Reviews By Gregory R. Zars Vizio has, for some time, been making the best #39;cheap#39; LCD TVs available. This 19″ LCD HDTV is by far the best one I have seen under $200 today. I looked around for quite some time. This blows away the comparable priced Dynex and Westinghouse TVs, and it holds its own against the Samsungs and Sharps of the world that are at least $100 more. It has plenty of inputs, and HD signals look impressive on it. Also, I thought non-hd analog and digital also looked good on
