Last year, the world learned that Ewan McGregor split from his wife of 22 years . Some say that they separated last Spring, but the secret got out when Ewan was spotted kissing Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Whoops. Well, now Ewan is taking things a step further — because he's filed for divorce. Ewan's 15-year-old daughter is not taking it well. It's believed by many that Ewan McGregor may have separated from his wife, Eve Mavrakis, some time in the Spring of 2017. Ewan's family has characterized this as a mid-life crisis. Ewan is 46 years old. Together, he and Eve have four children. TMZ reports that Ewan McGregor has filed for divorce , citing irreconcilable differences. He's filing for joint custody and expressed a willingness to pay spousal support. TMZ mentions that their sources say that there's no pre-nup in place, so this could be a very costly split — with their shared property being split in half. Additionally, rumors have been circulating that an Obi-Wan film is in the works, though Disney has yet to confirm this. It will reportedly begin filming in 2019. We don't imagine that he'll be locking lips with Mary Elizabeth Winstead in that — Obi-Wan's only canon love interest was Duchess Satine of Mandalore, and she died before the events of Revenge of the Sith . But if he comes out of this divorce hurting financially, an influx of cash from Disney might be just the balm that he needs. But there's more than one way to be hurt. Did you know that those kissing photos with Mary Elizabeth Winstead surfaced on the birthday of Ewan McGregor's 15-year-old daughter, Esther McGregor? October 22nd. Divorce is an important option for so many couples, but more often than not, it's hell on kids. Some children blame themselves. Others feel betrayed by a parent who seems to be tearing apart their family. Esther McGregor clearly falls in the latter category. In a video posted to Instagra, Esther sings a song that she wrote. She all but spells out that it's about her father's new relationship. She even throws in a line about the world (herself included) seeing her dad kiss his new girlfriend on Esther's birthday. In the lyrics, Esther responds to the “s–t” she “found online” with: “I don’t know to forgive. I don’t know if I can. Ruining me.” She has a lovely voice. We're sorry for what she's going through. Divorce, as a process, can be hell. There's really nothing that you can tell the kids to show them the light at the end of the tunnel. This is a very healthy way for her to express herself. Many Teen Mom OG fans are expressing concern on social media today in response to news that Catelynn Lowell will be checking back into rehab to seek further treatment for trauma and other emotional issues. But perhaps they shouldn’t be worried. After all, Catelynn doesn’t seem to be. Don’t get us wrong–we’re sure she’s sad to once again be parting ways with her daughter and husband for an extended period of time. But she also appears to appreciate this development for what it is–a chance to find a treatment plan that will work for her long-term, and allow her to be the best wife, mother, and entrepreneur she can be. “Well they say third time’s a charm,” Lowell tweeted. “I’m going back to treatment people for 6 weeks to work on my trauma and getting on different meds.” Addressing her husband, Tyler Baltierra, Catelynn added: “THANK YOU @TylerBaltierra I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You are my light!! And nova you are my sunshine #KeepTalkingMH.” The hashtag is part of a social media movement to encourage productive conversation about the challenges and stigmas surrounding mental illness. Shortly after her message was posted, Catelynn re-tweeted her TMOG co-star Amber Portwood, who wrote: “Sometimes it takes a strong man to pick up a broken woman.” Lowell checked into rehab back on November 17 after revealing to her Twitter followers that she had been struggling with suicidal thoughts. “I’m taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself,” she told Radar Online at the time. “On November 17, I thought of every way possible to commit suicide, from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole.” Catelynn left the facility on December 29 after six weeks of treatment. She left rehab with an extensive plan to maintain her mental health, informing her social media followers that she had quit drinking and using drugs , and would be pursuing a proactive treatment program. “She’s going to be doing their regular therapy, couple’s therapy and outpatient,” said a source close to Lowell. Of course, as anyone who’s ever struggled with mental health knows, recovery is rarely a straight path. We wish Catelynn all the best and hope that she’s able to find the help she needs. Kim D. has got to be the woman the producers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey call in when they need to inject some drama back into the show. It’s almost like they thought, “Darn, Danielle is not bringing the drama we thought she would. What Posche Really Stands For Siggy and Dolores showed up to prepare for the fashion show, Kim wanted to know how her claims about Teresa being a cheat went down with everyone. “Everyone hates you so much,” Siggy said proving again that she is not one to try and sugar coat things. Kim then said that she heard Teresa was done with Jone, so she could do what she wanted. That’s when Siggy and Dolores defended her. “Welcome to the Posche fundraiser. Toodloo!” Kim said to the women as she gave them a breather. Teresa claimed to Melissa that she would keep her composure and not fight with her hands because she needed to keep it together or she ran the risk of being hauled back to jail. Not one to show any fear, Kim said that she would fight Teresa, Margaret, Dolores, and Melissa. Yes, really. “I’ll take you all, come on,” the villain said, but it was not clear whether she was smiling, or pooping her pants. We can thank the botox for that. “Nobody is gonna talk about my husband or me,” Teresa says. “You talked about my husband two years ago. Did you see him fuck another girl?” That’s when Kim said Teresa has been spotted out at clubs and getting close to other men. “Piece Of Shit, Coke Whore, Home Wrecker Every Day!,” Teresa said of what Posche stands for. Her attempt to string a sentence together failed because it did not make sense. Kim then went for the jugular and said that if Teresa got rowdy, she would have her locked up. Melissa tried to defend Teresa and asked Siggy and Dolores whether they were disgusted yet by what they were seeing. Dolores started yelling and getting up in her grill. Teresa left and referred to Siggy and Dolores as Kim’s puppets. Siggy and Dolores See the Light The next day, Siggy and Dolores went to dinner with Frank, and he was straight to the point about understanding where Teresa was coming from. The two women agreed that maybe they should have left the event, and Siggy went to visit Teresa to let her know she was sorry. Teresa accepted, and they were friends again, but Melissa was still unsure about the pair making their way to Milan. Melissa closed her segment essentially saying that Dolores had better watch her back. Is anyone else her just for Melissa and Danielle teaming up to take down Dolores? Like Mother, Like Daughter The other big plot strand was Marge Sr. going on a date with Margaret’s accountant. Margaret and her husband went along for the ride to chaperone the date, but it became clear there was something sketchy going on. Margaret made ill-timed comments about her mother still being capable of “swallowing.” Yes, that is what Steve will be dealing with if he becomes a permanent fixture to the family. The Other Side In a more serious scene, Melissa, Teresa, and Joe spoke to a medium about Nona’s passing, and the medium said that she was happily on the other side and is out of her pain. It was unsettling because all three of them were bawling their eyes out. The only thing that irked me was that the woman could have gotten her information from watching every episode of the show before meeting them. Sigh. What did you think of this episode? Right now, Farrah Abraham’s Teen Mom career seems to exist in a state of quantum uncertainty. Was she really fired from Teen Mom OG for being a sex worker ? If so, will MTV take her back? We don’t know. But we do know at least a little of what Farrah’s up to in the mean time. Right now? She’s hawking lingerie. Some very aggressively revealing lingerie. So, Farrah Abraham has had a long, long career with MTV. So long, in fact, that she’s a Teen Mom star who’s 26 years old. (A friend recently asked who she was, and was a little taken aback by my answer … because he didn’t expect to hear about Teen Mom stars in the same age-range as the stars of scripted teen dramas) But then came reports that MTV had fired her. And by “reports,” we mean that Farrah Abraham angrily ranted, claimed that MTV had fired her, and seemed to refer to it as a “hate crime.” (In Farrah’s mind, maybe a “hate crime” just means a thing that she hates … which is not even a little bit close to what that means) She alleged that her live sex shows (like the live anal toy camshow that she had announced) were the issue, it was also strongly suggested that … maybe it was a personality issue. Meaning that maybe Farrah was fired because everyone hates her , and that — if someone mentioned her camgirl livestreams in the process, that may have just been the excuse that MTV needed. We don’t know. What we do know is that Farrah Abraham says that she wasn’t fired , actually … which only makes us more confused. Competing reports are one thing, and we’re used to sorting through those. But we don’t see competing reports from the same person , about themselves nearly so often. Especially not within such a short timeframe. What may have happened was that Farrah was given an ultimatum by MTV or by producers: that she could do porn or Teen Mom , but not both. (Honestly, that doesn’t sound fair — part of the point of being a reality star is for branding opportunities, and whatever we may think of Farrah, sex work is no less honest or valid than plugging a makeup brand on Instagram) Only time will tell, at this point, though Farrah’s “Viacom Legal Confirms I have not been fired, I have not breached my contract,” does sound pretty official. But what are we to make of this? Farrah is posing here in some lingerie that hides everything except her bits. She’s using her hands to cover her nip nops, and it looks like absolutely nothing is covering part of her genitals. She’s holding a riding crop and we have to say that she’s looking pretty darn good. She captioned her post: “#Shmoney mondayyyy ! Can’t wait to show you my exclusive lingerie line Dec 1st.” She follows this with a gift emoji and a bag-of-money emoji. “Behind the scenes! Photo shoot woot-woot! For the intrigued [sparkles emoji] wonderfully beautifully www.pultraintimates.com.” So this is her new lingerie line. Have another look: We don’t think that anyone’s actually supposed to have intercourse through such a modestly sized hole in the outfit’s panties, but it’s certainly suggestive. The riding crop is the only part of the whole ensemble that says “S&M” to us, but maybe there’s more to come that will put the fairly vanilla S&M toy into a context that makes sense. Like we said, Farrah looks good here. But … if she was getting into trouble with MTV folks for putting some toys into herself on camera for money, are they going to love her getting naked to hawk some lingerie? MTV and the Garden State formed an unholy alliance years ago with the debut of Jersey Shore , a harrowing documentary series about the devastating impact of Ed Hardy shirts and tribal tattoos on one sleepy seaside town. Both parties experienced tremendous good fortune in the years that followed–MTV with the Teen Mom franchise, and Jersey with the slow, meatball hoagie-fueled decline of Governor Chris Christie. So hopes were high when it was announced that the network execs who gave us Snooki and the state that gave us Springsteen would once again be joining forces for Teen Mom: New Jersey . The project was announced over the summer, and MTV immediately cranked the hype machine up to 11. Within days, there was sky-high anticipation from the same demographic that made Teen Mom: OG and Teen Mom 2 smash hits. Social media pages were launched, and the identities of the show’s stars were teased as though they were the members of a new Simon Cowell-founded pop group. So you can imagine the waves of surprise and chagrin that rippled across the internet yesterday when The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that MTV had pulled the plug on Teen Mom: New Jersey before the show ever made it to air. Yes, it seems that the show will never see the light of day, and its “stars” are every bit as confused as its potential audience. “Last weekend the girls on the show got calls basically informing them that the show isn’t going to air,” a source tells The Ashley. “They didn’t really give them an explanation—just the standard ‘We’re moving in another direction’ line. The girls are really upset because they’ve worked so hard on this project and were really excited for its premiere.” Details are scarce, but it sounds as though MTV simply passed on the show, presumably after getting their first glimpse at the finished product. It’s worth noting that the show was not produced by 11th Street Productions, the company responsible for the 16 and Pregnant and the original Teen Mom shows. It’s another reminder that you can capture lightning in a bottle twice, but not three times, as Teen Mom 3 so poignantly reminded us. Sigh. At least we’ll always have the original series. In the preview for the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians , Scott Disick and Kim Kardashian have a heart-to-heart about Scott's … activities. Basically, Scott spends some time whining about his time spent having sex with teen models, and how “unfulfilling” that was. Considering that Scott Disick is now seriously dating one of those teen models , we'd say that the new sneak peek video below has not aged well since it was filmed. What will Sofia Richie think? There's a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians coming out on Sunday, folks. (It's also Kris Jenner's birthday — November 5th! Long live the queen!) So, we all remember Scott Disick's misadventures during the spring and summer of 2017. His long downward spiral eventually put him in the hospital. Of Scott's many, many activities, he was mostly associated with two things in 2017: Booze and Bella Thorne . Neither of those are inherently bad things, but Scott seemed determined to self-destruct, and they were his weapon of choice. Scott's seemingly mellowed since then and isn't acting out quite as much, but at the time there were genuine fears that he might die. What some people may have forgotten is that, way back when, Scott Disick was spotted with Sofia Richie . At Cannes. This is going to be important as you listen to what Scott Disick has to say about what he thought about the young women there. This Keeping Up With The Kardashians sneak peek shows Scott and Kim having a heart-to-heart about his various flings. Kim describes what it looked like to her, the Kardashian clan, and the rest of the world when Scott was living it up at Cannes: “It just looked like it was some big soap opera going on. It was a fun show.” Scott tries to refute that: “Look at it in my perspective. She was on vacation with one man, a whole trip.” He's referring, of course, to Kourtney and Younes. Scott continues: “That looks like a happier scenario than me, jumping around, trying to find happiness and these girls are not fulfilling that.” One, he seems to be putting it forward that boozing it up and having sex with various 19-year-old models was really some sort of chore and that he deserve sympathy for that. That's how it comes across. Scott then laments: “I’m just not happy with anybody.” Kim might deserve some sort of award for listening to him complain about that with a straight face. Scott then tries to explain to the confessional that his activities this year look bad because he's a man and he's a bit younger than Kourtney (just by several years) and so his coping mechanisms are a little different. That's an excuse easily ridiculed by a classic Tumblr meme: Some people?? Bang teen models and damage their livers?? To cope!??! Again, his sexual activity and even the drinking would have been mostly fine if he weren't a dad, embarrassing his whole family and endangering his own life — which would in turn impact his children. Kim gave Scott some advice: “I think it’s beyond the girls at this point. I think if you found someone that you were happy with, I think Kourtney would be happy for you, but she sees you out and really drinking and really going through it” Scott appeared shocked at that news, even though this was fairly obvious to most people, right? It does seem like Scott has taken that advice, as things are getting serious with Sofia Richie . But how will she respond to hearing him say that she wasn't fulfilling and didn't make him happy? We have a sneaking suspicion that this was filmed before the two of them connected this fall. Will this be their end?
Amber Portwood has ended all doubt and speculation: The veteran Teen Mom star is pregnant with her second child. Strong talk of Portwood’s expecting state has been circulating around the Internet for days, but the MTV personality herself came out on Friday and confirmed the news. “Thank you everyone for all the kind words. I’m very excited for my future with Andrew and our little family we are starting together! Love,” Portwood Tweeted this evening. Indeed, Amber will be having either a boy or girl with Andrew Glennon. She met him while filming Marriage Boot Camp and the two have been dating for only three months or so. The brief dating history between Portwood and Glennon suggests this pregnancy was not planned , a possibility that Amber didn’t deny when speaking to Us Weekly about the bun in her oven. “When I first found out, I was a little scared,” the 27-year old told this tabloid, adding: “I just kind of sat down and thought about it and realized that it was a big step in my life and it was a good thing actually, and I was really happy within 30 minutes.” Portwood is already the mother to an eight-year old daughter named Leah. He shares custody with ex-fiance Gary Shirley. “After the initial shock, it was nothing but happy thoughts and just enjoying my time with my boyfriend,” Portwood added to Us , saying simply of she and Glennon: “We’re both very happy. After revealing the baby news on social media and in this interview, Portwood received a slew of well wishes from other Teen Mom stars. “CONGRATS AMB! We are so happy for you & can’t wait to meet that little baby,” Tweeted Tyler Baltierra, while added: “Congratulations babe. I love you and can’t wait to see you at Friendsgiving.” Portwood responded to these messages by writing the following: “Thank you hun! Love you guys always.” She also posted the sweet photo below, further hammering home the status of her womb: We don’t know when Amber is due. Nor do we know if she’s having a boy or a girl. However, if this pregnancy is anything like pregnancy by other members of the Teen Mom cast, we’ll be finding out the answers to all these questions and many more as the days, weeks and months go by.
