Lindsay Lohan Sues Grand Theft Auto V!

Lindsay Lohan turned 28 today , and to celebrate, the troubled actress is turning the table in court. Instead of Lohan being charged with grand theft , today she sued the makers of the Grand Theft Auto V video game. Lindsay threatened to sue GTA V several months ago, claiming that the character of Lacey Jonas is based on her likeness and public image, and that a drawing of a bikini-clad woman on the front of the game’s case was made to look like her. Specifically, Lohan’s lawyers claim that the photo on the left – in which a bleary-eyed Lohan rocks a bikini and ankle monitor – served as the basis for the image on the right. Can someone please explain to Lindsay that she’s not the first person to rock blonde hair and a bikini? As for Lacey Jonas – yes, the character’s name and storyline bring Lindsay to mind (Jonas is a troubled starlet looking to evade the paprazzi), but lawyers for Rockstar Games have already offered the valid explanation that the character is both a parody (which is fully permissible under the law), and a composite of several starlets including Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. So basically, this whole thing serves as further confirmation that Lindsay Lohan is a delusional egomaniac who’s just not very bright. Lindsay Lohan Ran Naked Through London Department Store, Hilarious Tabloid Report Claims

Lindsay Lohan moved to London so that she could avoid being scrutinized by the press. Apparently no one told her that British tabloids are notorious worldwide for publishing total BS stories. Like this one for example: The Sun claims that Lindsay was recently spotted running naked through high-end London department store Selfridge’s. Lindsay Lohan Cleavage Photos 2014 1. Apparently, she thinks she looks good here. “Lindsay took some items into the changing room,” a “source” tells the paper. “Halfway through she ran out of the room with nothing on and was chased by members of staff who were trying to cover her up.” Other shoppers apparently had no problem identifying Lohan as there is not a single other redheaded, freckled ginger in the UK. In actual Lindsay news, Lohan and Kate Moss are reportedly feuding as a result of Lindsay’s relationship with Kate’s ex-husband, Jamie Hince.  Hopefully, some enterprising tabloid will do a mash-up of these stories and we’ll get a detailed report of a nude cat fight between Lohan and Moss.  In the meantime, enjoy the below gallery of Lindsay stumbling around London, looking like the very picture of sobriety.  At first we were happy to see her go, but if she’s gonna make a habit of streaking we might have ask for her back! Lindsay Lohan: Drunk Dance Video Posted to Instagram! Hilarious!

In her ongoing effort to prove that we should never, ever believe her when she claims to be sober, Lindsay Lohan posted the video below to Instagram last night. Behold, the dance move of the summer…the Serpentine Cowgirl: Lindsay Lohan Drunk Dance Video Yes, we heard reports that Lindsay moved to London so that her drunken exploits would be in the headlines less often, but apparently no one told her that in order for that plan to work, she would have to stop posting online photos and videos of herself looking completely s–tfaced! Rumor has it that Lohan’s drug of choice is ecstasy these days, but it seems like the cowgirl’s got a bellyfull of good old-fashioned moonshine in this clip. In case you can’t make out the audio, the dude holding the camera introduces Lindsay as his “favorite cowgirl.” She then corrects him and informs us that she’s a “serpentine cowgirl.”  Good to know! Of course, like the great silent films of old, the dialogue isn’t all that important here.  It’s Lindsay’s awe-inspiring booze-tastic dance moves that really make the video worth your time. Apparently Lindsay Lohan is in London these days, and judging from these latest pictures at least, she’s having a pretty good time there. Because it definitely looks like there’s something left over in her nose in these pictures of her blowing a kiss to the paps, and it doesn’t take a genius blogger to figure out what it could be. It’s too bad though, because I was really hoping Lindsay would get her act together and clean up. Not for her health or anything, I’m not that nice. Lindsay Lohan Swears Under Oath: I Really Had a Miscarriage!

Lindsay Lohan has now sworn under penalty of perjury that she did in fact suffer a miscarriage, as she said on the finale of her OWN series Lindsay . Lindsay Lohan Miscarriage Confession Maybe people doubted the Lindsay Lohan miscarriage claim, believing she invented it to win sympathy and explain away some of her erratic behavior. If it is bull$h!t, she’s doubling down on it and then some. Lindsay made the declaration in response to the $5 million lawsuit against her clothing line 6126, which she failed to respond to and lost by default. Lohan got a reprieve from responding to the lawsuit while in rehab, but even after getting out, did not contest it and a judgment was issued against her. Now she’s looking to undo the damage and using her alleged miscarriage as an excuse, however, listing it as one of many struggles she’s had to overcome. “I have been overwhelmed since leaving rehab and dealing with my sobriety and a miscarriage,” Lohan says in court documents, signed under oath. She never named the father (though the Lindsay Lohan sex list offered plenty of options), and the bombshell came out of nowhere on the Lindsay finale. These are legal documents here, though, not mere reality TV cameras. If she is making it up, she’s doing so under penalty of perjury and could face jail time. North Korea Calls Obama "Crossbreed," Wicked Monkey in Racist Diatribe

A North Korean state-run news agency launched an ugly, racist diatribe against U.S. President Barack Obama this month, unleashing one vile insult after another. The rogue state called the U.S.’s first African-American head of state a “crossbreed with unclear blood” and a “wicked black monkey,” among other terms. The agency also said that Obama “still has the figure of monkey while the human race has evolved through millions of years,” and went on to denounce him: “It would be perfect for Obama to live with a group of monkeys in the world’s largest African natural zoo and lick the bread crumbs thrown by spectators.” The diatribe was recently brought to light by Josh Stanton , who blogs often about North Korea, following Obama’s recent invitation to South Korea. The issue of race has special resonance in North Korea, where the Stalinist regime has gone to great lengths to instill a sense of racial purity in its citizens. Some background from The Washington Post: “[W]hen North Korea talks about race, it’s almost always important, and telling about the state ideology.” “North Koreans fundamentally have a race-based worldview, showing more similarity to fascist Japan during World War II than Joseph Stalin’s Soviet Union.” They also have no economy, human rights or value to speak of. North Korea’s state orthodoxy is described as “too pure blooded, and therefore too virtuous, to survive in this evil world without a great parental leader.” It’s also run by tyrants and a terrible, terrible place to live. Dennis Rodman had no comment, but Kim Kardashian , who just learned racism is a thing that exists and is totally appalled, plans an Instagram rebuttal. Donald Sterling meanwhile … we’re not going there.

Despite rumors that she’d returned home to vomit on American soil, Lindsay Lohan is still drunk in London and, man, is the actress’ 27-year bender starting to take a toll on her looks. Lindsay attended a charity ball called Gabrielle’s Gala last night and reportedly stumbled onto the red carpet in a way that made onlookers feel that the troubled starlet could use a bit of charity herself. No doubt Anna Wintour took one look at these photos and instantly congratulated herself on not inviting Lindsay to the 2014 MET Gala. Clearly, Lindsay thought she looked great last night (further evidence that she’s finally ingested all of the world’s cocaine), as she posted several selfies and posed red carpet shots to her Twitter page. Needless to say, some of the tweets she received in reply were less than flattering. But Lindsay still has her supporters, of course, and we likely have that chorus of Yes Men to thank for delusional photos like the ones in the gallery above.  What do you think? Anyone who knows Lindsay Lohan figured a relapse was in her near future after her reality show was canceled by Oprah . Lindsay still lies about her drinking  when she’s sitting down for a TV interview, but she seems to have no qualms about exposing her own hard-partying lifestyle online. Some of her Instagram followers have become fed up with Lohan’s double life and they’ve taken to calling Lindsay out for pics in which she’s clearly under the influence. “Thanks for being a disappointment to those of us continuing in our road to sobriety,” wrote one user under a photo in which Lohan was posed near a highball glass with a glassy look in her eyes. “Hope the next bottom is isn’t the end of the road for ya.” Other fans got even more specific in their indictments. Several zeroed in on a photo in which Lindsay had her held tilted back and commented that they could see cocaine in her nose.  While none of the pictures offer any hard evidence, Lindsay does appear inebriated in several posts, and at the very least she seems a bit too comfortable hanging out at boozy gatherings for someone who’s so fresh from rehab. It was fans who blew her in after Lindsay got drunk at Coachella at now it seems they’re exposing her again on Instagram. Lindsay Lohan Lies About Drinking, Shocks No One

Her recent interview on some British talk show called Chatty Man  already gave us the unwelcome sight of Lindsay Lohan pole dancing . Now another clip from her appearance shows the troubled actress hilariously claiming that she can’t recall the last time she had a drink. Lindsay Lohan Talks About Her Drinking Faced with the point-blank question of “How many days has it been since you’ve had a drink?” Linds hesitates for a moment to try and remember the latest lie her publicist cooked up before lamely answering, “I don’t know. A long amount of time.” The host seems to buy her BS response (maybe he hasn’t heard that Lindsay was drunk at Coachella just two weeks ago), but even Linds can’t keep a straight face when discussing her recent boozing.  Check out the clip above to see a master liar in action. If only she were as good at acting. To her credit, seconds after her initial response, Lohan does admit that she “had a drink and kinda freaked out” while filming her OWN reality show, Lindsay . We’d be more likely to believe Lindsay’s on the wagon if she gave a definitive response to the question instead of playing dumb. Recovering alcoholics tend to keep track of how long they’ve been sober. Lindsay Lohan Co-Hosts The View, Loves Being Sober

Despite the fact that she has no projects to promote and her reality show has been canceled by Oprah , Lindsay Lohan has been on a full-blown media bender for the past 24 hours.  Guess that’s better than her usual benders. Lindsay admitted her sex list was real on last night’s Watch What Happens Live and this morning she co-hosted The View,  where she shared more lies and not-so-stunning revelations. Linds kicked the episode off by proclaiming that her sobriety is going “great,” and Whoopi Goldberg proved why she’s an Oscar winner by somehow managing to keep a straight face. Goldberg then asked Lohan about her trip to Coachella last weekend, which Lindsay said was better than previous years, because she was in a “different headspace.” By which she probably means her head was full of cocaine. Lindsay also claimed she’s in a different place with regard to her love life these days, saying that she’s avoiding dating at the moment as men (and women) have “been a distraction” for her in the past. This being daytime TV, Lindsay was a bit more tight-lipped about her romantic past than she’d been with Andy Cohen the night before. Wow. A late night show and a morning show the next day?
