Looks like Lindsay Lohan’s teeth aren’t the only thing about her that’s stained … her reputation has been as well, given that this idiot was kicked out of her mandatory community service program for violating the rules numerous times. A judge ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at L.A.’s Downtown Women’s Center, and to be reliable, professional, and work at least four hours at a time. Sources say Lindsay blew off NINE visits , however, and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour. What a moron. As a result, Lohan was terminated from the Women’s Center because of the violations and was assigned instead to a community service program at the Red Cross.

Ray J Wants to Profit Off Kim Kardashian Sex Tape Sale

Isn’t it nice to have the Kim Kardashian sex tape back in the news? A week after Vivid Entertainment Chairman Steve Hirsch said a mysterious buyer had contacted him about purchasing the basis for Kardashian’s fame, the reality star’s former lover/director has made it clear: Go ahead and sell the rights, Vivid. Just give me a cut! In a letter from Ray J’s attorney to Vivid, obtained by TMZ, the artist claims he “has partial copyright ownership in the video” and “any attempts to transfer the copyright outside of these parameters will result in filing a motion with the courts to seen an injunction of any sale until Ray J’s rights are protected.”

The 911 dispatcher asked about the status, at which point Russell#39;s friend made it clear Armstrong was deceased. “No, there#39;s nothing you can do,” he said. “There#39;s nothing we can do. Arnold Schwarzenegger mistress Mildred “Patty” Baena didn’t commit fraud on their love child’s birth certificate, she says – she never signed nothin’! Facing a potential lawsuit from Rogelio Baena, her then-husband who claims he was led to believe he was the father, Patty tells a very different story. According to sources close to Mildred Patricia Baena , she never asked to put Rogelio on the birth certificate, nor did she tell anyone he was the dad. That includes the hospital staff or Rogelio himself. Patty says Rogelio directed hospital staff to put his name on the birth certificate because he believed it would help him score U.S. citizenship . However, Patty says she never signed it and made it clear during her pregnancy that he wasn’t the daddy, since he was out of the country. Rogelio is talking about plans to sue both Patty and Arnold for tricking him into thinking he was the father of their love child for 13 years. Patty claims no one lied … except Rogelia, to ET .

Lindsay Lohan Refuses Plea Deal Involving Jail

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer is doing all she can to negotiate the best possible plea deal for a client who, in legal parlance, is up s— creek without a paddle. The troubled star has other ideas about how to proceed, however. Lindsay doesn’t care what Shawn Chapman Holley is trying to work out with the D.A., and is still steadfastly refusing to plea bargain if it involves jail time. DENIAL : The writing is on the wall, but LiLo won’t read it . Facing felony grand theft charges for allegedly pilfering a $2,500 from a jewelry store, and already on probation for her 2007 DUI case, she’s up against it. Nevertheless, Lohan insists on going to trial in the hopes she will win and clear her name. Apparently the train wreck is unaware of how probation works. Holley, D.A. Danette Myers and Judge Keith Schwartz will meet week to get a feel for how much time Lindsay Lohan will be sentenced to with a guilty plea.
