Kandi didn’t hint that there was any beef with sisters LaTocha Scott and Tamika Scott, made it clear that they’re not in touch. Her relationship with T.I.’s wife Tiny is all good, though, and Kandi says the ATLiens still talk. A couple of years ago, Tiny was given a chance to join the “Housewives” cast. Quietly, Yeater dismissed the suit last Thursday, after Justin and his team made it clear they would sue Mariah and her lawyers for their “malicious claims.” Guess what? They still are, because even though Mariah Yeater no longer hopes to extort money from the Bieb, she still made the claim in the first place. Justin is not backing down, according to the star’s publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, who says Yeater and her lawyers, who have since quit, will be hearing about this. “We intend to still hold them accountable,” he said. After Yeater claimed Bieber fathered her baby after 30 seconds of aggressive bathroom sex last year, Justin wanted to go after her and set an example that people who file baseless claims against celebrities do so at their own peril. Rob Kardashian danced up a storm on Dancing With the Stars last night. It was a breath of fresh air for his family and all they’re going through. While sister Kim Kardashian was making a dash for the airport amidst her divorce filing , Rob made it clear that he and the whole family are behind her no matter what. “My sister is obviously going through a lot and we’re obviously very supportive of whatever decision she makes. We’re here for her, to be on her side for whatever.” His Halloween-themed routine offered Kim plenty to smile about: Rob Kardashian on Dancing With the Stars (Week 7) Rob praised his partner Cheryl Burke and the designers, saying the costumes, hair and makeup were so good that the show “deserves an Emmy” for the episode. Here’s one you likely didn’t see coming: Lindsay Lohan will get some critical support when she shows up in court tomorrow … in the form of probation officials . Probation Dept. sources close to her case say Linds has done most of what she’s required to do, and they will NOT recommend that she be thrown in jail. At her progress hearing, officials will tell Judge Stephanie Sautner in a written report that LiLo is in “substantial compliance” with the terms of her probation. They concede she was kicked out of community service at the Downtown Women’s Center for habitually failing to show up, but the fact is she has one year to complete 360 hours’ community service total and remains on track. Sources also say she has gone “regularly” to her psychiatrist. The shrink did not address Judge Sautner’s directive that Lindsay go for therapy once a week – she has not done so – but is satisfied with Lindsay overall. Lindsay has also completed her mandatory shoplifting class. Sautner made it clear that if Lindsay violated any court order, she would go to jail .
