During the Christmas season, tween heartthrob Justin Bieber , released a nail polish collection with Nicole by OPI. There was speculation as to whether the idea would fly considering Bieber isn’t a nail polish wearer himself, but apparently the speculation was completely unfounded! Each song-inspired shade including Give Me the First Dance and One Less Lonely Girl sold out completely in the 3,000 Wal-Mart stores where it was sold. “The call center in Bentonville was flooded and flooded with calls with people wanting to know where they could get the nail polish. We just couldn’t keep up,” said Carmen Bauza, Wal-Mart Stores Inc.’s vice president and divisional merchandise manager of beauty and personal care.
