A reporter named Sophia Julia tweeted “My sources say Kylie Jenner is in labor” — she later added “I don’t know the Kardashians. No one has confirmed sh-t. Just what I heard!!” Another person tweeted “Inside scoop: Kylie Jenner is in labor. You heard it here first.” Someone else claimed to have a friend who spoke to someone at Cedars-Sinai, the hospital in L.A. where the Kardashians have their babies, and that that someone said that Kylie was in labor. There have even been some screenshots of a text message exchange going around in which one person claims to have a friend working at Cedars who told them that Kylie was there. There’s another screenshot that’s been going around too — one from Travis Scott’s Snapchat. In the snap, Travis is on a plane, and he captioned the photo “Make it home to ya one way or another.” Many people interpreted that as his way of saying that Kylie actually was in labor yesterday, and that he was rushing back to California to be with her. It’s a lot of information, huh?! Unfortunately, none of it seems to be true. A Kylie insider spoke to Radar Online and said that “there was a false alarm ,” and that she’s only seven months pregnant right now. TMZ also dismissed the rumors, and they even pointed out that the Travis Scott Snapchat that was being used as evidence wasn’t even posted yesterday, it’s from last month. It’s interesting though, because many different people did seem certain that Kylie was at that hospital, and Radar’s source referred to it all as “a false alarm.” So was she actually in the hospital yesterday?! Except you'll definitely believe it, because out of all the many, many stories of Mackenzie we've shared in the past several months, literally none of them have been flattering . It's just that she's so … what's the word … snake-like? Manipulative? Untrustworthy? Terrible? It's hard to say, but the point is that Mackenzie is Teen Mom OG's biggest villain right now, and that point is proven yet again in this sneak peek for next week's episode. In this clip, Maci is driving around town with a couple of friends, and she tells them that she just got an invitation to Ryan and Mackenzie's wedding in the mail. “I thought that already happened,” one friend says — and we can't help but detect a little bit of shade at the reference to the parking lot wedding of the century . Maci says that while they are already married, they're planning on having an actual wedding , which was the one that took place in November. But that's not exactly what she wanted to discuss with her pals. “The wedding invitation is only addressed for myself and Bentley,” she says. “Like it says Maci Bookout, not Maci McKinney, and Bentley.” And that's not cool. We use Maci's maiden name because that's how people know her — like, nobody is out there Googling “Maci McKinney.” But obviously Mackenzie has a close relationship with Maci as the stepmother of her son, so there's no chance she wouldn't know the proper way to address her. And to leave out her husband and her two other children on the invitation? Come on, Mackenzie. Come on. Her friend asks who she thinks addressed the invitations, and she points out that it's definitely “a girl's handwriting.” But instead of making a big deal about the slight, Maci says that she's just going to RSVP to the invitation with her married name and her actual number of guests. Celina Powell is the latest woman to claim that Offset, Cardi B’s fiance, is her baby daddy. Cardi B and Offset both say that the woman is lying … but now we have to wonder if Offset, at least, is afraid that she’s telling the truth. Because, to hear Celina tell it, Offset is ducking and dodging her attempts at a paternity test. If he’s not the baby daddy, why not go ahead and prove it? Cardi B and Offset made a “sex tape” — after a fashion — and released it to the public. They’re engaged. it’s safe to say that they have a pretty good relationship, right? But they’re facing their first real test, as a woman is claiming that Offset is the father of her baby girl. Celina Powell doesn’t seem like she’s willing to back down, either. After Offset sent her a cease & desist, she publicly called him out. So it looks like she intends to hound him until he can prove in court that he’s not the father of her child. We should mention that there’s a credibility issue. Despite being only 22, Celina Powell has identified famous “baby daddies” in the past who turned out to not be the fathers of her children. She acknowledged her dubious history when she shared with the world her claim that Offset is this child’s father … while assuring her fans that she’s not crying wolf this time, she promises . Honestly, Celina’s background makes you wonder if she’s a terrible schemer — like, if she watched fake paternity scams on soap operas and wondered if they were that easy in real life. Or if she might have other issues. Anybody else remember that girl who’s not pregnant who went on Dr. Phil claiming that she is pregnant with God’s child? Claiming random rappers as your baby daddy isn’t much more grounded than that. But … if Offset is just another falsely accused man, then why has he allegedly balked at taking a DNA test? At least, that’s what Celina has claimed that he’s done, after responding to a tweet inquiring about a paternity test. “No her father didn’t accept the dna papers.” But that doesn’t mean that she’s given up. “But lawyers will do their job and he will take it…one day” So … you’d think that Offset would be the one insisting on a paternity test. Even if he didn’t want to bring one up — maybe putting on a show of absolute confidence that it’s not his for Cardi B — you’d think that he’d go along with a request, right? Unless he’s worried about what the results might be. That said … we have to acknowledge that we don’t know, for sure, whether or not any “DNA papers,” as Celina calls them, were actually sent to him and then rejected. It’s a weird situation, folks. We know that Cardi B and Offset are making a show of not believing Celina Powell’s claims about her daughter, Karma, being Offset’s. But what if she is? If so — and that’s admittedly a big if — what does that mean for Offset and Cardi B? Teen Mom: OG and Teen Mom 2 are among the most popular series in MTV's storied history. The stars may not enjoy the same universal name recognition as Snooki or The Situation, but their fans are an intensely devoted bunch with appetitse for every detail of the women's personal lives. So it should come as no surprise that there's considerable interest in just how much the Teen Moms get paid . Of course, given their many side projects and business ventures, the amount that each cast member pulls in varies wildly from one to the next … but suffice it to say, they're all doing very well. Here's a breakdown of just how much each mom is earning these days: 1. Catelynn Lowell: $25,000 per episode Catelynn is earning the standard rate for stars of the original series. And while she has a few other revenue streams in place, she’s not on her 24/7 grind like some of her co-stars. 2. Clothing By Cate Catelynn and husband Tyler Baltierra recently launched a children’s clothing line. The venture is too new to determine if it will be profitable or not. 3. Amber Portwood: $25,000 per episode Amber also pulls in $25,000 for just a few days work on TM:OG. Unlike Catelynn, however, she puts a lot of time into her side businesses. 4. Hard Times For Haute Amber launched her “online boutique” Forever Haute with the help of then-fiance Matt Baier. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that the business is faring much better than the relationship. Rumors that Haute is out of business appear to be premature, but multiple insiders have confirmed the site has yet to turn a profit. 5. Maci Bookout: $25,000 per episode Some reality shows pay their more popular cast members a bit extra. Not Teen Mom: OG, however, which keeps the salaries consistent across the board. 6. In October, McKayla Maroney revealed that she’d been molested by her team doctor , Larry Nassar. That makes her one of more than 140 survivors who accuse him of the same thing. From the outset, it’s been strongly hinted that there were people who knew about Nassar’s sexual predation and kept quiet. Now, McKayla’s taking action against the people whom she accuses of covering up a monster in their midst. McKayla is only one of many young women who have accused Dr. Nassar of molesting them when they were girls, preying upon them under the guise of “treatment.” Dr. Nassar has been sentenced for child porn charges, and has pleaded guilty to molesting 10 girls. Obviously, that’s just a drop in the awful bucket beside the number of women who accuse him. Wednesday, McKayla Maroney filed a lawsuit against USA Gymnastics.for the role that she says that they played in covering up Dr. Nassar’s monstrous deeds. As part of a financial settlement (of a reported sum of $1.25 million) so that McKayla could get needed psychological treatments, USA Gymnastics allegedly included a non-disclosure agreement. Maroney’s lawyer says that USA Gymnastics forced this provision so that “it could further conceal and shield from public scrutiny, outside investigation, and law enforcement, the true nature of Nassar’s horrific sexual abuse of minors.” Dr. Nassar’s misdeeds are not really in question. Again, this is a man who has already confessed to multiple counts of molestation. “Plaintiff alleges that Defendant USAG had a plan to keep the sexual abuse of Nassar quiet, and allow Nassar to quietly leave USAG, further silencing his victims.” To be fair, apparently USA Gymnastics contacted the FBI with at least some information on Larry Nassar, but allegedly failed to raise any kind of public alarm. Which may have allowed him to find new victims. The NDA would then appear to be a measure intended to conceal any wrongdoing by USA Gymnastics — hiding their mistake in hiring Nassar and also hoping to bury his misdeeds forever. If you’re thinking gee, how can McKayla speak up on this if she signed a non-disclosure agreement? … well, funny thing about that. ( Funny probably isn’t the right word, here) McKayla Maroney lives in California, where survivors of child sexual abuse — like McKayla — cannot be forced to sign NDAs as part of a settlement. Which is probably why McKayla’s attorney, John Manly, had zero kind words to say about the agreement: He referred to it as “hypocritical, immoral, and in this case illegal.” We’re no legal scholars, but it sounds like he’s right. Manly had further choice words for USA Gymnastics, and specifically for whoever among them new about Dr. Nassar but allegedly prioritized avoiding public embarrassment, allowing him to go on and find new prey at the University of Michigan. “Those responsible for this should be removed from the Olympic movement and USA Gymnastics.” That sounds fair. As punishment and as a deterrent, so that this will hopefully never happen again. “If they would treat one of the most famous athletes in world like this, how poorly would they treat a recreational gymnast abused by her coach.” That’s a really good point. McKayla Maroney is a household name. She’s met the President. (Well, the good one, from last year) Look at how hard McKayla is having to fight for justice, and she’s a celebrity. Someone with no celebrity status would surely be much more intimidated — by Dr. Nassar and by any attempts to shush them by USA Gymnastics. With more and more sex monsters being exposed every day, we hope that the world will become a safer place for women and girls. But that’s going to take time. Ryan Edwards has undergone a lot of changes recently. In just the past six months Edwards has gone to rehab , overcome a life-threatening addiction, gotten married twice (same girl, two separate ceremonies), and launched a concerted effort to become more of a presence in the life of his son, Bentley. Unfortunately, Ryan's relationship with his baby mama, Maci Bookout, hasn't improved along with the rest of his circumstances. In fact, relations between the exes have hit a new rock bottom, and Ryan and Maci aren't the only one suffering for it… 1. Rehabbed Ryan Over the summer, Ryan checked into rehab after becoming addicted to heroin and prescription painkillers. He’s been sober for several months now, but he’s still struggling to regain Maci’s trust. 2. Father’s Day Showdown On a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, Maci brought Bentley to Ryan’s parents house for Father’s Day. The visit did not go smoothly. 3. Custody Battle Brewing? Ryan vaguely threatened Maci with a court battle before she left his parents’ house with Bentley in tow. The scene confirmed what many viewers had feared–the fight over Bentley is soon to get even uglier. 4. A Silver Lining? Ryan supporters were hopeful that his eagerness to fight for increased parental rights was a sign that Edwards would begin taking a more active role in Bentley’s life. As this week’s episode of TM2 showed us, however, that doesn’t appear to be the case. 5. Drug Test Drama Ever since Ryan left rehab, Maci has been clear about what she expects from him as a father. Her trust is understandably shaken, and she wants Edwards to submit to drug testing before he’s permitted to spend time alone with Bentley. On this week’s episode, he appeared reluctant to do so. 6.
