Kim Kardashian needs to up her website game. As previously reported, all Kardashian and Jenner sisters have come out with new apps, with Kylie Jenner actually proving to be the most popular online presence (by far) of all siblings. So, in order to put herself back on top (no, that is not a Kim Kardashian sex tape joke) – and in order to get people to pay $2.99 for full access to KimKardashianWest.com – the reality star has penned a detail blog entry all about Caitlyn Jenner. After briefly mentioning on a Keeping Up with the Kardashians special that she walked in on her step-dad dressed like a woman, Kim says she is now elaborating because “maybe my story can help anyone else experiencing something similar.” Kardashian says she fled to Kourtney’s house after witnessing Bruce’s strange behavior. “We didn’t even know the term ‘transgender,’ nor did we know what it meant. For over a decade, we assumed he was a cross-dresser, not transgender,” Kim writes, adding that Bruce assured Kim that the two would talk about things someday. “So I kept the secret and didn’t tell anyone other than Kourtney. We did not tell my mom, either. I’m not sure why I didn’t tell my mom. “I guess I thought it would break up her marriage, and Kendall and Kylie were so young … I just felt so bad. I literally tuned it out for over a decade and never even really thought about it,” says Kardashian. Finally, four years ago, Bruce called Kim and offered to talk. “I happily met with him at my home and he explained to me that he always felt he was trapped in the wrong body. I never really thought he would one day transition – that was never discussed.” Years went by with the family “living life as usual,” Kim writes, though she felt like had a better “understanding” of why Bruce didn’t “really connect with people.” View Slideshow: Caitlyn Jenner Photos: So Long, Bruce! Then… Bruce and Kris separated. Kim figured it was due to normal reasons for a couple separation, but “when I began seeing pictures of Bruce with his nails painted and those reports that he had his trachea shaved , I started to freak out. That’s when we started to talk about it.” And it wasn’t too much longer when Bruce went public in an interview with Diane Sawyer. “This was such a huge weight off of my shoulders, that Bruce can live his authentic self and become Caitlyn,” Kim blogs, adding: “Of course, the kids were all nervous about how our dad would be perceived and that’s a normal feeling. We all went through so many emotions, ups and downs, therapy together and meeting with heads of the transgender community to better understand what was all going on.” Now, of course, Kim says she is “really happy” for Bruce and concluded her post with the following: “I’m just so proud of Caitlyn, and our relationship is even stronger now. And, after all, she asks me for style and glam tips all the time. What’s more fun than that?”
