According to NY Daily News: A Florida woman is accused of performing a lethal C-section on a dog without anesthesia before using non-surgical glue to close the incision. Candace Patricia Hauser, who authorities said did not have a license to practice veterinary care, was arrested in Tampa Saturday — a little more than a week after the Mastiff died from its senseless injuries. Authorities say the trouble began after dog owner Brenda Hines of Winter Haven brought the pregnant Mastiff to Hauser for help after the dog went into labor on March 4. “She takes it over to the woman and the woman starts to help this dog birth by manual means — she actually reached into the dog and pulls 12 puppies out,” said Ron Spiller with the Hillsborough County Animal Safety and Enforcement. It was when the dog had trouble delivering her last two puppies that Spilled said Hauser, 31, decided to open the dog up, without anesthesia. “She glued the incision, she didn’t suture it, she glued it,” Spiller said of her handiwork once the puppies were out. The dog, described by her owner to police as in declining health, died in her owner’s car. She faces a maximum of five years behind bars and the lost right to own animals in Hillsborough County. On his website, Jagger posted a black and white photo of the former model, simply titling it “L’Wren.” On the homepage, he wrote a brief statement: I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way. We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves. She had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me. I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received. I will never forget her, Mick The 49-year-old designer was found dead in her apartment of an apparent suicide, according to police. Her motivation for doing so is very much unclear. Chrissie Ann Solis, 35, of Bradyville Pike, was arrested Thursday for filing a false report and criminal conspiracy by Officer Thomas B. Troutman. The arrest occurred after Solis called MPD to report a theft from her home. She said a friend visited her home and she had $140 sitting on her kitchen table, Troutman reported. “She stated she went to the bathroom and when she came out she noticed (the visitor) and her money were gone,” Troutman said. Solis told the officer where the visitor lives and Troutman made contact with the subject and his girlfriend. Troutman ran a routine warrants check and found the girlfriend, Tiffany Waller, 30, of Mercury Boulevard was wanted for several charges. She was placed under arrest. “Before she was transported, she gave me consent to look in her phone,” Troutman said. “In her texts, it showed where Ms. Solis asked Ms. Waller to get her 20 Loritab (pills) for $7 a piece, which turns out to be $140.” Waller told Troutman Solis gave her the money to get the pills, but then the dealer stole the money from her. Chris Brown got thrown out of rehab last Friday for three different rules violations, according to reports, including one designed specifically for the singer. The 24-year-old was ordered to stay at least two feet away from all the women there, given that he’s on probation for a felony assault against Rihanna. Fair or not, the people who run the facility imposed this highly unusual requirement on Chris, who violated it by ” touching elbows and hands ” with a woman. The second reason he got the boot was that the R&B star left the facility last week on an authorized outing, then refused a drug test upon his return. Sources say he later took the test and passed, but the initial refusal was a violation of rules. Finally, he allegedly “made a mockery” of the rehab process. That occurred when he made harsh comments in a group session. It’s unclear what he said, but these infractions combined to get Chris Brown kicked out of rehab . Insiders say Chris also had some kind of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility this month, but that is not part of the basis for booting him. This is also the second rehab facility to kick Brown out since his October arrest. The first showed him the door after he threw a rock at his mom’s car . Chris Brown Kicked Out of Rehab, Jailed Brown is in jail now for violating probation, following Friday’s dismissal. His anger management treatment was the only thing keeping him out of the slammer after his probation was revoked as a result of his D.C. assault arrest. Prosecutors wanted him jailed pending trial, but the judge allowed him to stay in rehab for treatment until mid-April, when his assault case played out. Once he got the boot from Malibu, off to a jail cell he went. Since his probation was already revoked, and that this is the second facility that told him to go kick rocks, it’s likely he’ll remain locked up for a month . His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court today with Brown, presumably to ask for house arrest or rehab at another facility until the D.C. trial.
