90 Day Fiance star Anfisa Nava is ready for the next chapter of her life. One that is much more challenging and physically demanding than finding her love at first ‘like’ . After finding her match made in heaven TLC, Anfisa needed another project to focus on, so she is shifting to bodybuilding. On Monday, February 11 she took to Instagram to share an overblown before and after body transformation photo, and she definitely took an impressive turn. According to Us Weekly , she started by sharing a slide of her thong-clad butt in front of the camera inviting fans to scroll through her transformation. The second pic shared a full-length photo of her body in a one-piece teal bathing suit next to a current photo of her in a teal bikini. “Which do you prefer,” she asked her followers, “before or after?” And while the before photo shows an also sexy Anfisa, which was taken just a year ago after she moved to the US from Russia, the after picture shows her noticeably slimmer and extremely muscular. Fans have been following her weight loss ride since December 2018 when the Moscow native first shared photos of her “toned arms and legs and six-pack abs,” according to US . She announced on Instagram that her weight loss was actually coming from her strength-training hobby. The reality star became interested in fitness after husband, Jorge Nava, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after being caught with 293 pounds of marijuana. ( what?) “To fill the void that I felt after Jorge was sentenced and I was left on my own I decided to try to stay busy and do what I enjoy the most and it was working out,” she explained via social media. “And ONE DAY I want to take it on a higher level and compete in NPC bikini division.” Telling from her already successful journey it seems as though her fantasy could easily become her reality. There aren’t many of Anfisa’s before photos on her Instagram according to US , because as she noted in February, she doesn’t like to post “unflattering photos” from her so-called “thic” times. A n act of kindness displayed by three young Black men from Florida has warmed the hearts of people across the nation. According to Yahoo Lifestyle , a video that captured the men helping an elderly couple into their car has gone viral. A police officer in Florida recently saw three young Black men helping an elderly couple, and decided to film them and share it with the world! As Griest tried to assist his wife with sitting in the passenger’s seat safely, her legs gave out. The group of men— Freddy G , Marty , and Joc Koe Stoe —stepped in to ensure that she was okay. “We didn’t even ask if they needed help — we felt comfortable giving them a hand right away,” Marty told the news outlet. “I kept thinking, ‘She could have been my grandmother.’.” Officer Kenesha Carnegie from the Levy County Sheriff’s Office captured the special moment on camera and posted the video on social media. The video has now garnered millions of views. “I look over and three men were assisting the couple — it was a beautiful thing to see,” said Carnegie. “I know these men from the neighborhood, and I wanted them to have that moment to show who they really are.” The elderly couple—who have been married for two decades—were thankful that the men gave them a helping hand. Their family is also grateful that the men were there to help too. Their grandson Tommy Griest came across the video on Facebook. “I was scrolling through and saw my grandmother’s purple outfit. In the two days since Mike Sorrentino reported to prison – to begin an eight-month sentence after pleading guilty to tax evasion – the veteran Jersey Shore star has received an outpouring of support. So says his wife, Lauren, in a status update she provided for fans via Twitter. “Hi Everyone, it’s Lauren. Mike would like to thank all of his fans worldwide for the unbelievable outpouring of love & support,” she wrote on this social media platform last night.” She continued as follows: “We speak everyday & he’s doing great. He’s received thousands of letters, he won’t be able to respond to everyone but wanted to express his gratitude. “To each and everyone of you. Thank you from the both of us; it is truly heartwarming to have this support during this time. Lots of Love, Michael & Lauren Sorrentino.” Sorrentino pleaded guilty to lying about millions of dollars in earnings last January. He was then sentenced to the aforementioned stint behind bars in October and reported to the clink this week. Throughout this ordeal, the MTV personality has not made any excuses for his behavior or really looked for sympathy at all from fans. He’s just trying to do his time at Otisville Federal Correctional Institution and move forward. It helps, of course, to have Lauren by his side — even if can’t give her any of his man meat during any conjugal visits . The newlyweds got married in November and she has remaiined nothing but positive and helpful while her husband deals with repaying society for his crime. After he completes the eight months, Sorrentino will have two years of supervised release and 500 hours of community service. This is in addition to a $10,000 fine and $123,000 in restitution, which he has already paid. Sorrentino and his brother, Marc, were each indicted way back in September of 2014 for tax offenses and conspiring to defraud the United States. They were accused at that time of failing to properly pay taxes on $8.9 million in income from 2010 to 2012. In April of 2017, the siblings were then indicted on additional charges including tax evasion, structuring and falsifying records. Mike pled guilty to one count of tax evasion early last year, while Marc pled guilty to one count of aiding in the preparation of a false and fraudulent tax return. Last week, prior to becoming a ward of the state, Sorrentino gave a sweet shout-out to his wife on Instagram in celebration of her birthday, writing: Happy Birthday to my wife, my love, My Laurens. You are beautiful inside & out and I’m very grateful to have you in my life. You make me a better person and I promise to make you proud to call yourself Mrs. Sorrentino. Happy Birthday. There was a lot up in the air as Grey’s Anatomy made its triumphant return to the air on Thursday night. While the hospital was plunged into darkness, lives were on the line, but fans only had one thing on their minds: MerLuca! Meredith and DeLuca were trapped inside an elevator mere moments after the latter opened up about his strong feelings for the former. If fans thought they were in for one of the show’s steamy hookups, then they were sorely mistaken. Meredith was too concerned about Cece’s wellbeing. As you will recall, Meredith had a heart for Cece and was gearing up to harvest it to save the love guru. That was moments before the storm plunged the hospital into darkness. Desperate to prove his he was worthy of being her man, DeLuca pressed on with finding a way to escape. Before the elevator actually got moving, DeLuca persisted to get his point across to Meredith. He thought she was excellent, and he would be very interested in getting between the sheets with her. Grey was grinning from ear-to-ear, but she was not ready to get hot and heavy in an elevator. Things took a turn when DeLuca revealed that his father was a famous surgeon in Italy. However, he operated on seven patients during a manic phase and saved four. He was tried but acquitted because he had money and connections. In a genuinely romantic moment, Mer asked her beau to speak to her in Italian. Here’s the translated version of what he said: “When you finally let me kiss you, and you will let me kiss you, I won’t ever stop.” Mer understood every single word he said, and the pair got close. Then the freaking door opened. As for Cece, she started the hour in a bad way. Her vitals were dropping, and it was not looking good. “My old heart is jealous of my new one,” she told Maggie. Cece continued to get closer to death and realized there was something amiss, so she chatted with Maggie about the surgeon’s love life. But the conversation was cut short when Cece flatlined. Meredith tried to save her life and was ecstatic there was a heartbeat. “We got a heartbeat,” Mer yelled. “Thank God — she told me she would haunt me.” The next thing we knew, Mer was talking to Cece about her romantic interests, and the camera pulled back to reveal that Cece was dead. Doesn’t sound like someone who plans on running for the attention bound to come her way, does it? Catherine also tags the Bachelor Winter Games Instagram account in this picture, seemingly trying to get that program’s attention … and possibly hoping for an invitation to the show. This certainly wouldn’t be the first time a suitor used The Bachelor as a springboard to more appearances within the ABC reality show franchise.
