Keyshia Cole Ordered To Pay Beating Victim $100K Cash Money employee Sabrina Mercadel has won her case against Keyshia Cole for catching a 4 am fade from the singer back in 2014. If you’ll recall, way back when Keyshia was grinding on top of grand pianos in the name of love for Birdman…she caught wind that the Cash Money Millionaire might be spending time with another woman behind her back. She paid a surprise visit to his West L.A. condo in the middle of the night, accusing Birdman of being a cheater. Sabrina was there at the time, and caught Keyshia’s hands. She claimed that Keyshia punched her in the face multiple times, snatched her hair and scratched her face and mouth with her fingernails — beating her so badly that one of her own fingers was rendered useless. Sabrina said Keyshia wilded out for no reason, asserting that she and Birdman were only “plutonic friends.” Yes, she actually spelled it that way. Either way, she sued the singer over the summer, seeking $4 million in damages for her injuries and emotional distress. According to TMZ , the judge apparently didn’t see it for her request of $4 million, but felt that $100,635 for her troubles would suffice. SMH. Sometimes keeping it real goes wrong. Dr. Phil Accused Of Giving Drugs To Addicts Multiple guests of the “Dr. Phil” show claim that the good doctor fed their addictions in the name of good TV. According to Page Six , several addicts have come forward with accusations that Dr. Phil and his production staff put them at risk by leaving them without medical attention or by supplying drugs and alcohol to them throughout their recovery. A joint investigation from STAT and the Boston Globe revealed that one guest, “Survivor: China” winner Todd Herzog arrived to Phil’s show sober, yet seeking assistance for his addiction. He says that when he arrived in his dressing room, he found a liter of vodka, which he ultimately was unable to resist drinking. When he alerted a member of production what had happened, they offered him prescription Xanax to help settle his nerves. He famously appeared on the show drunk off his azz, actually blowing a 0.263, nearly three times the legal driving limit. He claims he ultimately was helped by the program, but an addict shouldn’t have to fight that battle with easy drugs being pushed their way. SMH! Even though they never actually got married or owned much property together, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s breakup has been anything but easy. There’s the custody dispute, plus lawsuits on both sides. Among other things, Rob Kardashian — with Kylie’s help — is suing Blac Chyna for her alleged violence against Rob. Well, Blac Chyna claims that she was only violent in self-defense, and wants the suit thrown out. Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian both accuse each other of drug-fueled violence . Lovely. You know, if we believed classist stereotypes, we’d say that these antics sound like they’d be happening in a trailer park and not between millionaires in a southern California mansion. But domestic violence, accusations, and drugs don’t know any socio economic boundaries, folks. Rich people are just better at keeping it quiet. Usually . So, Blac Chyna is demanding $10 million from Rob Kardashian . Or, more accurately, from his family. Because we all know that Rob, though he’s a Kardashian, doesn’t exactly have the net worth of even the “poorest” of his sisters. In fact, Rob may be too broke to pay Blac Chyna . That gives the rest of the Kardashians some extra incentive to help out their brother. So, Rob Kardashian accused Chyna of choking him with a phone charger cord and of beating him . According to court documents obtained by The Blast , the alleged fight happened at Kylie Jenner’s house ( a house, which Rob was renting) … and resulted in about $100,000 worth of damages. We’re talking about destroyed phone, a destroyed television, and damage to doors and walls … all allegedly caused by Blac Chyna. Now, just because Blac Chyna is 5-foot-2 doesn’t negate the possibility that she could commit domestic violence and property damage. The question is: did she do it? According to court documents viewed by RadarOnline , Blac Chyna doesn’t seem to be denying that she was in some way violent with Rob. (While not necessarily admitting to everything that Rob and Kylie accuse her of doing) Instead, she’s taking an affirmative defense — claiming that she only took action in order to defend herself. (And, according to the legal language of the suit, she may or may not have been taking action to defend someone else) Chyna is trying to dismiss the suit against her over this December 16th, 2016 incident. Some might be eager to sit back and find entertainment in this situation. Neither Rob nor Chyna project a very likable image — especially in this context. Many believe that Chyna got pregnant on purpose to create a financial tie to a wealthy family. Many believe that Rob is gross, and his revenge porn attack against Chyna over the summer pretty much confirms that. So, if you can’t stand either of them, it’s easy to just look the other way and hope that they both ruin each other’s lives. Maybe you believe that it’s what they deserve. Even if you don’t feel sorry for Kylie for having been caught in the middle of whatever happened between this former couple (because honestly, what’s $100,000 to Kylie? Proportionately to her wealth, that’s a drop in the bucket), you should worry about this situation. Because, whether it was an accident or the result of a soap opera-style scheme, Blac Chyna and Rob had Dream together. That baby daughter is a true innocent, and can’t help but be caught in the middle as her parents go to war in the courtroom. Well, this is bonkers. Even for Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta . Remember how Kirk Frost knocked up Jasmine Washington but continued to adamantly deny being Jasmine’s baby daddy? They had to go to court over it. Jasmine’s paternity suit has now reportedly been thrown out — not for lack of evidence, but because of a weird technicality. And there’s another complication. We don’t know what’s next for Jasmine Washington and her baby, Kannon. Okay, so as we’re sure that you remember, Rasheeda Frost finally, finally dumped her husband . A lot of spouses ignore cheating. But it gets a lot harder to convince yourself that your husband’s loyal to you when his child starts gestating inside of another woman. But that’s what happened. Reportedly, Kirk Frost was supporting Jasmine as long as she remained his side ho. But her pregnancy was a complication that he apparently neither anticipated nor appreciated. Jasmine named their child Kannon — it’s not super clear if she was just putting a K on “Cannon” or if she was naming her child after the Shinto deity of the same name. You never know. Anyway, not only did Jasmine assert that Kirk Frost was the baby daddy … but VH1 outed Kirk as the baby’s father in the most casual way imaginable. But it looks like Kirk Frost is determined to avoid responsibility with the son that almost everyone seems to agree is his. And their legal struggle is where this story gets genuinely bonkers. (Because, let’s face it, a guy knocking up his mistress and then refusing to accept paternity isn’t exactly rare) Bossip reports that Jasmine’s case got thrown out. Like we said, it’s not a dismissal over DNA results or or anyone being caught lying. It’s this technicality — or really more of a deadline — that strikes us as so absurd that we hope that she’s able to appeal. See, the judge in Jasmine’s case instructed her to serve Kirk Frost with papers and gave her a two week deadline. Reportedly, Jasmine’s attorneys had trouble locating Kirk. Whether he was deliberately moving around and/or hiding from the attorneys who were trying to serve him papers, we don’t know. (But probably) Kirk Frost apparently did end up getting served with papers, but it was only after two months. That is a good deal longer than two weeks. Which had reportedly resulted in Jasmine’s case getting thrown out. Except … maybe not? Interestingly, HollywoodLife reports that Jasmine Washington’s lawyers say that Bossip’s report is mistaken, and that her case has not been thrown out. You might look at this cynically, and say that Jasmine’s only after money. After all, as Kirk’s mistress, she says that he gave her a monthly allowance and also use of a car — which stopped after Kannon was born, whens he broke up with him. But … any money that she’s after would be child support. Which, if Kirk Frost really is the father of Kannon, is something that he legally owes to his child. You know that “if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime” rhyme? Well, the same basic concept applies to parental responsibilities and having sex with your mistress. Even though Farrah Abraham thinks that Teen Mom is “too fake” to win a Critic’s Choice Award , she definitely has a higher opinion of herself than she does of the franchise that made her famous. Farrah Abraham tells you exactly what she thinks of herself on her profile on this new app for “connecting” people. Honeslty, her self-description is wild . And Farrah also describes the sorts of people with whom she’s looking to “connect.” But she claims that she’s not trying to hook up or date. Sure . RadarOnline interviewed Farrah and got a hold of her Bumble profile. “International celebrity, Teen Mom on MTV, business mogul, New York Times best selling author, Advocate for safe contraception, Owner/Founder Furnished By Farrah, Froco, Sophia Laurent.” These are so much to absorb, so let’s go through them item-by-item, okay? “International celebrity.” Technically? Sure. You can be an international celeb without being A-List. Or B-List. Or C-List. “Teen Mom on MTV.” So she’s having fun bashing MTV at every opportunity , but she’s clearly not above dropping the name of the successful franchise that made her the woman she is today. “Business mogul.” A mogul is defined as an important or powerful person , which is not how we would describe Farrah Abraham in our wildest dreams or most twisted nightmares. The rest of that? Fine, we’ll give it to her. But Farrah’s profile has more to say. This time, it’s about the sorts of “connections” that she’d like to make. “Love to connect with smart, intelligent, creative, and open-minded people.” Is she looking for open-minded people who won’t judge her for her sex work? Because that’s fine. Or is it Farrah Abraham’s racist insults that she’s hoping that people will accept? Farrah also explained to RadarOnline what her totally-non-horny purpose was for joining Bumble. “I joined Bumble Business, but I see they have Bumble BFF and Bumble Dating.” We think that she’s referring to Bumble Bizz. We can’t bash the name, because a lot of people have done very serious networking on Twitter. An app’s name needs to be memorable, not serious. “I’ve only so far enjoyed the business events in Austin with other company owners and entrepreneur creative events.” Gee, you’d almost think that the whole interview might be some sort of elaborate product endorsement. (We’re kidding — that was clear from the start) “I have no time for dating right now.” Well, she’s still sort of a Teen Mom OG star, she’s an actual mom, she’s starting a lingerie line, and she’s doing endorsement deals like this shameless Bumble plug and also named ambassador for sexual positivity . If Farrah’s really using the app, she should know that — though we can’t speak for Bundle’s clientele — a lot of the times, men who say that they’re fine just being friends are actually lying. It’s easy to see some dude seeing that she’s on, being curious about a (minor) celebrity, and stumbling across Farrah Abraham’s camgirling adventures . If he didn’t have ideas before, he might start to come up with a few. Not even Farrah deserves unwanted attention. Though, again, we don’t know that Farrah actually uses it. It’s been a rough year for Adam Lind, and sadly, the Teen Mom 2 star’s destructive behavior has taken a severe toll on his loved ones. His downward spiral began back in June when Lind tested positive for methamphetamines just prior to a scheduled visit with his youngest daughter. Sadly, the incident did not serve as a wake-up call for Lind, and his life appears to have been on a steady decline ever since. Last month, Lind was arrested on domestic assault charges after allegedly attacking an ex-girlfriend. Earlier this week, Lind was arrested again for violating an order of protection against a different ex. While he was behind bars, another restraining order against Lind was granted to former girlfriend Stasia Huber. Earlier today, Lind was released from prison, but as you might’ve guessed, his legal issues are far from over. “His bail was dropped because he agreed to show up at court for his next hearing,” a court officer told Radar Online. Yes, if there’s an upside to having constant court dates, it’s that you can appease the legal system simply by promising to come back when you’re supposed to. That’s the good news for Lind. The bad news is that his first baby mama, Chelsea Houska, is reportedly taking steps to change her daughter’s name from Lind to Lind-DeBoer. Now, it’s possible the move has nothing to do with Lind’s latest legal issues. But we doubt it. And hey, we suppose it’s also possible that Lind will take the move in stride and handle the blow to his ego in a mature, level-headed fashion. But that also seems like a major long-shot. And unfortunately, that’s probably just the beginning of Adam’s troubles with Chelsea. The parents of 8-year-old Aubree are due back in court for a custody hearing on January 8. At that time, it’s expected that Chelsea will request further restrictions on Lind’s visitation rights. She’s already arranged it so that his visits with Aubree are supervised and he’s no longer permitted to drive with his daughter in the car. It’s almost like smoking meth and assaulting women will make people question your parenting abilities. Go figure. According to the Washington Post , Donald Trump personally asked Chinese president Xi Jinping to help LiAngelo Ball and his 2 UCLA teammates with their shoplifting case. As we reported, Ball, Cody Riley and Jalen Hill have all been remanded to house arrest until the legal proceedings in their case have concluded…which could take MONTHS . After Trump raised the matter, Xi promised to look into the case and ensure that the players are treated fairly and expeditiously, said a U.S. official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the situation. Chief of Staff John F. Kelly has been in touch with the families of the players and has spoken with UCLA coach Steve Alford, and Kelly remains in contact with Chinese authorities, the official added. This official indicated that charges against the players have been reduced and that the case is proceeding toward a resolution. This SOUNDS good in theory, but Trump could f**k up the whole thing with one headazz tweet insulting the Chinese people. He’s just not the guy we feel comfortable relying on for assistance in situations like this. Moreover, let’s say Trump is able to help the boys come home soon, does that mean the Ball family has to kiss his cantaloupe-colored azz for the foreseeable future? For several weeks now, we've been hearing all sorts of rumors about Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian and how they're both pregnant right at this very moment . At this point though, they're not so much rumors as they are facts that are waiting to be officially revealed on the next season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. All sorts of reputable sources have confirmed the pregnancy news for both ladies, and Kris Jenner hasn't sent her legal team after them — that's how you know. So at this point, we're really just sitting back and waiting for that season premiere to confirm what we pretty much already know. Except during an appearance on Ellen, Kris may have gone ahead and spilled the beans! At one point in the interview, Ellen told Kris “You have lots of pregnant children right now.” Which, you know, is true. “I can feel where this is going,” Kris said. “She's trying to trick me into confirming pregnancies.” Ellen said that she knew she was waiting for Keeping Up with the Kardashians to confirm the news, and Kris laughed “Well, you know I get 10%.” From there, Ellen brought up the new deal the family made with E! — $150 million for five more years of filming. Kris explained that she and her children feel “blessed” to be able to do the show, and that they simply weren't ready to stop filming when their old contract came to a close. Plus, she teased, “You never know what's going to happen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians! Season 15, we're shooting right now.” “Which is when you announce who's pregnant,” Ellen interjected. “Yeah,” Kris confirmed. And there you have it! Sure, she didn't come right out with a specific announcement like “My daughters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are both currently pregnant with human babies that they are carrying in their very own bodies.” But again, she's being vague and cute, she's not shutting down any and all pregnancy talk like she definitely would if there was nothing to the rumors.
