Doing Numbers: Spotify Valued at Nearly $30 Billion Following Their NYSE Debut

Mohammed Elshamy/Anadolu Agency/Getty Images Spotify’s Value Sky Rockets Following Going Public On Tuesday, the Spotify opened up to the New York Stock Exchange at $165.90 a share, which puts the company’s value at $29.5 billion. According to  TechCrunch , their “estimated” value translated to that of $23.5 billion, so it’s safe to say the biggest streaming platform surpassed expectations. Spotify began trading through “direct public offering,” which allowed current shareholders to sell an existing number shares directly to stock market investors rather than issuing new stock. This allowed Spotify shareholders, including employees, to sell early. Spotify’s founder Daniel Ek explained why they took this approach in a blog post . “Spotify is not raising capital, and our shareholders and employees have been free to buy and sell our stock for years. So while tomorrow puts us on a bigger stage, it doesn’t change who we are, what we are about, or how we operate. This is why we are doing things a little differently,” he wrote in part. “[…] Spotify has never been a normal kind of company. As I mentioned during our Investor Day, our focus isn’t on the initial splash. Instead, we will be working on trying to build, plan, and imagine for the long term. Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we stumble. The constant is that we believe we are still early in our journey and we have room to learn and grow.” Last month, the company said it had 159 million monthly active users, 71 million of which are premium subscribers. According to  MarketWatch , Spotify closed the day at $149.95 per share, which brings the valuation of the company to $27 billion.

Devonte Hart And His Siblings Removed From Public School The Day After Mother’s Child Abuse Conviction

See the article here:

O n March 26, Devonte Hart , his five siblings and his adoptive parents were allegedly in an SUV  that went off a cliff in Northern California. His adoptive parents  Jennifer and Sarah Hart , both 39, and three of the children,  Markis Hart , 19; Jeremiah Hart , 14; and Abigail Hart , 14, have all been reported dead.  Their three other adopted children are missing, 16-year-old Hannah Hart ,   12-year-old Sierra Hart and 15-year-old Devonte, who is known for a viral photo in which he is hugging a police officer in November 2014, are missing. The family lived in Woodland, Washington, near Portland, Oregon, and were reportedly on a road trip. Police originally said they had “no reason” to believe the crash was intentional. Now, according to KGW8 ,   Greg Baarts , acting assistant chief for California Highway Patrol’s northern division, said, “We do have reason to believe, however, that the crash was intentional.” CBS News  reported the Harts were abusive parents with neighbors claiming Devonte came to their house and said his parents were punishing them by withholding food. The neighbors also claimed in May 2017, “one of the girls rang their doorbell at 1:30 a.m. She ‘was at our door in a blanket saying we needed to protect her,’ Bruce DeKalb said. ‘She said that they were abusing her.’” All of the children were homeschooled but now there are more details coming out  about why they weren’t in public school. The Oregonian reports when the family lived in Minnesota, “Sarah Hart reached a probation agreement April 14, 2011, a week after she pleaded guilty to physically abusing one of her daughters, who was then 6 years old.” The next day, only a couple months before the school year ended, all of the children were immediately removed from public school. Therefore, it appears the reason why the children were homeschooled was because the parents were exposed as being abusive.  Even worse, in Oregon and Washington, the two states they lived after Minnesota, the Harts never filed the proper notices — the states “require families to tell officials that they’re homeschooling their children, with notice to their local school system.” Also, back in  2008 , “An Alexandria police report obtained Tuesday also shows a different daughter told authorities in 2008 one of her mothers bruised her with a belt.  Asked by police about the beating, Jennifer and Sarah Hart said the girl had fallen down the stairs days before, the report shows.” How were these adults able to keep adopted children after such a history of abuse? Clearly, CPS ignored obvious signs that may have saved the children’s lives.  Below is the famous photo of Devonte Hart. Our condolences go out to everyone affected by this tragedy. We hope Devonte and his siblings are found. Kelly Brook Fat Tits of the Day

Kelly Brooks is one of the original Glamour Models in the UK…which is basically code for low level sex worker with big tits who does low level, low quality photoshoots, for Newspapers and magazines, but that because of the reach the newspapers they are in, and the fact that there are no good looking women in England, they became the hottest chicks by default, and were able to date the rich and famous men, as a prop really, like a sex worker really, but with more esteem than a regular sex worker… This one was really famous at it, and so cocky about her position in the world that she moved to LA to get real real famous, bold…that never worked out for her…but now that fat chicks are acceptable…so she can be a hero in BODY positivity…who knows… But we gotta respect a girl who exists solely due to her tits and showing off her tits…it’s not quite a skill or talent…but that’s what makes their existence way funnier..

Topless Toni Garrn is at It Again of the Day

Toni Garrn and her friends are back in Miami, maybe they live in Miami, I don’t know what these immigrants are up to, but it’s probably not stealing your jobs…you ugly fucks, it’s more likely that they are stealing your eligible men, because it seems like eager babes from other countries who want to be American and live the American dream are far better at seducing rich American men, because I guess American men don’t want American women, because American women are entitled and even if the other women like nice and fancy things, they know their role….while American women think it’s theirs to do what you want with… I know for one thing, if I was a rich dude on the sugar baby program because I had my heart broken by my one true love and I’m bitter, is that I’d go for an immigrant or series of immigrants who are just happy to be there…while the American woman would just move in and be a pain in the ass while spending your money…and when you’re paying these cunts, directly or indirectly, you don’t want pains in the ass… Point being, she used to date LEO, was a VS girl, and now does this….whatever this is…on the beach…tits out.

Little People, Big World Sneak Peek: Amy Roloff BANNED From a Family Gathering

At long last, Little People, Big World returns Tuesday night! But you don't have to wait for this long-anticipated season premiere to get a glimpse — because you can watch the sneak peek below. And it looks like we're going to be seeing more conflict between exes Matt Roloff and Amy Roloff. As the video shows, Matt and Amy's lives are still closely intertwined, even though they are no longer married. “Coexisting with Amy has its ups and downs. Still living 500 feet apart.” Amy, of course, continues to live on Roloff Farms. “You know, there’s good days and bad days and we just take it day by day.” Among other things, it sounds like their  exes don't mingle . But being exes is almost always awkward. “I’m very, very excited because Zach’s very, very first Father’s Day is coming up.” Which tells us that this was filmed quite some time ago. “You know, my folks are coming into town so I’m going to have them come over and do a little Bar-B-Que or something low-key.” Matt cannot contain his excitement about celebrating that Zach is now a father of precious baby Jackson. Jackson was a newborn at the time, but now the sweet baby is learning to swim . “You know, I’m excited to have this party because a lot of events just kind of default over to Amy’s house.” This very natural tendency led some fans to believe that Matt was banned from Jacob's birthday party , though this was not the case. It does sound a little like this trend made Matt feel a little insecure. Matt talks about one important rule for the party. “But other than Tori and Audrey, we’re not going to have the moms at the party.” He continues, trying to stress that this rule is more than just a gentle version of hammering a “NO AMY ALLOWED” sign over the front door. “No girlfriends, no moms.” He's not referring to Isabel Rock with that (remember, this was filmed earlier last year), but his own girlfriend, Caryn Chandler. “Caryn and Amy did not get the invite because we really wanted to focus on the dads.” That's … one way to do Father's Day, we suppose. He then makes an unfortunate joke that, if taken at face value and out of context, would sound very sexist. “Kind of like leave the drama.” Women are not inherently more dramatic than men, folks. But Matt isn't saying that. He's saying that things that involve both Amy and Caryn are dramatic, and that inviting one while excluding the other would be a recipe for disaster. Amy Roloff, in the mean time, speaks frankly to the camera about how things have become strained with Matt. “Divorce changes things.” And it's impacting little family traditions. “And this will be the first time that we don’t celebrate Father’s Day together.” They may live nearby, but they each have their own lives, now. “You know, Matt and I have two different worlds, so it’s just hard.” Amy also points out how, since they still live together and film together, their differences of opinion still impact each other. Matt Roloff points out a (super cool) pirate ship that he's building for the grandchildren Jackson and the still-unborn-when-this-was-filmed Ember. Amy notes that it doesn't come cheap. “There’s just certain things that Matt goes overboard on,” she tells the camera. Matt, she says, will “come up with a thought and then that thought runs away like a runaway train. And so Matt needs to be reigned in when it comes to some of these projects.” Normally, that would no longer be her responsibility. But, as will clearly be a major element of this season, their lives are still closely tied together. Take a look:

Watch: John Legend Talks Jesus Christ Superstar On ‘The Breakfast Club’

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty An exhausted John Legend  sat down for an interview with Power 105.1 FM’s  Breakfast Club this morning. The singer had just performed in the starring role of the live television rendition of Jesus Christ Superstar , which premiered on NBC the night before. For most of the interview, Legend spoke on his experience playing the big man himself in such a large production, and explains that the network made it a point to have a diverse cast for the performance. Legend also talks about making his way to Wisconsin to meet with Kanye West and work on his album, which hasn’t happened yet because of how busy he’s been. Of course, the two are longtime collaborators, so it makes sense that John would be one of the people to help with Ye’s (hopefully) upcoming release. To cap off his short interview, the soulful singer premiered a new song on the station titled, “A Good Night.”

Sophie Mudd Massive Tits of the Day

Sophie Mudd…who I think has an amazing name, that may be a stage name, but that is still a great name, because who doesn’t like mud, or the sexual imagery that the word mudd gives a woman with such huge tits….I’m not into German scat…but a good old fashioned mudd wrestle…while you look like a fetish I’d want to see oiled up and getting dirty in a bar – if we didn’t live in a horrible world that doesn’t let the classic mud wrestle, Jello Wrestling, good times that don’t relaly happen anymore because of the whole #MeToo movement…or whatever… Memories of the good times…the proper objectification of women….when it wasn’t just limited to big tits on a small body frame on instagram… But I do like big tits on a small frame on instagram….and that’s what Sophie Mudd is…keep up the good work..
