T here’s an old saying: what goes around comes around. That’s how Omarosa Manigault Newman responded to news that the White House chief of staff John Kelly , who fired Omarosa last year, was ousted from his job. Kelly was increasingly isolated in the White House and lost favor with the president, according to the Associated Press . “John Kelly will be leaving — I don’t know if I can say retiring — but he’s a great guy. John Kelly will be leaving at the end of the year. We’ll be announcing who will be taking John’s place — it might be on an interim basis. Omarosa provided NBC News with an audio recording in August of Kelly firing her in the Situation Room. “It’s come to my attention over the last few months that there’s been some pretty, in my opinion, significant integrity issues,” Kelly told Omarosa. She took it as a threat when Kelly suggested that a smooth exit from the White House would help her reputation. “I think it’s important to understand that if we can make this a friendly departure we can all be, you know, you can look at your time here in the White House as a year of service to the nation, and then you can go on without any type of difficulty in the future relative to your reputation,” Kelly said on the tape. Kelly, a retired Marine Corps four-star general came to the White House in June 2017 after serving briefly as Trump’s homeland security secretary. He was expected to be the adult in the room and bring order to the chaotic White House. His no-nonsense approach to managing the White House and who had access to the president alienated some Trump allies, causing him to become isolated to have a diminished role, according to the Associated Press. At the same time, he openly talked about the tribulations of working for the president, which angered Trump. During this time at the White House, Kelly created controversy when he tried to slander Florida’s Democratic Rep. Frederica Wilson , who was feuding with Trump over his mistreatment of Army Sgt. La David Johnson ’s widow Myeshia Johnson . Kelly also ignited controversy when he disregarded slavery as a cause of the Civil War and praised Confederate General Robert E. Lee during an interview with Fox News. Another day, another round of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton rumors. We know you’ve heard it all before: Gwen and Blake are planning and wedding , and then they’re gonna start cranking out babies like it’s going out of style (which, according to birth rate statistics, it sort of is). But this time, there’s a twist: Insiders are claiming that Gwen and Blake are already married , and they started the ball rolling on the process of welcoming a child via surrogacy. Maybe this is just the ‘bloids and blogs way of stepping their game up, since people are starting to grow tired of the same round of engagement rumors. But maybe — just maybe — this is the real deal and Gwen and Blake are secretly hitched with a baby on the way. The first rumor comes to us courtesy of the folks at The Globe , who claim that issued Blake an ultimatum: propose or get lost. “It’s now or never, baby,” Gwen allegedly said, in a scene that’s virtually impossible to envision. The source claims that Shelton and Stefani then “snatched up a marriage license and got hitched by a preacher in the privacy of their hotel room.” We’re sure Blake loves the country song details here, including the hotel room preacher, but we find it hard to believe that after all this time together, these two would go to the trouble of keeping their marriage a secret. The second round of rumors began with a report in the new issue of Us Weekly , which claims that Blake and Gwen are well on their way to selecting a surrogate: “They are in the final stages of choosing the woman who will carry their baby. It’s extremely important to Gwen that she give Blake a biological child, and Blake is so excited,” the insider explains. Gwen already has kids, and she’ll turn 50 in 2019, but it seems Blake wants a child of his own and won’t take no for an answer. “He wants his own child too,” says the source. “Gwen just is so in awe of the love Blake has, not only for her but for the boys.” So there you have it! At the reunion special for The Real Housewives of Orange County , Tamra Judge claimed to have caught Shannon Beador in a lie . Tamra claimed that Shannon had been seeing a boyfriend while filming the season, but kept him secret so she could “play the victim card.” She lays out her claims in the shocking video that we have attached. At the reunion, Tamra Judge lobbed a bombshell accusation at Shannon. The former friends feuded on camera as Tamra claimed that Shannon had kept her secret boyfriend hidden. She accused Shannon of hypocrisy, saying that she'd acted distraught over David dating so soon after their divorce but that she was, too. In Tamra's eyes, it looked like Shannon was trying to milk people were sympathy during her tumultuous divorce. Also, as Gina pointed out, it looked like Shannon was hiding part of her personal life from the viewers and from Bravo. Is this really the case? Did Shannon have a secret boyfriend? They can't be talking about Scot Matteson. Scot, whom Shannon began dating this summer, was still spotted everywhere with Shannon as recently as October. There are photos of him with Shannon and with Andy Cohen, possibly as the filming of the reunion special. Scot is a real estate developer and is known for being a family man. At no point did it appear that Shannon was keeping him secret, with other Housewives speaking about him publicly over the summer. So we'll have to look a bit further back than this. What about Alex? Shannon went on some dates with him during the Spring of 2018. The two attended music events but, ultimately, things did not work out. Some speculated that, since Scot may have been in the audience for Tamra's accusations, that Shannon's secret ex was Alex. While it's possible that Tamra was referring to him, Shannon didn't really keep him secret. She made it clear that she was keeping him off of the show, but she did share photos of the two of them together on Instagram. It looks like Shannon's mystery man was probably not someone whom she's shown on social media. This is a guy whom she characterizes as having “treated her like crap,” even though she had fancied him at the time. (It sounds like poor Shannon has a type ) Shannon objected to Tamra's characterization of this dude as a “boyfriend.” As some women learn to their chagrin, going on a couple of dates with a guy is not the same thing as being boyfriend and girlfriend. Shannon's relationship, such as it was, fizzled out before it went anywhere. Tamra was being kind of ridiculous. The whole reason that this came up was because of the discussion of David Beador's new girlfriend, Lesley Cook. Lesley is reportedly pregnant (and David and Lesley may be engaged ), which obviously came up at the reunion. Shannon being upset at David finding a new love by New Years isn't somehow hypocritical if she went on some dates earlier in the year. There are different tiers of dating. Putting a baby in someone on purpose and taking international vacations, which David has been doing, is not the same as going to a concert. Tamra should know that. Gina Kirschenheiter, a newcomer to the franchise and a fan favorite, felt that Shannon was probably obligated to share her life with the show. That's true for some things — as Real Housewife of Atlanta Kenya Moore learned last year when she had a secret wedding. But, as Vicki was quick to point out to Gina, you don't have to share everything from your life. A few dates with a guy is not the same as having a boyfriend, it's not something that you have to put on camera. Gina may have felt like she wasted her time with a matchmaker, and her feelings are valid, but Shannon wasn't trying to trick her. It's said that Shannon and Tamra will make nice in the next installment of the reunion. But we already know that this peace doesn't last.
They often say that Internet trolls weigh, like, 400 pounds and live in their mother’s basement. But Kourtney Kardashian is here to disprove that theory. She’s here to say that trolls can also be hot and sexy and seductive and sizzling and… wait, sorry. We lost our train of thought. Oh, right. Here we go again: Kourtney has posted a new photo to her Instagram page, very clearly trolling either Internet users in general or one Internet user in particular: Sofia Richie. The picture (above) features Kourtney in a fancy and revealing black dress. Her cleavage and her bare legs are very much on display… she’s lying on a bed… ex-boyfriend Scott Disick and six-year old daughter Penelope are in the background… and Kardashian has written one word as the caption: Coparenting . This is a fact, of course. We’ve often given Kourtney and Scott props for always placing their three kids above all else. It’s clear that no matter what turmoil has existed personally between Kardashian and Disick, they have always been sure not to let it affect their relationship with their children. But most folks seem to agree that something else is going on here, aside from Kourtney simply stating that she and Scott are watching their toddler together. To wit: “Not coparenting. Just manipulating the situation to upset the girlfriend. Not the maturity of an almost 40-year-old. Grow up,” wrote one person in the comments section alongside this photo. Another called out Kardashian for being “disrespectful” to Sofia Richie, who has been dating Disick for well over a year now. And then a third accused Kourtney of trying to make Richie feel “insecure.” It’s been rumored forever, of course, that Disick is still sleeping with Kardashian . Just about a month ago, Scott, Sofia and Kourtney all had dinner together , hoping to quell this kind of chatter or at least talk about an awkward situation in which Richie would be spending a lot of time with Kourtney’s son and daughters. The meal hasn’t really slowed down the rumor mill, however. After Kourtney posed nude for GQ Mexico recently, for example, many assumed she was sending some sort of message to Disick. I’ve still got it if you ever want it , you know? And then Richie must not have been comforted by reading about how much Disick appreciated seeing his ex-lover’s birthday suit again. This remains a very tenuous arrangement all around. It’s certainly possible that Kourtney didn’t mean much by posting the photograph here of her and Disick in bed — but does anyone really believe that? How much Richie have felt upon seeing it? No matter how much she may love Scott and no matter how much she may even think Scott loves her, the fact remains that he has multiple children with Kourtney and always will. She will never be able to compete with the bond this creates between parents. And Kourtney just went out her way to send Sofia a reminder. According to Page Six the Fugees songstress pleased fans during a stop of her Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 20th-anniversary tour. Hill apparently was only fashionably late to her London concert at the O2 Arena on Monday. Reporter for British periodical The Independent Roison Connor wrote “‘She’s on time!’ A ripple of excitement has just gone through the O2 Arena. The lights have dimmed, and Lauryn Hill is as about as ‘on time’ as she’ll ever be – just 20 minutes late.” Apart from being somewhat punctual her rendition of her classic album was well received by ticket goers. Connor penned that “the former Fugees member’s free-jazz approach to the live set is often scattershot, but it makes the set feel loose and relaxed rather than messy.” The improved showing came to her fans and the public alike as a pleasant surprise. Over the last five or so years Hill has built a reputation for starting her sets very late , upwards to almost two hours behind schedule. Additionally the rumor is that since she was sued by the album’s ghost producers and lost in 2001 she is not allowed to perform original songs. Thus Ms. Hill has been playing renditions that ticket goers claimed sound nothing like the versions they grew up to. She has about 20 shows left in the tour, let’s see if she can keep it together. Tragedy struck this weekend as Sarah Hyland lost her 14-year-old cousin in a car accident . Unfortunately, her sadness was compounded when a request to help her grieving relatives provoked a bitter backlash. Now, Sarah is sharing her distress and taking a break from social media. “You guys finally did it,” Sarah tweeted this week. A lot of people tweet hate in the hopes of ruining a vulnerable celebrity’s day. They must be patting themselves on the back right about now. “Your horrible negative ignorant words have broken me,” Sarah reveals. She asks: “Happy?” “Staying offline for a while,” Sarah announces. She does, possibly out of contractual obligations, have a planned exception to that step back. “I have a special announcement and video releasing on Wednesday I believe,” she writes. She is clearly dealing with a lot of strong, negative emotions. “So,” she concludes sadly. “There’s that.” Some people — perhaps some of the same haters responsible for the initial backlash — were less than sympathetic. “You only have yourself to blame for this backlash, unless there’s some massive detail we’re all missing,” snarled one reply. “Asking complete strangers to contribute to the funeral expenses of your own family member which you could easily pay for yourself is low-class and unconscionable,” the hater claimed. Others tempered their criticisms. “Not all of it is hate, some is genuine concern and condolences,” another wrote. “Some are questioning why you have to ask for help for such a tragic private family matter?” the tweet asked. “And yes, some is incredibly hateful,” they acknowledged. “Good luck with your life, live it well.” More fans rallied to support Sarah Hyland and to disparage her haters. “She shared the link that his family made to support the funeral,” pointed out a fan. “She more than likely has already helped the family out tremendously,” the tweet guesses. “Everyone commenting can stop being insensitive,” the fan continues. “And let her mourn the loss of her loved one.” The fan correctly points out: “Just because she has the money doesn’t mean they do.” “Don’t let these horrid monsters online break you,” another writes. “They aren’t worth it.” “But take some time to take care of yourself and your family,” the tweet concludes. “That’s what is important.” To simplify things, Sarah asked fans to consider donating to cover her young cousin’s funeral expenses. Some fans were outraged that a famous actress who is genuinely rich — and just got done vacationing in a private villa in the Virgin Islands — wants their money. They think that she should pay for it herself or shut the frick up, essentially. While it’s true that Sarah has an estimated net worth of about $9 million, we don’t know that much about her finances. Net worth is not the same thing as having a money bin like Scrooge McDuck. Net worth and liquid assets are not synonyms. We also don’t know the behind-the-scenes details of how she gets along with her family. Some people who acquire wealth have to set boundaries to stop their own families from milking them dry. Maybe Sarah’s had a problem like that in the past. And, as her defenders suggest, perhaps she has already contributed, or has promised to contribute to the funeral costs. Who knows? What we can say for certain is that there is an easy solution when you see someone ask for money and you don’t think that you should give them money. Just don’t give them money. But whatever you do, please do not direct hate and vitriol at someone who is mourning the death of a child in their family. Bristol Palin had a talk with her son about Dakota Meyer… Amber helped her daughter achieve a major female milestone… and Catelynn and Tyler revealed their impending child's name . If you’re any sort of dedicated viewer, you already knew this. The announcement was made in September , as the stars admitted this pregnancy was not planned. 2. But Was It Welcome? Yes. Both Tyler and Catelynn soound excited about the child. They just have their own issues to also work though, as depicted on last week’s episode of the show. 3. Where Were They at This Week? They went to Catelynn’s 4-D ultrasound appointment together and got a close look at their baby. 4. There She Is! Wow, huh? Technology is pretty amazing, isn’t it? And so is the human body. 5. Get to the Name, Please! “What name are you thinking?” Catelynn’s doctor asked the couple. “Tezlee,” Tyler replied. “Tezlee it is.” Yep, that’s what it will be: Tezlee. 6. Guess What, Dad?!? For whatever reason, Kim Kardashian has been talking a lot of late about how she did Ray J back in the day . On this Sunday's Season 15 finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, however, Kim will do Washington. As previously discussed in detail – but not the sort of detal we'll see on this episode – Kim actually did something noble several months ago. She heard about this woman in Alabama named Alice Marie Johnson who had been in jail for 22 years on a non-violent first time drug offense. Kim reacted in shock and anger over such a development. And then she did something about it. “The only person that can grant her clemency would be the President,” Kim says in this preview for the finale, saying on air: “We have one shot to plead out case.” This, of course, is what Kardashian ended up doing. In a surprising turn of events, she visited the White House and got a meeting with Donald Trump. There's been plenty about this administration that has taken folks by surprise, but the following photos are definitely near the top, wouldn't you say? “Knowing someone's life is in my hand, it's a really scary feeling,” Kim adds in this trailer. Is she being a tad bit dramatic? Not entirely. Slam the ex-sex tape star and waist trainer sell-out all you want for many defensible reasons. But you must give her credit in this case. She did it. She helped get someone out of jail . Said Johnson of Kardashian upon her release in June: “She has truly been relentless in her fight for me… this is not a publicity thing for her.
