Raphael Samuel of Mumbai, India is suing his parents for giving birth to him because they didn’t ask for his consent. The 27-year-old (yes, 27) is an ‘anti-natalist,’ who believes parents don’t have the right to give birth to a child who has not agreed to being born. Samuel apparently has a great relationship with his parents telling The Print , “I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure.” He continues saying, “My life has been amazing, but I don’t see why I should put another life through the rigmarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn’t ask to exist.” Samuel is urging people to ask their parents for an explanation as to why they chose to have children. The 17-year-old Florida teen who was gunned down in 2012 would’ve been 24-years-old today if his life wasn’t tragically cut short. His mother Sybrina Fulton recently spoke at Oregon State University and spoke on the need for unity. The 5th-7th graders that participated in the special field trip are part of the “Saving Our Daughter’s Cinderella” program, co-founded by actress and singer, Keke Palmer, who is also a guest star on STAR. Going on its second year of the STAR and Saving Our Daughters special set visits; this field trip was coordinated and hosted by Assistant to James E. Williams of Star Season 3, Taylor Williams. In addition to setting up a tour of the stages and sets, Q&A with some of the crew enlightened the girls of the team effort involved in the development of the show. Hard to believe it’s been almost 8 years since the infamous Charlie Sheen meltdown . The erratic behavior that cost Sheen his lucrative gig on Two and a Half Men is usually remembered with a laugh these days — not unlike Britney Spears’ 2007 breakdown. But in both cases, those who were quick to laugh at the stars’ erratic behavior often ignored the deep-seated pain that motivated it. Yes, it was funny when Sheen called himself a warlock from Mars, but all that bravado was masking some profound inner turmoil. For one thing , Sheen had been diagnosed as HIV positive but had not yet gone public with his medical issues with the public. By his own admission, Sheen used alcohol and drugs to try and quell the anxiety caused by his life-threatening condition. None of this is to excuse the behavior he exhibited during his meltdown, but it may help us to understand why TV’s highest paid actor would throw it all away — and how he came to arrive in his current, lowly state. After revealing he’d been diagnosed with HIV, Sheen was sued by several former romantic partners who claimed he’d endangered their lives by failing to disclose his condition. These days, Charlie says he’s up to his neck in lawsuits and unable to find work due to his condition. According to a new report from Radar Online, the situation has become so bad that Sheen is in danger of losing his home . In an attempt to alleviate his financial woes, Sheen recently filed a request to have his monthly child support payments to actress Denise Richards slashed in half. “Since June 2016, my income has changed significantly,” Charlie wrote in his appeal. “I have been unable to find steady work and have been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry. “All of this has resulted in a significant reduction in my earnings.” Amazingly, the court sided with Sheen and allowed him to reduce his payments. This, just a few years after the actor was pulling in a whopping $1.8 million an episode on TV’s highest-rated sitcom. We’re guessing the warlock from Mars isn’t using #Winning as his personal mantra anymore these days.
Just over two months since her shocking death, we now know why Kim Porter passed away . The model, actress and ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs died of lobar pneumonia, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner announced on Friday. The manner of death has been certified as natural. Porter shared three children with the music mogual and remained a very close part of his life, long after the pair split up as a couple. Porter had only just wished Diddy as happy birthday days before she suddenly died. For those wondering, meanwhile… “Lobar pneumonia (pneumonia) is an infection of the lung caused by bacteria,” the official report reads, explaining further: “Immune cells invade the air spaces (where oxygen is taken in), and this is accompanied with necrosis (death of cells). Pneumonia decreases the lungs ability to take in oxygen, and over time it can cause sudden death.” According to this same report, Porter went to the doctor days before she died with “cold/flu-like symptoms.” A nurse also visited her home and gave her “saline solution with vitamins.” An autopsy was completed on Porter a day after she was found dead in her home on November 15. However, her death certificate previously stated her cause of death as “deferred” and the manner of death as “pending investigation.” The toxicology report says there were no narcotic drugs or alcohol in her system. She was 47 years old. Porter was buried in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia on November 24. In audio made public from Diddy’s moving eulogy , the rapper opened up about his relationship with Porter and vowed to keep her memory alive forever. “I just want to say to my kids, Justin, Christian, D’Lila, Jessie, Chance and the other man in the house, Quincy: Your mother instilled in me this, and I pledge in front of everybody right now that I will always be there for you,” he said, adding: I will always take care of you. Diddy and Porter broke up for good way back in 2007. But they remained on such close terms over the years that they never even agreed to a formal custody arrangement. They were vital parts of each other’s lives up until the day Kim died. Quipped Diddy in his eulogy: “To the girls especially, we about to enter some different type of times. I want you to be able to talk to me about everything, and I mean everything, and I mean everything.” He continued later on: “Kim, we gonna miss you so much. But I ain’t gonna miss you too much because I’m not gonna let your voice inside of me stop talking. “I know you like to talk to me a lot once you get on those rants, and I just want you to know I’m gonna be listening.” And he concluded: “As time went on, our relationship took so many different changes, from being boyfriend and girlfriend to being lovers to being best friends to being just straight-up homies, like somebody that you know you can count on. “We just love y’all, we appreciate y’all, appreciate the family. To all the words that I’m forgetting, to anything I’m forgetting to say, we love you, Kim.”
