch. The lawyer also speculated that Simpson’s team has set up offshore accounts to hide money. However, over the two decades since the judgment, Goldman seized some of Simpson’s money, such as royalties from video games and the rights to a ghostwritten book. T he president and his administration are deliberately sabotaging legal Haitian immigration through a number of political channels, advocacy groups, activists and people from Haiti said this week. And if the president’s profane position on Haiti wasn’t already clear enough — he reportedly called the island nation a “shithole” and asked lawmakers  “Why do we need more Haitians?” — his administration doubled down on it Thursday by preventing people from Haiti from applying to work legally in the U.S. “Haitian nationals applying for H-2A and H-2B visas present extremely high rates of refusal, and those issued H-2A or H-2B visas have historically demonstrated high levels of fraud and abuse and a high rate of overstaying the terms of their H-2 admission,” the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) wrote in an official notice released Thursday. “Haiti has shown no improvement in these areas, and the Secretary of Homeland Security has determined, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, that Haiti’s inclusion on the 2018 H-2A and H-2B lists is no longer in the U.S. interest.” READ MORE: Trump Targets Legal Haitian Immigrants For Deportation The news came as tens of thousands of Haitian immigrants in the U.S. legally were facing the prospects of immediate unemployment because the Trump administration delayed the process of re-registering for the Temporary Protection Status (TPS) program under which they were brought them to the country following a deadly earthquake in 2010. As a result, many employers have reportedly warned their workers who are TPS holders that they may not have a job come Monday, when the protection status was set to expire. Yet once again 60,000 people who have lived and worked in the U.S. for years and have established strong community ties will lose their ability to remain in any meaningful way in a matter of days.” Trump says he’s looking to protect our borders, but apparently he and his Mar-a-Lago club/estate don’t factor into that flawed equation.
