For the most part, GMA was lobbing softballs at LiLo … except when the subject of Michael Lohan’s teenage love child – confirmed by DNA test on live TV – came up: Lindsay Lohan on Good Morning America Asked what her reaction was to hearing she has a half-sister, Lindsay said “I didn’t even hear that, so thanks for the news. Despite being a compulsive liar and having no one else to blame but herself for probably two-thirds of her problems, Lindsay Lohan remains convinced police are out to get her. Lohan, who is facing jail time for her most recent probation violation, is telling friends that the cops have a vendetta against her and will stop at nothing to bring her down. Best of all, Lindsay is STILL CLAIMING that she wasn’t driving when her Porsche slammed into a truck in June. Officials do not concur and will charge her with lying to police . LiLo claimed she was a passenger in her car, and that her assistant was the one who was actually driving and caused the Pacific Coast Highway Crash. Yet witnesses say she was in fact behind the wheel . Obviously. Lindsay is said to be “terrified” of going back to jail, especially since Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear she would revoke her probation and send her ass back there. If she breaks the law again, that is. Sautner can revoke probation on mere suspicion – without having to wait for a conviction – of a crime, but it remains to be seen if she will. She’s tough, but fair after all. Lindsay says she’s done a good job obeying the law since her no contest plea in the jewelry heist case, which tells you a lot about her self-perception problems. Should Lindsay Lohan go to jail? We ask that question on a regular basis, we realize, but prosecutors are likely to push for it for real this time, with the star facing charges of lying to police . The L.A. City Attorney will reportedly ask the judge to throw the embattled actress in jail for violating terms of her probation in Lohan’s ncklace theft case . “Prosecutors and cops think there is more than enough evidence for the judge to find Lindsay in violation of her probation,” a source close to the situation said. “They are hopeful that this time, she will face the maximum penalty for lying to cops. Remember, the burden is much lower for a probation violation.” “Just the fact that Lindsay will be charged with a crime is enough.” As previously reported, Lohan rear ended a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway last summer. She initially tried to claim her assistant was the one driving. Compounding matters? The tow truck driver Lindsay rear ended, James Johnson, will testify that her camp tried to pay him off immediately after the accident. Johnson has also told cops that Lindsay was “absolutely trying to leave the scene of the accident without exchanging information with him,” an insider says. “Prosecutors are extremely frustrated that Lindsay continues to act as if she is above the law and feel the system hasn’t punished her harshly enough.” We’ll see if that changes. Lindsay just can’t get right… Lindsay Lohan Charged With Lying To Police About Car Accident According to TMZ reports : Lindsay Lohan will be charged with the crime of lying to police after her car accident in June on Pacific Coast Highway … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Lohan told cops she was NOT behind the wheel of her Porsche when it slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler. Fact is she was — according to multiple witnesses. Law enforcement sources tell us … the case will be filed as a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney … possibly this week. The charge could spell huge trouble for Lindsay, because she’s currently on probation for the jewelry heist. The criminal filing could trigger a probation violation, and Judge Stephanie Sautner — the jewelry judge — could send her to the slammer for a long, long time. And law enforcement sources tell us … cops found prescription pills in her purse after the crash. Witnesses tell us pills were also scattered in her trunk. Our sources say authorities were prepared to charge LiLo with drug crimes, but Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, gave cops documentations from Lindsay’s doctor, saying the pills were properly prescribed. Authorities then backed off that charge. As for the charge of lying to cops, Lindsay almost dodged that bullet. You may recall, after the accident, Lindsay went to the hospital where she was interviewed by cops, and that’s when she told them she wasn’t behind the wheel. Michael Lohan sucks at getting Lindsay Lohan into rehab, but he says he got the job done with Octomom Nadya Suleman. Seriously. MiLo is claiming credit. Lindsay’s dad claims he’s running a non-profit in Florida for nine months that stages interventions for people in need of substance abuse treatment. So far, he’s successfully helped at least 25 people, according to Mike at least. His latest success story? Successfully having Octo check into rehab . Octomom’s manager recently voiced her concerns to him about the mother of 14’s Xanax dependency, so Michael decided to take action last week. Why on earth anyone calls Michael Lohan for help about anything is up there with why anyone would watch the Octomom porn on the list of un-answerable questions. Still, he apparently made arrangements for Octo’s treatment. Respect. Then he helped her people stage an intervention, and Octo agreed to get help. Michael tells TMZ, “The most important thing is the willingness to realize and surrender to the issue and commit to getting help, which Nadya did!” “If it wasn’t for her manager Gina, my good friend, Tim Chapman at the Chapman house/Teen savers and Gina’s daughter, this would not have been possible.” Octo’s currently in a 30-day in-patient rehab program, but still gets to call her kids twice a day.
