Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie: Married!

Mike Comrie and Hilary Duff have made it official. The singer-actress and NHL hockey player were married Saturday during an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, Calif., according to reports. Congratulations! Hilary, in a mermaid gown by Vera Wang, swapped vows with Mike in front of a sunset and 100 of their closest family and friends. She was escorted down the aisle by her mother Susan Duff, while sister Haylie Duff was maid of honor. The couple, who began dating in 2007, first met on a trip when they both were visiting a resort in Idaho. “We were all on the same plane and it was kind of, I guess, maybe a bit of a fluke. She calls it ironic. No I’m kidding!” Comrie said. Hilary Duff is now Mrs. Mike Comrie! “It [was] one of those things where we were all in a group … we spent the weekend all hanging out.” One thing led to another, and the rest is history. Comrie proposed to Hilary Duff during a Hawaiian getaway in February – a move that came as a very pleasant surprise to both the Texan and her family. “I’ve never met anyone who can say a bad word about him,” Duff gushed in March 2009. “He’s generous, caring and sunny. We just laugh our heads off.”

Lindsay Lohan: What an Inspiration

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan is reportedly becoming a mentor to some of the younger girls she’s in rehab with. Is this the definition of irony or what? The female patients at the UCLA Medical Center have really struck a chord with Lohan, who is “passionate” about mentoring them however she can. Sources within the facility where she’s being treated say Lindsay has taken a genuine liking to the girls, writing inspirational notes and giving advice. Whether they should take it is another story. REHAB COUNSELOR : Lindsay Lohan is playing the role. As for life in rehab, 1 source close to Linds describes it as “full-on Girl, Interrupted ” and according to TMZ, there is no special treatment for Lohan this time around – if anything, nurses are being harder on her to prove otherwise. For instance, the 24-year-old doesn’t have a window in her room and she can’t even change the channels on her TV herself because it’s behind glass. We can hear Dina Lohan whining already.

Justin Bieber Would Totally Tap Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry

Justin Bieber has moved on from Megan Fox and Kim Kardashian. The 16-year old singer, who has expressed fondness for both those older women and even gotten all wet with the latter for a recent Elle photo shoot , has now set his sights on two other sexy celebs. Sort of. Speaking to the British version of OK! Weekly , Bieber made his latest famous crushes clear, although also admitted he’s probably too young to date them. “Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry are two of the hottest girls in the world – and so normal and funny with it. If I was a few years older, they are the kind of girls I’d like to date. I want a younger version of Cheryl and Katy – a mixture of two would be hot.” You can say that again, Justin! Age difference aside, Cole is getting serious with Derek Hough, while Perry is engaged to Russell Brand. Therefore, Justin has another idea: “Maybe they could coach me and tell me how to work out which ones are the good ones. That would be pretty awesome.” Bieber has already shared a few of the traits he looks for in a partner , but said he’d love to ask “[Cole and Perry] out for dinner so they can tell me the best way to win a woman like them.” Plus, who knows what might happen once drinks start flowing, right? We like the way Justin thinks!

Dina Lohan Defends Lindsay, Blames Judge, is One of the Worst Parents of All Time

Dina Lohan needs to shut her yap. Lindsay Lohan’s enabler and mother simply will not acknowledge her kid’s faults in any capacity. Unconditional love is one thing. Living in denial, babying grown adults and setting a terrible example overall are quite another. Argumentative diva Dina appeared on the Today show Friday morning and promptly defended the behavior of Lindsay Lohan while placing all the blame on the criminal justice system, specifically the judge who sentenced her to jail. Basically, in DinaLand, Marsha Revel refused to give Linds a free pass (which she basically got anyway from the correctional facility), therefore she sucks. “I’m not condoning drinking and driving, but she’s still paying the price for what she did in 2007,” said Dina . “She’s changed. She’s grown up considerably.” This is not true . Lindsay repeatedly violated the very simple terms of her probation, acted like she was beyond reproach, and finally got hers. End of story. To Dina, Lindsay can do no wrong. This explains a whole lot about the train wreck’s conduct over the past several years. [Photos: PacificCoastNewsOnline.com] Asked what accounted for the change, Dina told Matt Lauer, “Age. Living life. Knowing life. Growing up.” Right. Whatever that means. Very convincing, Dina. Accusing Revel of “going overboard” and “playing hardball” by ordering Lindsay to jail for 90 days (she served 13) and to rehab, Dina claims the judge recused herself from the case this week because she was about to be fired. Lindsay “was [ thrown in jail ] for missing a couple of classes and was working at the time,” Dina Lohan says, apparently confusing “clubbing” with “working.” Pressed about coverage of her daughter’s problems, Dina said it’s “propaganda,” and “pre-orchestrated. You’re reading things that are not based on fact.” Whining about attention she craves, she adds: “Her life is magnified. She is under a microscope … Lindsay doesn’t realize a lot of people are watching her.” For now, in rehab, “She’s great,” said Dina. “She’s been through a lot.” What do you think? Two Dudes Actually Dating Stephanie Pratt

Stephanie Pratt is somehow dating two dudes at the same time. Presumably they go out on the same date, like on The Bachelorette , but still. Play on, player! A week after her bitter Twitter breakup with Josh Hansen , The Hills star is hedging her bets going forward by pursuing more than one fella interest at a time. “I’m seeing two guys right now,” she tells People , “it’s actually way more fun than seeing one. I’ve never done something like this, but it’s really quite lovely!” The She-Pratt says it’s all about keeping her options open. “It’s not really ‘single’ life, but I’m way too young for relationships,” the 24-year-old said at Tuesday’s Nylon + Express Denim Issue Party in W. Hollywood. “I’ve decided I want to keep things light , and I’ve realized that guys are children!” Stephanie Pratt says guys are basically kids who need to be trained. Well, sure, if your brother is Spencer Pratt , that’s the obvious assumption. But the point of her new strategy is to educate, not aggravate, the opposite sex. She says her two guys, who remain anonymous for now, can take a hint. “It trains them to ask for dates a lot earlier in advance,” Stephanie says. “That’s the most amazing part is that I’ve realized they can actually be trained.” Ideally, of course, she wouldn’t need to. “My perfect man is someone that wants to read a book in Hawaii,” the female Pratt says with a laugh. “I want someone that doesn’t want to be in Hollywood. I want someone who has their own deal, and who thinks that what I do is ‘weird.'” What is it that she does exactly? Just saying. Anyone?

Lindsay Lohan Judge Removes Herself From Case

By Jayson Rodriguez Lindsay Lohan appears in court (file) Photo: Pool/ Getty Images The Beverly Hills, California, judge who presided over Lindsay Lohan’s recent probation-violation case has removed herself from further proceedings involving the actress after allegations of improper practices. According to TMZ , Judge Marsha Revel contacted various medical experts and participants in Lohan’s case without notifying the former Disney star’s lawyer or the district attorney’s office. A source in the D.A.’s office reportedly told TMZ that Revel stepped down from the case in lieu of the prosecution’s impending request to have her removed. The move is notable because the judge made headlines when she went against the recommendation of experts in Lohan’s case and ordered the troubled star to a different rehab facility after she completed her prison term . Lohan was slated to check into the Morningside Recovery treatment center, however, Revel changed the location, ultimately selecting the UCLA Medical Center instead. Reports suggested Revel was concerned drugs could be attained by Lohan at the recommended treatment center. Sources told TMZ that Lohan’s legal team and prosecutors met Friday to discuss their issues with Revel. Among the complaints aired during the conversation was that the judge contacted representatives at Morningside Recovery on two occasions without properly disclosing her actions. Revel also allegedly met with Robert Shapiro, the attorney Lohan briefly hired after her lawyer in the case quit. The judge, TMZ reported, failed to notify the prosecution of the Shapiro meeting in her chambers. Revel was particularly harsh with Lohan during the troubled actress’ sentencing , scolding her after she pleaded for leniency. “It’s like someone who cheats but doesn’t think it’s cheating if they don’t get caught,” the judge said. For those of you like me who haven’t got a clue who the hell this Scarlett Fay chick is, she’s the pornstar who played Lindsay Lohan in some Hustler videos a little while back. Here she is on the beach with her fake SCRAM bracelet and smokes tucked into her bikini bottoms trying to get a little more attention. Not surprisingly she looks absolutely nothing like Lindsay, but she’s a pornstar in a bikini so that’s good enough.
