Brooklyn Decker Joins What to Expect When You’re Expecting

Movieline trivia: We really like Brooklyn Decker ! She’s smart, cool, unpretentious, and now she’s going to add a necessary blast of down-to-earthiness to director Kirk Jones’ What to Expect When You’re Expecting , playing a wife who “sails through her pregnancy with twins, much to the consternation of her friends.” Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez co-star, and I’m looking forward to their consternation. Shine on, Brooklyn! Shine on! [ Deadline ]

Paul McDonald and Nikki Reed Elimination

Paul McDonald, 26, is also pumped because, he says, he really wanted to play the piano and show off his other talents. “I have this other side that I didn#39;t even start to show,” he says. “I play keys. It#39;s hard to do in a minute and a half of a cover song so I#39;m looking forward to doing my own thing and getting creative again.” Fans of Paul McDonald may be upset that the singer was booted off American Idol on Thursday#39;s elimination but actress Nikki Reed – whom he says he is “offic

One Life to Live and All My Children: Axed by ABC

The future of soap operas is officially bleaker than that of Lindsay Lohan’s movie career, following the decision by ABC yesterday to cancel One Life to Live and All My Children . The daytime dramas were on the air for 43 years and 40 years, respectively, and will be replaced by a pair of horrifically-named talk shows: The Chew , featuring Mario Batali; and The Revolution , starring Tim Gunn. ABC’s Daytime President, Brian Frons, justified the move by saying “we are taking this bold step to expand our business because viewers are looking for different types of programming these days.” The most famous star on either show, Susan Lucci, responded to the news thusly: “It’s been a fantastic journey. I loved playing Erica Kane and working with [show creator] Agnes Nixon and all the incredible people involved with All My Children . I’m looking forward to all kinds of new and exciting opportunities.” One Life to Live will go off the air in January, three months after All My Children ‘s final episode in September.

Siohvaughn’s lawyer said this: WBW: Top 9 Most Exciting NBA Players “Unfortunately I think the court got it wrong and it’s not in the best interest of these children and fails to recognize that Siohvaughn Wade has been a wonderful mother and a provider for these children, educationally, emotionally and physically. Mr. Wade, while well-intentioned, just does not have the ability to parent these children. Siohvaughn Wade is “extremely disappointed. She’s in disbelief. She’s hurting for her children.” Dwyane had this to say: My life changed in a huge way. Mentally, I’ve been preparing for it for over a year now. To me, it’s bigger than that. For me, it shows a lot of people that you need to fight to be in your kids’ lives sometimes. You fight until you can’t fight any more. That’s all I was trying to be, a father in his kids’ lives.  I think them living here, being here, it’s a great opportunity for them and I’m looking forward to it for them, to grow up with me and us learning together, how to be father-son. So I’m excited.” Spotted at NecoleBitchie.com Lil’ Wayne Covers Rolling Stone, Talks About Beef With Lebron James & Dwayne Wade The 10 Most Ignorant Things Athletes Have Ever Said
