Last month, Kim Kardashian revealed that she and Kanye may move to Wyoming . It’s a bit of a shock for a lot of fans. Their new Wyoming neighbors already resent the intrusion , and it turns out that they’re not the only ones who are unhappy. A new report says that Kim effing hates being in Wyoming, and that Kanye’s insistence could spell doom for their marriage. RadarOnline reports that Kim has been grinning and bearing it for Kanye’s sake, but that she’s had enough of Wyoming to last a lifetime. “Kim puts on a brave face for the pictures,” the insider states. “But she absolutely hates it out there in the wilderness,” the source reveals. Admittedly, we are not able to verify this unnamed inside source or this report. But even so, we’re feeling a strong sense of kinship with Kim right now. “She finds the wide open spaces unsettling,” the insder continues. She’s lived in LA for her literal entire life. It’s an isolated feeling. Apparently, Kim also “can’t take to the creatures,” the source shares. The insider points out that Kim is a city girl at heart “and misses the city as soon as she lands.” That makes a lot of sense. “She doesn’t want to spend any more time there than she absolutely has to,” the source says of Kim. “But the problem is that ironically Kanye has never felt more calm than when he’s out in the country,” the insider explains. Source: Taylor Hill / Getty James Franco Sued For Alleged Sexual Exploitation Actor James Franco is being sued over sexual misconduct that allegedly occurred at his acting school , Studio 4. According to the reports from The New York Times , Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal have both filed a lawsuit against Franco along with his business partner Vince Jolivette, accusing the men of sexually exploiting students at the now defunct school. In the suit, Franco and Jolivette’s Rabbit Bandini Productions company is also listed as a defendant along with the company’s general manager Jay Davis. Tither-Kaplan and Gaal are former students of the school, which shut down completely in 2017. In the suit, they say that Franco and his partners “engaged in widespread inappropriate and sexually charged behavior towards female students by sexualizing their power as a teacher and an employer by dangling the opportunity for roles in their projects.” The women go on to explain that they joined the Los Angeles branch of Studio 4 in 2014, paying approximately $300 in monthly tuition. The plaintiffs claim the school also offered additional classes, which included a $750 master class for sex scenes, specifically. According to the lawsuit, any students who were interested in taking the sex scene class were required to submit an audition tape for Franco to review; which also required students to forfeit their rights to the footage. In the lawsuit, Gaal claims she auditioned for the master class, but ended up being denied entry after she expressed some uneasiness. Tither-Kaplan, on the other hand, said she ultimately took the class, which actually led to several roles in Franco’s independent films. In these roles she said she was often asked to appear in nude scenes or sex scenes. During the making of an orgy scene for one of his films, Franco went as far as removing plastic guards that covered other actresses’ vaginas while he simulated oral sex on them, according to the lawsuit. This is not the first time we’re hearing of these accusations about Franco from Tither-Kaplan. She previously spoke about her experiences at Studio 4 in a 2018 article in the Los Angeles Times . She also took to Twitter to blast James Franco for sporting a Times Up pin at the 2018 Golden Globes ceremony, given his own actions behind-the-scenes. But I completely support people coming out and being able to have a voice because they didn’t have a voice for so long. So, I don’t want to shut them down in any way … If I have done something wrong. I will fix it. I have to.” Now, after filing the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Tither-Kaplan told the Times she hasn’t spoken to Franco in two years and that he has yet to make amends. Tither-Kaplan and Gaal are seeking monetary damages along with the return or destruction of any video recordings submitted by former Studio 4 students. The plaintiffs are also seeking “class-action status so other women who may have similar histories with the defendants can join in the suit.”

During an interview on the Ellen Show , comedian Tiffany Haddish was participating in the “Burning Questions” segment with host Ellen Degeneres , that put Haddish in the hot seat. During the segment, Haddish was asked questions about what she looks for in a man and what she likes to do naked, but things took an interesting twist when the comedian expounded on her dating history, specifically celebrities, disclosing that Chingy was a former flame. “Chingy…I mean, it was a hookup,” Haddish said with a smile. “That was the early 2000s, y’all. In the interview, Chingy states that at the time he was advised by a newly acquired lawyer that his former label was stealing funds from him. “I hired a lawyer, he was a family lawyer or injury attorney I’m not sure, I was a kid,” Chingy recalled. “I brought him in and the first thing he said was ‘DTP is stealing from you’. So I was trying to talk [to Ludacris and Chaka] but we never could really talk because every time we tried it was just a bunch of people in their feelings so I didn’t want to talk no more. But I still can’t say to this day whether they stole from me or not, because I was a kid and I didn’t know the business.” Chingy goes on to say that although the allegation was there, it was never proven and he regrets the decision because he according to him, led to his blackballing in the industry. The “Right Thurr” rapper also divulged that his beef with Nelly wasn’t intentional and that he feels it was fueled by politics. “I had just put out my second album, Jackpot , which was a great album, but after the issue with DTP, my label put very little promotion into it, so now I am sitting here with a good album that no one knows about. So fast forward and I’m at this show and I see Nelly and he came up to me and gave me a hug; well DTP was there and I guess he saw someone from that camp looking at us because before we could take a photo-he just walks off. As a result, the MGM was sued, for a lot of money by multiple people. Today, the AP reported that those lawsuits have been settled by MGM Resorts International to the tune of, wait for it, up to $800 million. Insurance will pay $735 million and the company might kick in more depending on how many people participate. The suits claim that the hotel not only failed to protect concertgoers at the Mandalay Bay, they also failed to keep the shooter from building a stockpile of weapons and ammunition inside his hotel room for days and days. Las Vegas law firm Eglet Adams represents almost 2,500 plaintiffs. “Today’s agreement marks a milestone in the recovery process for the victims of the horrifying events of 1 October,” Robert Eglet, a lead plaintiffs’ counsel, said in the statement. “While nothing will be able to bring back the lives lost or undo the horrors so many suffered on that day, this settlement will provide fair compensation for thousands of victims and their families.” Victims and their families exploded in righteous indignation last year when MGM filed 1,900 lawsuits stating that they had no liability in the shooting under a federal 9/11-related protections bill. It’s only been four months since Jim Bob Duggar’s mother, Mary Duggar, died in a freak drowning accident. And now, the family is forced to cope with the loss of another life taken before its time. Multiple sources have now confirmed that Rebecca Waller was killed in a traffic accident near her home in Harris, Minnesota on Wednesday. She was 22 years old. Rebecca is the sister-in-law of Anna’s sister Priscilla Waller. Priscilla’s husband, David Waller, shared the news of his sister’s passing on social media: “With heavy hearts, we received a phone call today that David’s youngest sister, Rebecca went home to heaven today, October 2, at around 8:30 a.m.,” he wrote. “The twenty-two years of life that God gave us with her seem so short, but in light of eternity all of our lives are short.” Waller continued: “The most important thing is a relationship with Jesus Christ that Rebecca evidenced by the fruit of her life. “She is in heaven today, not because she was a good person, but because she trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior,” he added. “The instant her car was struck, she passed from earth to heaven and is in the presence of the Lord.” According to police reports obtained by Radar Online, Rebecca was killed instantly when she was struck by two cars after running a red light and attempting to “cross westbound traffic.” While Anna lived far away from her Minnesota relatives, insiders say she has always maintained close relationships with her siblings and their spouses. Currently, Anna is expecting her sixth child , and this is the second loss she has suffered during the pregnancy. Anna has paid tribute to Mary Duggar numerous times on social media, and those who know the family best say she was especially close to the woman whom she thought of not as an in-law, but as her own grandmother. Anna has not yet spoken publicly about the loss of her brother-in-law’s wife, but knowing how important familial bonds are within the Duggar clan, it’s safe to assume she’s overcome with grief. On Thursday morning, the 22-year old reality star spoke out for the first time she ending her relationship with Travis Scott , telling Twitter followers that she and the rapper are doing just fine at the moment. “Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi. our friendship and our daughter is priority,” wrote the veteran reality star and beauty mogul. To the shock of fans around the world, multiple outlets reported this week that Jenner and Scott were taking a break from their seemingly very serious romance, with at least one insider stating the following: “Kylie and Travis aren’t officially calling it quits on their relationship, but are taking space apart. It’s not a firm split. They’ve been fighting again, but have still seen each other within this last month.” Kylie, as you can see above, does not dispute this account. But she does dispute the notion that she’s actually back together with her ex-boyfriend, Tyga. After photos surfaced of her friends at a recording studio the artist was using, numerous celebrity gossip sites alleged that Kylie and Tyga were basically on a very late-night date together. FALSE, Kylie now says. “The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is,” wrote Kylie in response to this rumor, adding: “There was no “2am date with Tyga”. You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at.” We’re pretty sure this is safe to believe; it would be wild for Kylie to have gone straight from Scott back into the arms of Tyga. As for what happened between Kylie and Travis? We can only go by second-hand accounts here. “There were several issues that made them decide to take a break,” says a People Magazine source. “Kylie is all about family life and really wants a second baby.” This speculation had been circulating for awhile. We were so surprised to learn about the break-up because we had heard that Jenner and Scott were just recently discussing said second baby . It sounds like this may have been the case… and the debate on whether or not to go for it is one of the reasons why the romance is now over. “She still has trust issues with Travis,” explained this People source. He hasn’t been giving her the commitment that she needs. Travis isn’t ready to give her all that she wants.” Just this past February, there was talk of Scott cheating on Kylie , but it doesn’t sound like infidelity played any role in the couple’s split. Scott, who was last seen out with Jenner on August 28, has not yet commented on his romantic status. The annual event kicked off with various hair education presentations ranging from styling wig units to the difference between cutting weaves, natural hair and relaxed hair and the art of advertising. There was also a presentation that highlighted the causes of hair loss and learning how to properly care and treat Black hair. While we all love experimenting with our manes, it’s always important to learn how to properly care for our hair to promote growth and prevent hair loss and “The Causes of Hair Loss” presentation did just that! From blonde bob slays, cropped cuts, fluffy fros and everything in between, I would have never thought you could create hair magic in only 60 minutes! No hair expo is complete without training and the Extensions Expo delivered! With an array of hair weaving classes and hair extensions training, stylists were able to brush up on their skills and learn new tips and tricks to further their careers. Best of all, guests were also able to enjoy hair demos while asking questions to professional stylists.
