I am – Bummed Lohan isn’t Going to Jail of the Day

I am still a fan of Lindsay Lohan. I think she’s got serious potential and good things will eventually come her way….because let’s face it…she’s Lindsay Lohan…and herpes or not…I’d love to smear that vagina all over my face… I was really hoping her sentence would lead to her in jail. I figure she could use the time out of society, and since she’s already a lesbian…or was a lesbian…she’d be in heaven…like on set of a lesbian porn scene…. With all celebs breaking the law, she got off easy….90 days in a lockdown rehab facility….30 days of community service…..18 months of therapy…. If only all people with her record got treated this way…breaking the law would be a lot more fun to do….but not all people are celebrities and don’t get that preferential treatment… I’m just hoping she doesn’t die….cuz I’m into her…or at least her tits..and think they have a few more years in them…. She’s just a broken girl…and I don’t think this is really news….but I’m posting it anyway…cuz I like to live and breathe all things Lohan….when I remember she exists…like on sentencing days like today.

Lindsay Lohan to Be Placed Under House Arrest in Lieu of Rehab?

Recidivist criminal Lindsay Lohan has been offered yet another break by the criminal justice system, if she doesn’t turn it down like a moron this time. Prosecutors are now reportedly offering to place the hot mess under house arrest in her lying-to-police case, sparing her both rehab AND jail time. You know what that means: More ankle monitor bikini photos!! But hold your horses. Of course, LiLo being LiLo, she’s not biting, at least not yet. The Santa Monica City Attorney and the L.A. City Attorney have softened their positions from mandatory lockdown rehab to 90 days of house arrest. If she agreed to that, officials would be willing to deal. Maligned and incompetent though he may seem, Lindsay’s lawyer Mark Heller is actually working hard to hammer out a plea deal with the  prosecutors. It’s Lindsay who’s adamant that she will not accept ANY punishment here, and she makes the final decision, so Heller’s hands are tied to a degree. According to TMZ, there’s a 75 percent chance the case will go to trial March 18 with no plea deal reached. In that case, she will be rolling the dice. The 26-year-old not only faces criminal charges for lying to police after crashing her car, but the probation violation that occurred when she did it. All in all, she could do eight months in jail easily. Hopefully she’ll wise up, strap on the ankle monitor for awhile and move on with her life, but given how delusional Lindsay Lohan is, you never know. You tell us: Will LiLo go to jail in 2013?   Yes. Sean Lowe "Still Happy" With The Bachelor Winner, Chris Harrison Promises

Sean Lowe is still happy with his decision, The Bachelor’s Chris Harrison says. And you don’t even need The Bachelor spoilers to guess the result, he adds. “Going into the finale, I knew [who he would pick],” he told E! News this week. That was a stark contrast from the hometown dates, when he had “no idea.” On Monday night’s season finale, Sean chooses between his two finalists, Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter. Opinion is split on who fans prefer. Harrison won’t give away who wins (the link above takes care of that if you must know), but promises Sean is ” definitely still happy ” with the outcome. Despite backlash from fans for eliminating Desiree Hartsock and AshLee Frazier , Sean has no regrets about his final two, or his fiancee, Chris says. “He was happy with Lindsay and Catherine [as the final two],” Harrison adds. “I think he aspires and hopes to have something like AshLee represents, I think that’s what his parents have. But I also think that in the end he realized he’s just not there yet.” “She’s a little more mature and further along. Catherine and Lindsay are younger at heart and more fancy-free, where he can think, ‘OK, that’s a little more me right now.'” Chris also says Sean’s values made for a great season. “Sean is a really religious guy and a man of high moral fiber, which he got from his family,” the host with the most explains. “So that’s the way the season went.” “If he would have been a playboy, it would have been a different season. I don’t think everyone can be like that, it’s just not in him, and that made things interesting and very real.” And a very real relief for his final rose recipient to know he didn’t also get it in with two other girls in the Fantasy Suite. Charlie Sheen: I Will Save Lindsay Lohan!

Charlie Sheen wants to save Lindsay Lohan. No for real, he wants to step in and help the spiraling train wreck, and says he’s got both the credentials and credibility to make a difference in her life. Sheen says he may be her best shot, too. The actor tells TMZ, “I have a kinship with somebody [Lindsay] who clearly needs a mentor, whether she wants one or not.” “She can continue to hang out with her dress shredding club buddies , or turn to a guy who’s been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey.” “If she listens, she’ll win. If she doesn’t, that’s on her.” Charlie and Lindsay are also friends, it’s worth noting. The duo forged a connection on the set of Scary Movie 5 , after which Charlie cut her a $100,000 check to help with her mounting tax problems. Lindsay’s now returning the favor by appearing on Anger Management , although that may be Sheen helping her again more than the other way around. She’s broke. Like big time. Things have gotten so bad financially that the $100,000 from Charlie barely made a dent, and that’s just her tax problems. Also, Charlie still claims they’ve never hooked up , “I love her, I respect her, and I’ve never laid a finger on her that wasn’t on film. Lindsay Lohan to Seek Extensive Psychotherapy, Set Up Youth Foundation, Lawyer Claims

Throwing everything against the wall in hopes that something will stick, Lindsay Lohan ‘s attorney says she is going to seek help – and devote time and money to helping others. Mark Heller, filed a motion requesting that Lohan’s probation-violation case be put on the “slow track” so she can pursue “certain activities which will benefit her.” Ones which will make her a ” productive and responsible contributor to society.” We just have to ask: Does he know who his client is? Heller says this multifaceted plan includes psychotherapy sessions, public-service efforts and a proposal to establish a foundation benefiting young people. “Lindsay has asked me to facilitate an in-person meeting… not to discuss the merits of her [legal defense], but rather for Lindsay to introduce herself,” he writes. She wishes to “help in the process of our determining what the best course would be for her future and to personally affirm her commitment and dedication to fix the problems.” It’s true, Lindsay Lohan is nothing if not dedicated. He promoses she “will gladly be participating in intensive psychotherapy” and will be “contributing her time to the production of public-service messages.” In addition, she’ll make “periodic visits to schools, hospitals and venues to provide inspirational talks, encouraging children to pursue positive goals and avoid bad habits.” Try not to roll on the floor laughing if you’re in public, okay people? LiLo’s “finally made a decision to turn her life around,” he says. Mmm hmm. Heller also says she’s “exploring the establishment of a Lindsay Lohan Foundation” whose goal is to “provide a nonprofit program to benefit young people.” As we reported earlier in the week, he wants charges against Lohan dropped in the car crash/lying to cops case because she wasn’t read her rights . Mmm hmm. Gonna have to do better than that, Mark, although the attorney is reportedly working on a new plea deal that would somehow keep her out of jail as well. Sean Lowe: AshLee Frazier Elimination "Agonizing" on The Bachelor (But No Regrets)

Sean Lowe admits he was pretty broken up about eliminating AshLee Frazier on The Bachelor Monday, but at the same time, has no regrets about the decision. Writes the reality star in his weekly blog for People : “AshLee was a frontrunner from the very first night. She seemed to have everything that I was looking for, and I think she was the best for me on paper. “However, I was definitely aware that I didn’t seem to laugh as much with AshLee as I did with Lindsay and Catherine. AshLee was always very intense.” “I had to decide if I could be with someone who didn’t share my sense of humor. I’ve said from the very beginning that I was looking for my best friend.” “Being with [finalists Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter ] seemed like they could be that. I didn’t have the same feeling when I was with AshLee.” “Of course, she brought me so much joy and I could picture her being my loving wife and a fantastic mother to our children, but I knew I needed more.” “I want to create a home full of laughter and to share my life with someone who is adventurous. And as much as I wanted that to be AshLee, I knew it wasn’t.” “Watching AshLee’s video blog was agonizing because I knew she had given her whole heart to me and I was about to break it. Lindsay Lohan Smelled of Alcohol During Car Crash; New Plea Deal in the Works

Lindsay Lohan may have been drinking just before she crashed her Porsche last June on Pacific Coast Highway, but a field sobriety test was not performed. Law enforcement sources say a bottle of alcohol was found next to Lindsay’s Porsche, and her breath smelled of alcohol; it’s unclear if she was drinking. Despite this new revelation, prosecutors are reportedly offering a new plea bargain that does NOT involve jail, proving she truly is the luckiest person alive. The Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer Lindsay 60 days in a rehab facility in her lying-to-cops case, four months less than their initial offer. In addition, the City Attorney wants Lindsay to attend another set of AA meetings, and do community service – closely monitored, not a la Chris Brown . To be clear, Lindsay faces both criminal charges for lying to police in the wake of the crash, and the probation violation that offense potentially triggered. It’s not a good position to be in, but like always, she may escape it. TMZ says the wild card is that the L.A. City Attorney is also involved because they’re handling the jewelry heist case where Lindsay is still on probation. Up to now, we’re told the L.A. City Attorney wanted jail time for the probation violation, but the prosecutor may clear a path by backing off that position. The plea bargain meeting between prosecutors and Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller – who previously alleged Lohan was not read her rights – is today. Stay tuned for those fireworks.
